FS2CREW: DEFAULT AND PMDG 737 (FS9)

Greetings FS2Crew!Recently I purchased the FS2Crew B737 Special Edition CD after hearing rave reviews from everyone! I have to say I am very happy with it after a dozen or so flights.I am having some difficulty with the virtual cockpit for the PMDG -600 and -700 series Boeings. Some of the instruments appear to be in the wrong position. It works fine in the -800 and -900 series. I tried to alias the VC to the 800 series, and even though it worked, it looked funny since there were holes in the cockpit.BTW, I use my FS9 in 1600x1200 resolution. Hi Bryan, Just curuious about something, since I bought the 737 PMDG edition of FS2crew and after that the ATR edition, I CANT fly anything else, so here is my question, I realy like the "clasic" Boeing 737 and Feelthere is about to release their 737-300-400-500, do you think the default 737 fs2crew version will work with it? I'am not expecting all features to work but just some so I can get the feeling of fs2crew?? (either way I will try it, I just wanted to ask first)Thanks for such a great product!Abraham

Hi Guys,I have 737NG and the update for 737 800/900.I've downloaded and installed FS2Crew and nothing has changed?I've restarted the computer, started the 737 in cold/dark state and nothing has changed...no FS2Crew?I've read the FAQ's and I can't find an answer there. Hello SirFor some reason when I press the flaps button on the BTO/TO/ATO panel, after I takeoff, FS9 reloads itself in the process of raising the flaps. Should this happen?Also why did the co pilot stop bringing the RTO switch back to home position after takeoff??Thanks for your helpBill M

Hi .. after months of pondering I finally decided to invest in the trackIR pro.. as a result I may also upgrade to PMDG 800/900 verson. I have fs2crew for PMDG737NG and was wondering if I have to pay the price to get FS2Crew version for 800/900 again. Seems like I would be double paying? Do you have any discounts for existing FS2Crew owners who upgrade to 800/900.Thanksamod

Hi,Fantastic product! just when i thought i had it all with FSpassengers!My problem is when i initially take off and press the flaps button on the BTO/TO/ATO panel, it causes both engines to cut out!! The flap retraction is still called and completed by the FO while i scramble to restart the engines. PLEASE HELP as this happens everytime and its as far as i get with the program due to this!!:) :) :)

I am having a lot of fun with FS2Crew and the 737 series. Everything is working fine except the approach page. It simply refuses to load when I near the top of descent point.The previous page is the takeoff one. I was wondering in Fscrew can I still use GPS system on my PMDG 737 ( 600 - 700 )and where can I find my final destination airport informations ( VOR / ILS / ATIS ) in my PMDG 737? Because in default 737 have GPS system built in the aircraft, is was so easy to find the airport informations during my flight. I hope this is not a silly question I ask! Thanks

I'm a first time user of Fs2crew, hope that you can help me to solve the problem. Recently I download the Fs2crew 737NG Pro version to my PMDG 737 (600-700), after I actived the Fs2crew, I can't arm my autotrottle, but before I active the Fs2crew everything is working properly, did I do something wrong during my installation??

Hi fairly reasonable question, me thinks lol. I have all the updates for both 600/700. + 800/900. I have also installed all 3 service updates for FScrew. Now, does that mean that i can use fscrew in the 600 700? If not, why did i need the 600/700 installed and why has it altered the 600.700 aircraft configs? Many thanksDavid

I previously had PMDG737NG and FSCrew installed and all worked fine. I have today installed the PMDG737-800/900 and re-installed FSCrew plus the 800/900 upgrades 1-3.Although all seemed to install OK, when loading the aircraft the various pop-ups to FSCrew appear and disappear as normal, but then none of the icons [C][A][P].etc.. work, and FSCrew will not start.I have uninstalled completely and re-installed but no joy.Can anyone give me some advice as to what may be causing this problem.Best regards,Stuart Hyett

The following wave files do not work when they are suppose to, however the files themselves seem to be ok when tested standalone. Hello all,I have a problem with the RTO button.its not responding to the CTRL SHIFT 6 or CTRL SHIFT 7. FO is also not setting it in his flow.I have re-entered them several times.Tried different screen resolutions as mentioned in other posts.The only addons I use are PMDG 736-9, ActiveSky and FS2Crew.Does anybody have a suggestion other then reinstalling? Thank you for the kind words Tony,Yes, the addon market is what keeps Flight Simulator alive. Without addons, the Flight Sim series would have died a long time ago I think.A lot of people like flying with Flight Sim, that's for sure.I actually derive more pleasure from meddling with the thing and trying to make it do new things rather than going from A to B.As for the New Version of Radar Contact, I don't own it so I can't comment. As for the future of FS2Crew:It depends on how well the flightsim world receives the whole concept of having a flight crew addon that operates at extremely high levels of detail. Hello James,I've never used WideFS, but evidently not.The benefit of two computers though would be minimal given that FS2Crew's pages can be toggled. I really made a strong effort to ensure that the "Pages" don't take up much space, or obscure your view for long periods of time. I'm sure you'll all be quite impressed with the way they work. Hi Tord,FS2CREW fully models the FO's callout if the cross wind component is excessive during an autoland. In addition he calls out if you exceeded any aircraft limit which could be harmfull for a safe landing (e.g. too high speed).
