HiI have recently been flying FS2004's default Piper J-3 at full realism and have found it to be VERY twitchy. Correct me if I'm wrong (I'm not an IRL pilot), but It doesn't seem to fly like the real thing. Is there a FDE update available to make the Cub fly more realistically?

Not only adding more realism, but it'll be great to perform flight control check when taxi too.Is it possible? or am I missing something all this time?Thank you :)

Does anyone know if and where I might still be able to buy the DVD version of NL2000 V3? I know that you can legally download it from a Torrent site but I just cannot get it to work for me - and it might take light years to do if I could!Many thanks for any info.David

Hi. It sounds quite silly but I want to manage (or I want to know) all the routes I've been flying without having to remember each of them. Is there any addon capable of doing this? Such as showing the routes,the time,the aircraft that I've used.I don't fly VATSIM for lots of reasons :(

Hi, as in topic title I would like to know who does have the best coverage for Europe, knowing for the U.S. Vatsim beats IVAO without any fight. The best coverage is not only intended in terms of quantity of ATCs, because having only ground or tower controllers is not the best option for me, but it is stated for a complete coverage (from ground to center).Anyone of you that flight regurarly with both networks please give a response. Many times in the past I flew from the departure airport to the arrival one without any ATC coverage on Vatsim and need to know if it is convenient to use IVAO while flying in Europe or in other parts of the World, except for the States. I just installed the MAAM C47 all theater's expansion pack with VC upgrade for FS2004, but the only VC that comes with clickable gauges is the C47 Delivery Condition. All the other liveries are unchanged... is this normal, or am I doing something wrong? Is there a way to have clickable VCs for all my MAAM DC3s?

My old computer died (Ran XP) and I just bought my new one. I'm currently running Windows 7 Home. I get errors when I try to install Edit Voicepack saying I need to essentially "downgrade" to a different .NET Framework, but the computer won't let me. Anyone else have any suggestions or know of any other product similar to Edit Voicepack which will run on my PC? I'm already sick of not being able to hear the correct ATC callsigns.Thanks,Joe

I've read many forum posts regarding the topic and did not find one that solved the issue. I am using FS2004 with SB4 and WOAI models on VATSIM. The gear is not shown with the aircraft floating above the ground. I am aware that VATSIM does not transmit gear state. That is why I want the gear to be locked down (like in VIP models).I used the SMS generator mentioned here. Those that used the generator should be aware of the FIX_GEAR_DOWN option in the script. This changes the contact points to trick SB into believing the aircraft is fixed gear.However, this does not work for me. Apparently this works in FSX (WOAI users that have FSX can confirm this). I was looking at the daily downloads today on Avsim's main page and it's astounding the volume of freeware still being released for FS9 versus FSX. FSX has hit prime time with hardware (nowhere to go but up) yet it seems developing for FS9 is still more attractive. I would imagine many like myself don't have the time nor money for a full upgrade to FSX and thus we stick with FS9 which is a great sim within itself. I wonder after all this time is it still easier to develop freeware for FS9 versus FSX. This is all really telling as Flight is around the corner. GreetingsI have here with me a Disc named RealATC 2 that was used for FS 2000. It was a good program. However I understand the site now is not available.The FS 9 is ok but really if you want to change anything it can get scewy at best.I am looking for a ATC Program that works for the FS 9 game that gives me all the allowances and responses that the Real ATC does in the Real World.I am aware of Radar Contact 4 and the other I believe being the PDE or something of that sort. I just received my daily email of new files in the AVSIM library says that there is a new version of WOAI Installer 2.5 but it is not showing up nor on World of AI's website...I wonder what the changes to the new update are?

Encountering some Navdata discrepancy at some airports such as KLAS(in attached screenshot), where airport rwy data doesn't match scenery.In this example using FSDreamteam KLAS. Happens with the default Magdec fileand with the 2010 update also. Any ideas how this can be solved? Is this somethingthat should be notified to Navigraph?Thanks

I created a IFR flight plan and proceed with my route and line up with the runway and land. But the ATC never hand me to the baltimore tower and i do not have the permission to land. I stayed on the approach which never handed me be the tower. Ofc i sucessfully landed but they keep saying "please go to 4000 feet". usually that the only way for them to hand me to the airport tower is if i lined up with the runway like 30 miles away. But that is unrealistic because i want the shortest route possible. Am i suppose to use the radioshack and tone in on the tower? Because i tried manually toning it to ATC and it didn't work. (which is stupid to give the radio freq on the map). …

Hello ladies and gentlemen, hope yall are having a great day.I have a little problem and i was wondering if anyone could help.I have a pmdg-posky 747 merge and i noticed when on approach and i set my flaps to 5, the nose pitches down excessively, sometimes down to 3-5 degrees, i know i'm at the right speed as i'm following the flap indicator settings on the pfd. Also when i look at the flaps from an exterior view, they seem to be at least on the 20 degree setting, even though the display shows it's at 5 degrees. Which aircraft has a good flight dynamic and realistic for A320.so, i want to find the best air file for A320 use for FS2004. also i think wilco is not good, i don t like it. there must be a good aircraft dynamic somewhere, may be around avsim file library
