New rig I7 3770K, 8GB RAM, NVidia GTX 680 2GB, HDD 10'000RPM, Windows 7 64 and... loads of CTD!!! Not been able to complete ONE flight in three days after going through a three-day detailed setup making sure that I would have my cfg file evaluated by Bojote on line, all recommended settings from PMDG (I bought the 737 NGX), but - very frankly - I already regret my FS9! I've looked through most of the archives on this subject and couldn't find my specific issue. After a successful flight I'm back at the Free Flight screen. I click on Flight Planner to load another saved flight. It loads it then I click on Fly Now button, the Terrain Loading box comes up, reaches a random percentage each time and stops. After waiting for approximately 5 minutes I bring up Windows Task Manager to see what is going on. It shows Flight Simulator running. I close Task Manager and wait another 5 minutes then bring up Task Manager again and it still shows as running. At this point I give up and end the Flight Simulator X task. The last couple of times testing FSX today for while tweking my ENB .ini I have been getting black screen(recoverable) and the one reboot. In the event viewer I get this as the cause. I remember that it was extensive discussion about this module, but I cannot recall if there some agreement about... 1) what version of the module to use 2) where this module should be placed. Hello out there, Hopefully I'm in the right place, and that some kind person can help. Its a bit weird. My problem is this - whenever I try to fly towards or even get near airspace in Denmark I get an Immediate CDT. It doesn't seem to matter which part of Denmark or which airport I head for the result is the same.I've tried looking in the Recycle Bin to see if I may have accidentally deleted something but to be honest I'm not that technical, so not sure what to even look for. Hey guys, I'm new here and I think this might be the right area to post this, if not may a moderator please move it to the right area, sorry! but I have been playing FSX for about 5 years now. A few weeks ago, I decided to start playing FSX again and it would freeze up and crash, nothing fixed these crashes so I uninstalled the game, completely removing everything to do with FSX from my computer. Recently I've been having problems with random CTDs caused by module 'Unknown' after a long period of no problems but I think I might have found a way around the CTDs. I have now done several flights without any CTDs and thought I would share my experience, maybe it will help someone else with a similar setup and problem. I'm using FSX SP2 on Win7 x64 on an Intel Core i7-920 @ 4 GHz with 6 GB RAM. Hi all, I get CTD's seemingly randomly in FSX but I have no idea how to get rid of them! I found a guide to produce error reports so I've attached them accordingly! Further information is... core i5 760 @ 3.5ghz (stable, tested for many hours with other games, benchmarking, stresstesting etc) 4gb DDR3 ram @ 1333ghz (Good quality, Mushkin with decent sized heatsinks) GTX 560TI 1gb - latest drivers installed. The last two flights I have done I have gotten a rather strange problem, not a ctd but still...in cruise fs freezes pfor a cpouple of seconds and then the vc dissapears, and the plane becomes transparent in external view... the 2d cocpit still works but when i land i noticed that the airport was mising as well...just green and brown colours...no error messages so i have no idea what causes these problems... any suggestions? thanks afor the help

So I have been getting this one for a while, before and after the reinstall of FSX and Windows. Whenever accessing the menus during a flight, usually at high altitude, FSX will just crash to the desktop with no error. FSX just disappears and I am left looking at the desktop thinking "ah sh**! another wasted takeoff and time wasted programming the FMC.

Recently, I have been having oom errors while flying. I use the ngx, along with REX, and also fsdreamteam KFLL. However, the oom's can happen at any airport. The symptoms begin towards the end of my flights, when I begin my approaches, or begin my final descents. If I switch views, the textures of the vc begin to take a long time to load, and then, I receive an oom error. Sometimes I am able to touchdown, but I end up getting the error while taxiing. Also, I have tried using process explorer, and it appears that my virtual memory begins at about 1.7-1.8 gb, and it begins to slowly increase the longer I am inside fs. So I've tried quite a few things based on what I've read in the forums already. I've switched my UIIAutomationCore.dll file with one from Vista, I've changed the UIIAutomationCore.dll settings in the cmd dialog box and I've added all of my add-ons one at a time and rebooted the system after each one. So I downloaded a new UI Auto.dll and Windows 7 wont let me replace the original one, it says I need permission as a Trusted Installer, Im trying to put it into the WOW64 folder, any ideas whats going on, I thought this would be an easy fix! Hi y'allAfter about 10 mins flying, FSX freezes for approx 5 seconds before blue screen "windows has encountered a problem and is re-starting in order to prevent damage to your computer". Windows then restarts. This happens very regularly and FSX is unusable as a result. My computer is about 1 old - Windows 7 64bit, I7 950 @ 4ghz (factory overclocked) with GTX470. I'm not very technical at all, so any help greatly appreciated. I'm sure ye would need more info so just let me know what ye need n I'll try get it. Yesterday I made a mistake and shutdown my computer with svchost.exe not in it's correct folder. When I tried to reboot I could not get windows to load so I had to resort to a system restore. After my system restore everything seems to work great other than the fact that I can't use FSX, all I get when trying to use is the FSX splash screen for about a minute then nothing the splash screen goes away and fsx never loads. I want it to be a last resort to have to uninstall an re-install FSX because I have a ton of addons and It will take ages to get FSX back where I want it. Thanks in advance for all who can help. I did along time ago have a G3d.dll crash flying into this airport around the same point over Philly during dusk/night but have since upgraded to the latest FSUIPC and have had no problems.
