i am 100% sure that this has been covered already a few times, i did use the search but too much too sift through for such an easy question.I am playing around with getting some better visuals going as my FPS are quite good, so trying to get the best looks for my machine,Do i set the AA in the sim at 0 and use my ATI panel for the AA or opposite, or do i use both for example, in fs settings set to 4x and also in the ATI panel set to 4X also.Thanks,P.S I know this has been covered but cant find it so I apoligize.

Which one is better in terms of EXTERIOR MODEL?

Hey.I would like to know how can I disable those really annoing two sound sets mentioned above. PMDG has option to disable this stupid electical sounds, but theres none in iFly 737 options. Cant even communicate with ATC beacuse of this crappy loud electrical slurring and pack air whistling. Damn depressive. If anyone can help, please.Thanks.

HiI have recently tried to return to online flying now I'm using a MCP Control panel but after loading aircraft starting operation software and connecting online the only part of the MCP that works is the radio stack??Does anyone out there have any ideas or options I can do to use the panel whilst online??I am using the VRINSIGHT MCP 2 Boeing/Airbus panel if that helps?I would really appreciate any help as this is very annoying not being able to use the panel online as I'm sure people could understand?Hope to hear from someone soon.........cross fingersRegardsKeemoosabi

Using a POSKY 757 with Lonny Payne panel, I am having problems with the VC. The gauges have a clear background. The guages work, but its like you can see right through them. Anyone know a fix for this? Thkx

I'm just wondering, does anyone know of any B747 Intercontinental that is being produced by anyone, for AI traffic use ? I was thinking / hoping that the GlobusWorld Team could make one, they lately did 3 awsome models in a short period of time, but I searched on their forum and didnt find anything on the topic. Pretty soon Lufthansa will be flying this beauty and I'd be so excited to see it in Frankfurt along with the A380 :)

Hi; If this doesn't belong here please let me know. I'm trying to set up inspector and when i do it fails to show my exe in the area where it shouldbe. Have tried the registry repair tool and that doesn't make any difference. any ideas i can try. thanks David

Hello.Does someone know why my FS2004 LVD763 engines wont shut down. Well thei shut down but visaully thei are still at idle speed and idle sound. I have custom audiopack from avsim but I dont think that cause it. Tried reinstall and that didnt help. Suggestions anyone?Thanks.

Hello,I have a problem with the CLS A310, the landing gear is simply sinking on the runway, gate, ramp etc anywhere on the airport, I guess it thinks surface level is lower. How can I fix this, could there be problems with the Aircraft.cfg, if yes which section should be changed and to what degree ?Thank You

Hi all,I already have this problem for a long time, tried almost everything from bios settings to drivers, couple of new fresh window copies, windows xp, fs9 tweaks. reinstalled fs2004, bought another computer, new monitor 120hz, windows tweaks etc.A small 45mb video because converting it for youtube is not working quite well so this is the best way. I just purchased and installed Lionheart's Quest Kodiak (build 2.6) for FS2004. However, immediately after selecting the plane in the FS2004 menu, the sim crashes instantly. I usually load the Kodiak from the default flight scenario.Does anyone have a similar problem with this addon? Does anyone know what I could do to make this plane work? I have Win7 x64. All other addons work without any problems.Thanks!

Hi I was looking at A2A 3d lights for FS2004. I want to add them to my PMDG, QW and PSS 777. I would like to improve the strobe effect and nav lights.How hard is it to do? I was reading their forum and it seems the PMDG acft have issues with the lights? Thanks for any input,Greg

I am wondering if there is a way to increase realism in FS2004 (yes, I know it is already "as real as it gets").For example, are there programs that can simulate wear and tear on engines, tires, etc.? I know there are some addons, such as the Dornier Do27, and even FSD's products, but can these things be simulated for other addon planes? I am thinking of "AccuSim" from A2A for example.Thanks.

Guys, I am using a sound file I downloaded pw2000_195750.zip from this site for POSKY 757 with lonny Payne Panel. The sounds are nice but when u shut the engines down, there's still engine noise (even APU is off). Anyone know how to fix this, or a better sound file for PW engines 757?

Has anyone executed a successful ILS vectored approach and landing to this airport? I have tried 3 flights Istanbul-Antalya using RC4 to no avail. I receive instuctions to prepare for vectors and nothing afterward, I wind up about 30-40 miles over the sea. I am using Aerosoft's AntalyaX for FS2004 with the modified AFX_LTAI.bgl by Billy Rutherford. Any help or insight is appreciated as this becoming increasingly frustrating.ThanksDom

Hello.It seems like after I press some button, which I dont know what exactly, left throttle stops responding to throttle quandant control. I use Saitek X52 flight control (throttle and joystick). It also might not be case of a button press, but I would really like to know what causes it, because when this happens its really frustrating. F1-F4 doesent do anything aswell, only way to control left throttle then is with mouse or with A/T.Thanks.

I see alot on forums about installing FS9 in c: program files and not Program Files(X86). What is the benefits of this? Is it worth reinstalling all my FS9 software that way?Thanks,Greg

For the last few days I have been experiencing a strange FPS issue in FS2004. After about 10 minutes of flying, the framerate drops from 30fps to only 8-12fps for about two minutes. Then it goes back to normal. I noticed that my HDD is accessing a bunch of stuff during the framerate drops, but I have no idea what it is doing because I am not running any progams in the background except REX weather engine. Hi.I'm currently growing accustomed to my new-ish Carenado Seneca on a desultory round the world trip. Soon I'll be off to a temporary home-made strip on South Georgia before turning right and following the line of the Sandwich and South Orkney Islands for the Antarctic Peninsula.I've been thinking for a while of switching to a Twin Otter so have clocked up a couple of hours in the PAD model but find its handling very twitchy. You may remember that I recently asked a question about which B737 would be better and a couple of people very kindly replied to me in favour of the iFly version. However, I downloaded the operations manual for this a/c and thought there was a lot to learn and cope with so I have decided to look for something a little easier on the learning curve - well, I'm nearly 70 now!!Flight 1 have two interesting a/c which might fit the bill and I'm wondering if anyone would be kind enough to share their views on them. One of them is the Aeroworx King Air B200 Extreme and the other is the ATR 72-500.Many thanks once again.David

I've been thinking about the things that annoy me most in FS9, the ones that really ruin my virtual pilot's day. So here they are:- Ai aircraft. Thanks to the wonderful folks at world of ai we have really nicely painted ai that blows socks off the payware stuff, but thanks to Microsoft negotiating your way round a busy airport is an absolute nightmare if you don't use the rubbish default ATC, as none of the add-on ATC programs have access to the full ai SDK. Try taxiing to the active at EHAM without a suicidal KLM aircraft cutting you up, ramming you or blocking the taxiway/and or runway, or taking off in the completely the wrong direction.
