Hey guys,I have a slight problem. Genius that I am, I reorganized my scenery.cfg file so, that all terrain related stuff is as far down as possible, and city sceneries and airports come on top. That's fine of course and it works well, but now I have a problem. I have a Helsinki photoscenery installed, and now I want to install a Vantaa photoscenery, but both sceneries have a bgl file with the same name: landclass.bgl. I do not want to have to add an other entry into the scenery.cfg because of all the editing I'll have to do (I never add sceneries via the FS2004 interface, it always gets all the numbers mixed up and makes a gigantic mess of things, or so is my experience w…

HiI am looking for some further help with regards to PSS B777 A/C FS9, if you notice that when doing a flight and you approach TOD it just says on the EICAS "FMC MESSAGE" and during descent it says if you are going to fast "DRAG REQUIRED" is there a way to assisgn this following chime to FMC http://www.free-ringtones.cc/ringtones/B777%20Chime/27740Also is there way of assigning specific sounds to specific Buttons, for Eg, The Air Condition Sould works directly with the PACKS etc.Such a shame if this is not possible as its quite a nice A/C.Thank you.

Hello,There is a new "BETA" for TrackIR hardware. I own an older TRACKIR 3 and the new version 5 BETA makes it usable!I can use my TRACKCLIP PRO and 6 degrees of freedom. I have tried it with FS9 and the new software is really smooth.Cheers,Ron Sagel

I can not get the Carousel INS to work in RFP 747-200 it doesn't say which switch to turn on to activate the unit I have enter all the waypoints and get the green lite ready for Nav. put the switch in the Nav mode. When flying wit autopilot which switch couples the INS to the Autopilot. I also have the #1 Carousel INS switch turned on. Any help would be a great.Thanks Doug Walker

Sometimes near the end of a flight I receive a OOM error and the flight stops. I fly heavies with FS2004, RC4 and FDC Live cotpit. I also (throught FSUIPC) save a flight every 5 minutes. I can restart FS2004 with the "saved flight" and also restart FDC but I can not figgure out how to "restart" RC4 in mid flight. Is it possibe and if so how do you do it? Thanks jerrycwo4

The questions that I have though is:1) Where is the radio stack on this aircraft like NAV1 etc?2) How do I get wingview on my iFly aircraft because I've seen some youtube videos but how do you get it on my aircraft?3) Lastly where is the cabin crew because its only VC and I have clicked the VC and Cabin crew aircraft?Thank You

Hey guys, I recently got the Maddog MD-80, but I have a little problem. I start the engines from cold and dark, get everything perfect, then on takeoff, as soon as my back wheels come off the ground , my number 1 engine, or the left one completely shuts off. I have tried it numerous times, and I still get the same problem. How do I fix it? Thanks in advance!

Hello, When i' m playing FS2004 i get a problem with the menu bar. Actually it disappears and on the verry bottom on the screen i get a black barI have a photo @ AttachmentsPlease Somebody help me ??!!!Oh yes, i forget something. If the menu bar disappears, i can't do anything. just fly. I can't exit manually with ESC, i can' t choose Map @ the menu bar etc. i only can exit Flight simulator with Task Manager So, HELP ME ?!!

ISDT's ATR-42 (and, I assume, it's ATR-72) uses the default King Air 350's 2D panel. It lacks a VC and cockpit views. Is there a replacement ATR-42 panel that can be used with the ISDT ATR-42? IF not, is there a payware ATR-42 (plan :( other than that found in Abacus' European Commuter Aircraft package?

Whenever I run fs9, whether from desktop or direct from fs9.exe, fs will crash around 15 seconds after the splash screen appears. I have searched this problem on google and this forum, but everyone appears to have installed something new on their system. My fs9 was running normally just 20 minutes before the crashes started, and no changes to my computer.The only lead I can give you is that the remote procedure call (RPC) keeps terminating after a few hours, all internet sources point to a worm in my computer, but my AV providers checked, and nothing found in my computer. Just downloaded this. Apart from a ref. and check.htm, the flight manual gives no info on how to operate this aircraft, particularly the variable geometry wings.Is there any detailed operation manual available?I realise this is a product no longer supported.TIA

Hi all, Have been using FS9 for a long time and it runs just fine on my current system.However recently used nvidia inspector to up my AA from 8X AA to 8X+S, must admit the graphics have never looked so good,but add in a few clouds and frames drop from 30+ in vc (level-D, PMDG etc)to high teens at best, mid teens normally at UK2000 scenery.When AA was at 8XAA I never experienced this problem.Question is would an upgrade to a new generation graphics card improve thingsor is this an FS9 coding issue.Thanks in advance, arthur.System Specs: Asus P5K,Intel E6750 OCd to 3.2G,8800GT graphics, 2GB ram

Getting back into the simming after a bit of a break.Been getting ontop of flying a heavy following a properly researched and filed flightplan, then doing what I can to please Mr controller in Radar contact. Had been going really well from Seattle to san Fran to Vegas to Atlanta to New York.Planning a flight out of NY KJFK bound for London, the SID Hippie3 has various routes off the various runways. Hi,I just downloaded and installed Meitar Lugasi's LDS 767/Posky 757 merge everything works great. Even my FS2Crew voice commander.But is there a way I can get the sideviews in the 2d panel? FS9 Configurator ja ScanAFD do not work with FS9 after I reinstalled FS9. FS9 Configurator is unable to read version info and ScanAFD do not find afcad files from Addon Scenery or other scenery folder. It do not find FS9.cfg file. I have run Flight1 Registry Cleaner it did not help.Can not get intouch with the makers of these applications. Need help to resolve these problems.

Could anyone advise me on this. I have FS2004 and want to know whether I can upgrade the B737-400 to make it more detailed/realistic. I already have the PMDG upgrade for the 800/900 and the LEVEL-D for the 767. Is there an equivalent for the B737- 400?. Many thanks.
