Hi,I'm considering switching to professional version of Vroute after the years of using FSBuild. I know that Vroute was initially developed for VATSIM folks, but after they started to inlude Navdata, profiles for PMDG\LDS birds with export-to-FS options, I feel like I'm ready to switch.Any opinions?Thanks

Does anyone know any good freeware sceneries for London Heathrow Airport and Paris Charles de Gaulles airport because I've searched everywhere and the good ones are all payware and the ones that aren't that good are freeware. Does anyone know where can I get freeware scenery for fs2004 for those two sceneries?Thank You

Hi All, my problem is I have a large area in north and south Carolina including KCLT, KMYR, KGSO , KRDU that refuses to load ground textures.Airport textures, scenery objects and the 3d appearance of the detail1.bmp are visible. no autogen or ground textures will load.I run FS9 UTUSA and GE2006.I have refreshed thse textures, copied all of my texture backups and refreshed my scenery backups and have no luck.I have also removed all AI (just in case of texture corruption) still no luck.This seems to have come out of the blue.Any ideas?

While deleting some addon aircraft from my FS2004 aircraft folder that I no longer wanted I stumbled across a folder named "md_83" which appears to be an "unlisted" default aircraft. It has texture files for "Soar", "Pacifica" and "Airwave" Airlines. The line "ui_manufacturer=McDonnell-Douglas/Boeing" appears in the aircraft.cfg file for each of the texture files for each. I'm stumped as to why this plane doesn't appear in the FS2004 aircraft "library" when I click on "select aircraft"! There is no panel folder, only model and sound folders. Well, i've try to tweak aircraft.cfg with no luck. I even copy/paste some things from PMDG 747, autopilot, flaps...a matter of fact plane now respond much better, but......when i'm on approach, ok standard procedure, capture LOC and GS, plane start to line up and descent, than, instead of touch down, he just touch the runway and go up in the air again. Like touch'n go. I've try those FDE files for overland, from library, but still same thing.Can i add some more drag to the spoilers or flaps, and if so what should i have to change? I was hunting around for some world wide land classes and came across a company named SceneryTech. I was wondering if anyone here uses any of them and if they are a worth while investment. Or is there a better world wide land class product. Please advise and thanks!Mark

I am about to purchase a new computer. Because of my investment in FS9, I have no intentions in moving to FSX. What is the maximum computer that I can purchase that will run FS9 effectivitley? That is max processor, memory, operating system, 32/64 bit etc. I am currently using Windows XP Home, and all of my home based software packages (MS Word. Excel, Powerpoint, Access) are geared for XP. I would guess that these packages will run under Windows 7, but if I go with Windows 7 as my oprating system, will I have problems with FS9.Under FS9, I have the current software packages from Dreamfleet, Level-D, PMDG, Carenado, Aerosoft, Eaglesoft and Digital Aviation. Hey all, I haven't been simming much lately but decided to take the default (FS9) 172 for a quick ride and do a few 360s around a small airport that serves Caracas (ICAO: SVCS).It is at an altitude of 2145' ASL. To my surprise (tried this with both AS6.5 and weather set to clear), after starting the engine and closing the throttle to idle, the RPM would descend below 500 and then the engine stops after a few seconds, showing the "oil press" in the announciator panel. I haven't been able to reproduce that with any of the stock Cessnas 182 or 208. Could any of you please try to reproduce that and post the results here? Hi,I tried to merge the Feelthere 737 panel with the 50N aircraft model.So far so good, except for the flap movements. Hi all,So I have got a somewhat puzzling issue on my hands. The last few times I have flown on FS, it has crashed on me and I am not sure why. At first I thought maybe it was a one time glitch, but it has now happened 4 times. Here's my description of what happens:Playing FS as normal when all of a sudden the screen goes to a single color (like a mix of all the colors on the screen) and the audio makes a funny, repetitive noise. There is NOTHING I can do to resolve the glitch except to restart the computer. I recently purchased a refurbished Dell GX620 computer with a 3.6 Gig Intel processor and Intel integrated graphics. I went from an old Gateway Win 98SE OS to the new (at least to me) XP pro OS. I'm now getting frame rates as high as 55 with the average at around 28-30 with all sliders almost at full max right. My problem is that for some reason I have almost no braking power for any aircraft I fly. I use Pro Pedals and they always worked very good in Win98SE. Yesterday I made a very good landing on 27R at KORD and even with full thrust reversers on I still overran that long runway. Without reducing the traffic percent in airports, i have mines in 75%, but there are still way to many go-arounds, yesterday i had to go-around after a long 8hr flight to frankfurt. anyway, i have installed edit voice pack for fs9 and i heard that it helps with getting traffic in and out of the ground faster, but still having the problem of way too many go arounds and traffic piling up in the taxiways just waiting to take off, is there any other way to get traffic moving smoother other than lowering my traffic level?(i have deleted the default aircraft traffic, and now i have World of AI) For example, is there any way that FS ATC can give youother options for landing runw…

Downloaded and installed a scenery upgrade for Newark, NJ. Install went fine, then got an AFCAD to compliment it. "Wow! Whatta a difference AFCAD can make to AI traffic! Hi there, I normally use texpand2 to reset default textures in FS9.I have recently got a new computer now running Windows 7 64-Bit, installed texpand2 fine, but when I run the programme to copy the files from the original FS9 disc's, it creates the three folders but doesn't copy any of the files from the discs to the folder it creates, therefore I cannot use texpand2 to reinstall the original textures.I have tried running as normal and also by right clicking and run as administrator????Look forward to any replies and help.Kind RegardsGavin Moss

I have installed Ai aircraft from Woai Installer.I dont see any of the Ai aircrafts that i have installed.secondly what does summer,winter that are associated with this files.

Hello everyone,I'm looking to buy another GA plane for FS9 -- I was wondering if ya'll had any recommendations. My current favorite GA aircraft are the Cirrus line from Eaglesoft (I have all 3 planes.)
