I got the PSS 777 3 years ago, but it wasn't until today that I noticed that the original PSS Air New Zealand 777-200 LR paintjob was simply pasted onto a (way too large) 777-300 model. The result is that the front of the plane, as well as the back of the plane aren't painted.I'm not a genius with modding original aircraft files. That's why I'm posting this on the forum, to see if anyone can help me:Is there a way too simply alter the paint job on a PSS 777 (for instance,replace it by a posky paint job)? Hello ^^A lot of people are using combinations of different add-ons in order to get a more realistic environment.I'm using FS Global 2010, REX 2004 and Ground Environment Pro myself. From what I understand, Ultimate Terrain is an add-on that modifies the ground textures, right? Also, it's split in series, one for Europe, the USA, Canada etc. Would I get more realistic environments by adding Ultimate Terrain? And if so, I can combine it with Ground Environment Pro to cover the regions not included?Thanks for your opinions :)

hello fellow fs enthusiasts! i'm new to AI in fs2004 and i have some questions. i recently downloaded this world of ai and some packages which were installed successfully, but some like LOT Polish Airlines, United Airlines (regional planes like erjs and crjs), and etc. are missing. i know that there is a program called ultimate traffic, which i intend to download, but i need to know which airlines it includes. HiAfter a long time I have finally reinstalled all my software after my FS crashEverything work except FS NavigatorI know it's an old system, but I'm not the most serious flightsimmer and its's easy and I like it.It loads normally and I've re-entered my license information.I run the FSNAVDBC before running the FS and it appears to be fine.When I run the program while in FS, it says that It cant load any fligthplans and waypoints until I run FSNavdbc, which I've already done.Anyone have any ideas of whats up?I have Windows 7 if that makes a difference with the program

I'm having a sudden problem with my x52 throttle quadrant with FSUIPC. Right now, I have all assignments going through FSUIPC- and the ailerons, elevator, and rudder all function properly, and I can see their values changing in the joystick calibration page. However, the throttle is stuck. I've tried both sending it through FS and FSUIPC- in the axis assignment page, FSUIP sees the throttle moving correctly, and I can assign the throttle axis to it. However, in the joystick calibration page, the throttle window has a "(direct!)" message beside it, regardless of the axis assignment setting, and the value is pegged at the maximum, and physically moving the throttle does not…

Hi.My biggest problem was that when I wanted to use map, I would must to have it out of FS so to open map I would need to pause game. That wouldn't be good. Or to install second monitor (but I was lazy to do so) but alway swhen I want to change map, I must pause the game that's the same problem. So I did not use the maps, instead that which is in FS.I recently found one add-on that almost seems perfect to me, because I can open any map that I want in the FSM Moving Map while I fly in game. Hi, I have just reloaded PMDG 737NG back onto fs9 and am loving it, but having trouble with some of my route when inputting it to the fmc. I am flying to EGKK and am trying to use GURLU on UM733 and it keeps saying 'NOT IN DATABASE'. I guessed this was because i downloaded the latest database, so i downloaded a database from 0801. Thinking that this would solve the problem but nothing seems to change in the database!Can anyone help?

Does anyone out there use Luis Kmentt's FS2004 Supreme Boeing767/757 Panel/Cabin? I've used it for a number of yearsand enjoyed very much. Today, I'm flying one of my favorite 67's and realized I can't find the Nav/GPS switch. It's alwaysbeen there and now it's gone. I checked the panel.cfg and don't see it there either. Hello all,I've installed the magnificent B777 Qatar from Posky (file OS_B777-2DZLR-QATAR_A7-BBB) for my FS2004.What happend ?When you look at the screenshot 1(qatar1), you see that the textures of the aircraft are all grey.When I changed with DXTBMP the texture (OS772_LFuse_FRONT_T) and the others ones with extension _T, from the existing "extended 32 bit 888-8" into DXT3 and saved them into the texture folder, then the aircraft looks normal (cfg screenshot2 "qatar2")Everything seems OK, but when I'm in flight, suddenly some fuselages are turning back into grey :Thinking:What's happening ? Hey Everyone,I have the standalone TSR electronic checklist program.I have it working well but when i utilise the checklist i need to click within the window which in turn makes all the sound disappear from Flightsim. Flightsim still runs but the sound disappears.I tried using it via FSUIPC but no luck.Any suggestions?Thanks

