This is a first time post..for Tinmouse2.. My FSUIPC is the latest version and I use PFC flight controls, throttles and radio stack... 1.. RMI...The VOR needles do not work on NAV 1 and 2.. DME readings OK 2.. Red Flags on the EPR gauges...not working 3.. Red Flag on the Altimeter.. I fixed this by replacing the gauge with the Probst 727 altimeter... 4.. I have to use the F6/F7 Keys to actuate the flaps...My PFC Flap lever will not move the flaps. 5..The Flap position gauge does not work... I replaced it... I assume I may have missed some settings on the overhead or radio stack panel..??Ray LunningSurprise AZ

Sometimes (not everytimes) I got the orange flag above the altimeter and the master caution light of fuel on, when I start the simulation, as you can see here:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v604/ron...Screen_2028.jpg Look that there's more flags in instruments. But only when the Fuel master caution is warning. Look that the plane got a lot of fuel.Anyone knows what should I do about this? :(

first of all great A/C!I have a problem with the CIVA.I have flown this plane once and it worked like a charm.now, I have reinstalled it because of software problems, and when I finish inputing the waypoints and the NAV/RAD to NAV, the heading does not sychronizes with the waypoint and in HSI the distance to the waypoint isn't shown although it's only 45NM.what can I do to fix it?p.s CIVA 1.51provided Aircraft.CFG make any changes needed.// Panel configuration file.// TinMouse II Boeing 737-200 for FS2004// Copyright © 2005-2006 Richard Probst and Robert Scott.// Version 1.2// Released under the Artistic License v2[Window Titles]Window00=Main Panelwindow01=Radio Stack - …

Hi. Just got back into the 737-200 again after a long time. I have the tnms2v12.zip. I've been looking at the FAQ thread & it seems I need 1.21, 1.22 & 1.24 updates. I looked at the Avsim links but they're unavailable. Is there anywhere else that I can get them?

Whenever I select the TinMouse I get a CTD when the sim tries to load the panel. Any ideas on where I should start fixing this, or should I just reinstall everything?Sorry for the apparent lack of detail, but I don't have a clue what could be causing the problem, I guess I just need folks to name things that could cause a CTD. Oh, and BTW, the sim works normally for all other aircraft.

Hello everyone, I hope someone is able to help me.Im currently working on the flight dynamics of the Boeing 737.I happen to be in the lucky position to fly this plane (NG-Version,though)for real to earn my living. So now to the question. Everything is fine with the dynamics, but when I commence a turn with the plane ,the lift loss is way too high, meaning I have to pitch up far too much to keep my altitude. Its just not realistic to fly a visual circling approach with 7-9 degrees of pitch up,just to keep altitude for example. It seems to be a general problem, regardless of flap position or speed, though its more obvious in low speed regimes I know of course from reality and…

How do I get the cutoff engine levers to stay off? Every time I switch them off, they bounce back up after a second or two. I want them to stay off, and then I'd like to be able to save a flight that way, so that when I load it the fuel cutoffs are in the cutoff position instead of the idle position.

I have version 1.51 Civa INS installed within FS2004 along with my Tinmouse 737-200 aircraft. When I set the INS system up ready for operation prior to moving the aircraft all seems well, (Aligning, setting to Nav, entering waypoints, etc.), I have waypoints ready to follow which have been entered and checked, after take off, when I click on the "Nav" button (Rad/Nav") on the main panel to couple the INS system to the auto pilot, with the auto pilot B "on" and with heading mode selected, and while on a heading providing a very low cross track error "XTR/TKE" (0.9 or less), the INS waypoint is not captured and I continue to stay in heading mode. Any suggestions what migh…

I've installed TinMouse II 1.2 with great care, then 1.21, 1.22, and 1.23A. Then I started up FS 2004, but I don't see the aircraft on the list of available aircraft. What have I done wrong? All the files appear to be where they belong.

I use FS2004 within my Windows XP Service Pack 3 operating system. After reinstalling FS2004 onto a new hard drive and the payeware Reality XP Weather Radar which is working well on chosen aircraft, I re-installed the (complete with all updates) Tinmouse 737 aircraft ("tinmousesb732v2") but when I view the relevant panel the origonal non- usable weather radar is still showing, and the reality XP weather radar is not showing. Is there something I have to do within the panel.cfg of the tinmouse panel folder or some other action to get the reality xp weather radar to show?I would appreciate a copy of a panel.cfg with an intergrated reality xp weather radar which is known to b…

Hello. Name is Larry, born in Seattle a long time ago, and I come from a Boeing family, I worked there a couple years, other family members have retired from there. Newb to this forum with a couple questions. I got interested in this airplane in trying to help a fella on another forum, to get all the files in the right place and finding his fs9.cfg. Others have helped me in the past and at times still do. Thats what I like about the flight sim community, lots of help and good people.Ok, now for my observations and a question or two.First off is their a check list available for proper startup procedures. I have yellow lights galore in my OHD, lol, and I seen a post about …

Bob,It would also be nice to have a "free" or not-slaved and adjustable (to calibrate to alternate direction systems) HSI mode so as to be able to use in non-typical navigation situations such as polar and polar grid navigation and such. Of course, it would need to be automatically corrected for precession ( as I am sure it would be in real life) to make it manageable. The existing "Magnetic" and "True" selection option is great, but it would be nice if one had one more option where one could do the calibration manually to any direction system of choice. Many thanks again for this incredible add-on.regards,Macs :)

For some reason I cannot engage the Aileron side of the Autopilot.Ive used this plane before and it all worked perfectly. Just recently re installed with all the new updates and it not won't engage. I can get the Eliv side to kick on. The click spots for it seem to be out of place. Any Ideas?Bryan

After much help, and some hair pulling, I finally got the TM2 installed, but I am having problems with flying. I suspect it's something in the config file, or an incompatibility problem. For quick flights, I use FSNavigator to do my flight planning. Once I have the flight plan saved, I can takeoff and normally hit Shift-F9 and the plane will follow both vertical and lateral plans. With the TM2, the normal climb speed hovers between 135 and 140, I am always near a stall or am stalling, it will never reach cruise alt, and totally ignores the flight course settings.I have reinstalled FS9 recently and after installing TM2, the basic 737s also exhibit these problems. Can so…

I read the readme and I know about the Offset Byte Set vairable in FSUIPC and using x6D11 option 2 and 3 to move the flaps. I do this and I can see the flap handle move. However, the first time I touch the flap down button the flaps will go to full down and then I cannot control them with this button anymore. The default fs9 flap assignment will move the flaps but not the lever which is obviously incorrect. Using V123. Anyone with some help on this?!?

There's these red flags to say over my altimeter and also on the EPR. For some reason I have tried and tried again to get this to work. I result in the same problem. I have fully read the instructions I have a registered copy of FSUIPC and I am in XP. I really have no idea what I am doing wrong. Help would be greatly appreciated!

Tim Dobrowolsky has provided a parameter file for UTOPIA (JT8D-17R engines) that can be used to compute assumed temps for reduced EPR takeoffs.Link in the FAQ section. Thanks to Tim.Bob ScottColonel, USAF (ret)ATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-VColorado Springs, CO
