Hey everyone... Looking for someone who can do a livery for me... I am looking to have the Wilco E170/190 series painted in the old Northeast Airlines "Yellowbird" scheme of the 1970's pre-Delta merger days... I can provide the paint kit and if you are willing to do this, contact me and I'll fill you in on some other details (font, graphic placement, etc.) I can't express how appreciative I'd be if someone could do this for me... Just something I've been nitpicking at over the past couple days. Probably about 50% complete..

I have FS repaint v.2 I was doing some repaints yesterday,and have made the admin. fix so im the administrator. Now after a few days i go back to do more repaints to new and other aircraft and I get a Error when I pull up the aircraft that was painted .. "THE MODEL FILE (MDL) WAS NOT FOUND. Not sure how to fix this > also I went to update my virsion to 2.23 on their Abacus Web-site and got yet another BS error. Can someone help me out so I can fix these errors please ?? Boman

Straight to the point, how do you do it? The paint I'm working on at the moment calls for a white spinner but the Lancair comes with a chrome one as standard. I've have a rummage around but can't find the texture that deals with it. Any ideas would be appreciated.

hi ive tried searching and found nothing.... Most of the time when trying to open a bmp file with photoshop it gives me an unexpected end of file warning. What can I do about this? Currently im just getting into painting, Ive already done a nice job with the Carenado PA46 ( trying to just get the hang of it before using paint kits) and those are just bmp files but I cant open other ones. I want to do the Carenado C208 and C185 next. thanks for the help lee

In case there are people with RealAir's Legacy that isn't in the Legacy Appreciation Society and haven't seen these, I've now uploaded them to AVSIM and:

RealAir Simulations Beechcraft Duke Turbine - This is a fictional paint based on Eastern Airways Jetstream J41, G-MAJX. If they actually had a Duke it would probably look like this! Eastern is flies out of Newcastle, UK. It is available on AVSIM Library. Search Ron Attwood Hope you like it.

Hi, i have a texture made for the Quest Kodiak, it work great on FS9. But when i covert it for fsx, i got this It's in DDS DXT5 with Mipmap

As you can see, I have a problem with the residue of a previous paint showing up. The rest of the paint is OK, it's just the VC view. I've checked out the alpha channel and there is nothing left over. This is using Realair's official paint kit. If anyone can point the way for me I'd be very grateful.

These aren't paints for general consumption, I was just putting ideas down for a real world / real aircraft client...

I am in desperate need of a United Livery for the E-175 by Feelthere as soon as possible. I have gone rounds with Feelthere and McPhat and they refuse to do it. My next aircraft in the paint shop. As always, work in progress and may see some tweaks but I'm certainly close.

I have a little problem and this has never happened before when repainting Project Opensky. Every time I put the new bmp in the sim with the same alpha layer as the other side it doesn't work. It just has a chrome body from far away, but when I'm up close it looks fine. Help?

Below is the MAAM SIM DC-3 and the nose area where the red and white roll down to me has been quite the challange to get rounded. It is like one pixel takes me this way and one pixel the other way takes it in to far. The top part rolled nice, however the bottom just does not want to cooperate. The bitmap it looks perfect, but when viewed it ends up like this. Any ideas, I'm all ears.

Hello, I was woundering if anyone know of(or wants to) create a libyan airforce or similar repaint to the virtavia Tu-22 blinder. It is such a wounderful and unique aircraft(despite its rumours) And i am a little dissapointet virtavia (or alphasim then) only made one default soviet paint for the airplane. Just woundering if there are any others out there like me that are interested in seing repaints of this rare airplane

Hi All, I'm consistently wrestling a problem every time I paint an aircraft that I can't figure out. Previous searches on AVSIM have failed to find any solutions. The majority of times when I add a graphic to the texture, it ends up looking like the aircraft shown in the "Botched Repaint" attachment. The different components on that particular texture are displayed on the flight control surfaces, etc., on that texture. I'll re-accomplish the entire texture and sometimes it will come out ok. Bottom line is most times when I add a graphic such as an insignia (jpeg or BMP) my troubleshooting has shown that it corrupts the texture resulting in the texture comp…

Some screens of my as the fs community said "low quality" HD textures. Hope you like them.Project Airbus A318 HD (FSX only)Project Airbus A319 HD (FSX only)At the moment those textures are not available for public. My filehost went offline and private reasons helped together ...Next one to be converted to CSHD will be Project Airbus A319 IAE -> new custom details, shadow effects, windows and alpha channels.Followed by PA A320 (CFM/IAE, maybe I'll update my JetBlue fleet to HD), PA A321 (CFM/IAE) and maybe PA A380Note, those will be for use with FSX only.