I hope this is the righ place to post this! I use FS9 with UTUSA, GEPro, FSG mesh, FSG landclass (sandwiched b/t UTCity and UTUSA). My computer specs: 2007 iMac 2.66 GHz, 4MB RAM, 1TB HDD, Bootcamp. Flight sim has been very smooth with my current system.I'm running into an issue with Imaginesim's KDENv2 (and yes I have contacted them about the issue with ... wait for it .... no response! Shocking :( ). My issue is ground textures are bleeding through the edges of the taxiways (they rapidly fade away as you get toward the center of the taxiways) and aprons. HiSomething really weird is happening.If I choose to place my a/c at any airport outside of the US and Canada, no problem at all.If I choose a default US/Canada airport, fs2004 starts loading the terrain and freezes at 11%One exception though. If I choose a payware airport like KIAH, KMIA or KIAD, the scenery will load.But if from there i try to go any default airport nearby or another state, again it freezes.All other continents including Latin America will load up.I have over 100 extra airports/vfr sceneries in my library on top.Never had this problem in the past. My PC is set correctly to UK time, currently GMT+ 1 hour for Daylight Saving.However, my FS9 consistently has local time at a UK location 1 hour fast. This is still the same after having to do a re-install due to a system crash not related to FS. I know no merge will be perfect to say the least as your putting a professional Panel/CFG with a Freeware Aircraft but I'm a really big fan and looking for an altn until CS or PMDG release their 777. I tried a few merges but always seemed to have an issue. Here's some I faced..-Pitching up and down while Climbing/Cruising/Descending-CDU Pref INT Approach page lets me set the VREF but shows my Origin instead of my Destination-CDU Frezzes when I want to switch pages (VNAV-PROG etc) so I have to re open them which was so annoying-Night VC Textures where I can see the gauges and buttons light up!Not sure if this is a problem or just the way the PSS FMC is but on the approache…

Ran into a problem recently, and even a windows reinstall couldn't fix this problem. My problem is that FS9 is having a memory leak. Usually for my system, the memory is around 400,000 to 500,000 K. However, the program now goes up to 1,000,000+ K, and goes up at a rapid rate until it freezes my computer completely. I don't think it's anything to do with scenery/add-ons, because i've flown out of many different airports with different sceneries/airplanes, and nothing is different.Any help would be appreciated

Since PSS is not there, for now anyways, I wanted to know what users of FS2004 (and FSX) would recommend for an excellent and detailed Airbus series payware? I recently saw a review of the Wilco Airbuses and it actually looks good. Has anyone purchased these and how are they, buggy and if if so, have the bugs been addressed? What about other payware? I am especially interested in the A320/319/318, A330/340. I would love to have the long range A340-500 or -600 also if good ones exist, especially with a fully functional FMC.Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.John

Hi.Just rattling this off during my lunch break so please accept my apologies if it's not too clear...The panel lights switch in my Carenado PA-34 doesn't work. From scratch the switch simply has no effect. If I use the key command for 'All lights on' I get a very soothing red interior illumination (along, obviously, with all the other lights). The panel light switch will then turn the interior light off, but not back on again.To re-illuminate the interior I have again to switch 'All lights' back on, then individually turn off those I don't wish to use.The same thing happens with any other lights gauge I install in a separate panel.cfg window so I suppose it's not the sw…

This was one of the best Italian aircraft of WWII and very successful. If you haven't tried it - DO...c202_v01.zipIt is visually spectacular both in the exterior and VC and a lot of fun to fly.
