FS2CREW: DEFAULT AND PMDG 737 (FS9)

  1. Started by RoyH,

HiA year after I bought the 747-400 ( what a great sim ) I now have the 737-800/900. If I deploy the spoilers they will not retract. Retraction can only be achieved via the VC.Is there any way around this ?I use a Saitek X52 Throttle and joystick. The throttle has a slide control on it. Would this be any good to raise / lower the spoilers.I fly online with VATSIM and PC works really well in 2D but not quite good enough in VC. On the approach it's busy enough already without switching views and using a mouse to retract the spoilers.Any ideas please ?TksRoyH

Hi!I've got this problem: with PMDG800/900 series if I click on the "next" button after the take off page nothing happens. I must open the approach page manually from the view menu of the panel. The same thing happens with the 600/700 series but I can't open the window manually because I don't have any list for the FS2Crew windows in the panel view so I can't perform any approach with FS2Crew.Why I can't open automatically the approach page? And how can I get the windows list of FS2crew also in the 600/700 version?Thanx to everyone in advance!p.s.I've got the cd version and all the updates.

Ocasionaly, when I click the flaps up command, the FO does not respond. This causes the program to stall because I don't get the after t/o checklist and can't get passed the t/o page.Any ideas?Dave F.

Hi, I just recently installed FS2Crew, the PMDG 737-800/900 edition. I loaded a flight, and there were no numbers in the windows. On the config page, there were the time and dep time, and other things, but I could not change the numbers, b/c I could not read them. They were broken up, any ideas? Thanks

What is the procedure for pushback when using AES? Is there a way to skip the FS2Crew pushback feature, without sc**wing up the flow of FS2Crew? I'm also using W/F Airbus, LVD 767, F1 ATR and PMDG 747.Dave FisherCYYZP4 Prescott 3.2e 478p 800mhz 1mg CPUP4P800SE Asus Motherboard2.5 gig PC3200 DDR RAM 400MHZGeForce 7600GT/512 OC'dMaxtor 80 Gig ATA 133 HD x2WDC WD800 80 Gig HDAntec 500watt true powerSharp 19 inch LCD MonitorSaitek AV8R-01 Joystickhttp://fs2crew.com/linepilot.jpg

Does the FO control the AP during landing? Twice now, the AP has disconnected at about 3-400ft during a managed, single channel, ILS approach. The problem is, the aircraft was wildly out of trim and nosed down abruptly upon AP disconnect, slamming the aircraft into the ground. BTW, it was the PMGD -700.Dave FisherCYYZP4 Prescott 3.2e 478p 800mhz 1mg CPUP4P800SE Asus Motherboard2.5 gig PC3200 DDR RAM 400MHZGeForce 7600GT/512 OC'dMaxtor 80 Gig ATA 133 HD x2WDC WD800 80 Gig HDAntec 500watt true powerSharp 19 inch LCD MonitorSaitek AV8R-01 Joystickhttp://fs2crew.com/linepilot.jpg

Hi All,I have the PMDG737NG-600/700 version of FS2Crew, and have a normal install that is working just fine. I recently decided to remove FS2Crew from the 737-600 setup, while keeping it in my 737-700 setup, which is my most-often used setup. Seemed pretty simple by merely putting the original files from the backup back in.I restored the panels backup to the 737-600 panels folder, and went o test this new setup. What I found is that the new -600 2D panel environment seems to be missing sections, such as the front view, and pieces of the panel setup. I thought this would be a relatively easy switch, but it seems I am missing something, or that I am going to have some prob…

Nn the departure briefing window, FS2Crew has you select an SID you would like to use on your flight. I'm having problems with this feature. Where are the SID numbers located on an SID? When I type in 5 (like for the Rocki5 departure out of KDEN), it plays an SID totally different to what I need, usually some sort of departure out of Europe...any help is great.
