I am running FS9 and windows 7 pro 64 bit and when selecting the voice button in default 737 it is not staying on. I have speech recognition set to US. Any help would be much appreciated regards brian

hi ive been having problems with fs2crew i start up fs2 and cant hear fo annoucments our anything else i say to the copilot pre flight checklist and i hear a clicking noise would love to be able to get fs2 working

Hi Bryan I have been spending a lot of time on monitored approaches with go-arounds executed as well. My question is after the MAP is completed captain has control the flaps are up and the FO has completed the after take off check list where to you start again for the 2nd attempt. Do you have to re-brief the monitored app again, start from the in range checks list or wait until the FO completes is approach checks again. I could not find the relevant info in the Manuals. One - perhaps the only - weakness of the 737-800/900 is that you cannot 'move it along' the flight path as you can with the MS aircraft in FS2004. Much as I enjoy taking off and landing in the 737, the intervening period can be rather tedious and if I were to spend six hours a day staring at a computer screen waiting for the point of decent to arrive, my family would probably have me certified.One way round it is to speed things up by using the simulation rate although even here, matters are far from straightforward since strange things happen! Having just acquired the Voice Commander for PMDG's FS9 737 as part of the excellent-value-for-money Airline Pilot Extreme package, can somebody kindly point me to a Flow Sheet for this particular aircraft? I use the excellent Flow Sheet created by Henk Altena and it is excellent for the default FS9/FSX 737 but some voice commands don't seem to work with the PMDG model in FS9, such as when asking the ground crew 'Ready To Push and Start',etc or some phases of the take-off. I have already trained my mic with the built-in Speech Recognition that is bundled with XP SP3,and I know it works because certain commands are displayed on-screen and the F/O responds but I don't seem …

As fs2crew uses some keystrokes from pmdg's ui do I potentioally interfere with FO by typing in FMC, changing views, clicking the buttons and switching keys (as per CA's flow) at the same time with the FO is switching his keys i.e. doing his switchology as required (and I see FO's mini-panel action is up in the bottom right)?Thanks,Dirk.

Hi,I have a problem with Track-IR due to FS2 Crew, Track-IR alway's worked fine untill now. When I tell the FO to start the 'Before start checklist' he starts his checklist and suddenly Track-IR stops, I can't restart it (not even when I disconnect and connect Track-IR's USB bus). I use Track-IR with my Yoke and FSUIPC connected at 3 buttons (Pause, Prit sc, and Delete) but those keys are not the problem. I have changed them and the problem remains. What is the solution? I looked for this problem at the forum but did'nt find any.Best regardsEric

Dear reader,A few weeks ago I bought FS2CREW for the PMDG 737NG (fs9) and I love to fly with it as it makes it much more realistic and more according to real live crew resource management.As I usally only have time for one flight....I end up going through the termination checklist with Jim. As in real live there is no flow, he reads and I do. Though he really takes good care of me during the whole flight this is where he gets a bit eager to go off as he skips half the things we have to do according to the checklist (Window heat, Packs, APU bleed and the lights).Would there be a way to train him to focus on the job, also during the last minutes? :( Otherwise as said a very…

There's an issue with the FMC i'm having with the 737-900(PMDG) and all the other models of the NG as well. When ever i try to put an airport in any way in the FMC, it gives me a "NOT IN DATABASE." Ive tried KLAX, KJFK, and KLAS....but no luck with the same message.Anyone know a fix to this issue? I'd like to get flying again!Thanks in advance!!

Hi guys,I installed the program with no problems at all yesterday - no error messages or any other hiccups. I then loaded up the default Cessna, shut it down as per the manual and then loaded up the PMDG 737-800 (BA Fantasy Scheme).As normal all the windows open and then close. This is where the problem begins. The Approach Briefing window stays open and will not close when I click on the page title. It briefly disappears and then reappears. If I press the next page button then the In Range page gets displayed, click next page again and nothing happens. If I click on the previous page button the previous page appears and then instantly gets covered by the Approach Br…

Dear All,I've got errors message whenever I tried to click at CPAL button.When I tried to click at any of the button in the approach brief. An error is occured. It keep saying that failed creation of sound.Check your sound whether available or not.When I check at microsoft games/flight simulator 2004/sounds/fs2crew there is no folder as mention in the error message.I've tried uninstall and reinstall the fs2crew as well as the aircraft itself.But still the same.I wish anyone can send me the required files.(everything that required when I click approach brief and etc).TQ

i only have fs2crew for the 600/700 seriesI just installed the 800/900 upgradenow when i load the 600/700...there are problems that were not there beforemany of the panels do not open with the letters on bottom left corner. The F T R C buttons do nothingsome sounds are now gone...like the cockpit sounds after i hit the apu switches the 800/900 without fs2crew is still goodwhen i reinstall install everything without fs2crew..the 600/700 is back to normal

Hi there,I'm a new user of Fs2crew and I like it a lot. I use the version for the Wilco Airbus (SE) and for the PMDG 737-800 (both FS9). In the Airbus edition it is very easy to put in the route I want to fly using the Fs2Crew starting centre. In this start centre the 737 is not included. Therefore my question, if I can put in the route (dep. and arr. airport) anywhere else? I don't like the paperwork that I get to consist data for a route that I'm not flying. Thanks a lot. with the pmdg 747...fs2 crew...the landing and taxi lights go out during taxithe switches are still in the on position but these is no way to get them back oni took out fs2 crew and tried fdc...the problem was gone..

i know how old this product is...but it still kicks butt!every single thing works for me except for onewhen i ask the FO to engage auto pilot...he says he is doing it...but the light on the button never goes onthanks

all the fs2 crew737 panels are open when i enter a flight...the manual says that they are supposed to come on briefly and then close..mine stay open and i have to close each one manually... big pain!other than that it works great the whole way throughthanksmike

Recently i wanted to record a few clips of the FSX 737 Default Edition Voice Commander Series. I seem to be able to record sound fine without activating the addon in game, but as soon as i do , it mutes my stereo mix, line volume and cd volume. I can give commands to the addon with these three muted and the addon responds, but when i un-mute them, the addon does no respond to commands.I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to fix this problem, because when i play back the videos, it sounds as if i'm talking to myself. :(

I Have just purchased fs2 crew for pmdg 737-800/900 all seems to work well but there is no main interface buttonsin the virtual cokpit the main ops manual states they should be. In the virtual cockpit panel cnfg file there are some fs2crew entries but I am not sure what it should be.Chris R.
