Hi, Whenever I do a long haul flight, around half way to 3/4 of the way through I get a CTD. The faulting path being ntdll.dll. The log I have attached was on a flight from EGLL-KSFO in the PMDG 777. It looks like posting on Aerosoft forums for help is as good as trying to get a reply from the kingdom of dead :( Maybe someone had this problem and was successful in sorting things out? Twin Otter Extended 1.21. It hangs or crashes to desktop in several seconds after engines shutdown. I've seen numerous threads on the very same issue, but no useful information. I tried to disable AS Flight Recorder, tried to disable Antivirus, and other add-ons, tried to reinstall from scratch, no luck. This happens only with the Twin Otter. Hi, For some reason with UK2000 Scenery that is not v4 compatible I get an ntdll.dll crash when P3D loads the auto-generated scenery. My friend has also downloaded and installed UK2000 scenery but he does not get a crash when he loads into the sim. Any fixes? Thanks

So I started converting over my freeware sceneries to P3D v4.1. I'm adding them through add-on.xml, but after some "limit" of add-on.xml files, my P3D crashes on the Scenario screen, if I remove the same amount off add-on.xml it works again. Also I'm pretty positive that it's not because of the freeware sceneries. Because I've read some posts, where people have similar problems even with payware addons. I just wanna know if someone else is experiencing this and if someone knows a fix for this?

Dear all, I am experiencing a very weird and frustrating CTD phenomenon in P3Dv4: If I start the sim at the default airport with the default plane (F22), it crashes after 1-3min of flying around. Leaving the plane on the runway without any movement does not crash it. Taking off from the default airport (Eglin AFB) in a different plane also causes the crash to happen, most of the time slightly later than in the previous set up. Sometimes I get a Windows error message telling me that P3D has stopped working, but in most cases the simulator simply freezes and exits directly a few seconds later. I kept getting a CTD for the first time in a while last night flying from CYYZ (flytampa) to KORD. The CTD would be before the plane would load on the ground at the gate. This was a night flight with FSL320. I have ORBX (not Vector) running and Black marble vector. The crash didn't happen when picking a day/dusk flight. Only night. Until now, I have enjoyed a very stable flight sim environment--the only other CTD was due to the MS security update--information on this forum helped me to temporarily resolve that. --I am currently running P3D v. 3.4xx on Win 10 Home OS--Jetline built computer last year and GTX 1070 Nvidia video card with latest updated driver. So yesterday I flew from Nairobi to Johannesburg in the MD-11 recreating the second flight of the recent Air-Clips MD-11 video on Youtube. I had a great flight and all was well, not one issue. I had the freeware Nairobi airport scenery installed from here, and on landing decided to download some Johannesburg scenery also from here, which also changed the airport designater from FAJS to FAOR. However after finding I was unable to redirect all of my World of AI traffic to the new FAOR airport changed it back and removed the Johannesburg scenery. I just wanted to say that I was having a terrible time with CTDs, usually when I switched from full screen mode to windowed mode. I tried everything, searched everywhere, and could find nothing. What finally fixed it was when I deleted REX Direct. Ever since, I have had zero CTDs and my sim has never ran smoother. Disappointing, because I really liked REX, but I find the default clouds with ASN to be fine for my needs. Hope this helps someone. Andrew Grey

When I'm on FSX SE and if I go to anything on the menu there's a pop up that reads; An unsupported operation was attempted. The sim freezes, then FSX SE shuts down.

Hi, Can anyone direct me to the thread that lists all the .dll crashes and the reasons for them for FSX? I saw it once in one of the FSX forums but can't recall where. If not, can someone help me with this g3d.dll problem plus many other .dll crashes? This happens while I'm playing one of the missions in FSX. Hi, i had two strange CTDs. Both on approach to ORBX KSAN from the east. Firstly my EZCA v2 camera freeze. It freezes on a particular view i am at in the moment of freeze. Cannot change the camera and connot use pan view on the frozen camera. Then, few minutes later there is a CTD. i also havent found any error log for this event in the system event viewer. Hi, From 1 month i have a problem with p3d v4. The simulator is normaly working until the moment when i descending or landing. The simulator is freezing for 3 minutes and after Crashing. Hi everyone, I really hope everyone is doing fine. Since 2 days ago my fsx won't pass the loading scenery page, it gets stuck at 70%... Loading auto-generated scenery... I've done everything that it comes to my mind. I've rebuilt my fsx.cfg, I v'e done the same with the scenery.cfg using a backup before I had any issue with the game. I've updated my video card graphics and checked my anti-virus to see if somehow something has been moved to quarantine or being deleted. I've just literally run out of any other ideas. Hi everyone So now I have tried everything everyone suggest so far. Nothing in Windows 10 works for me. I can perform a flight without problem but on approach or when taxi in to terminal FSX shuts down and I end up on desctop. I do not know what abbreviation you have for that, please speak in clear language when suggesting anything. My system is an Intel i7 at 2.9 MHz, 16 Gb RAM, 2 GB video ram. Hi Guys For the first time ever i am getting a total crash of my system to restart. I dont know how to diagnose what is going on. Could anyone help me please? I have looked in the event viewer and the critical event shows as kernal power but beyond that i don't know what yo look for or too fix.
