I really liked this paint job when I first saw it. I hope you do too. N6440N was built in 1978. It was owned by Sharman Enterprises Inc and was kept at Nut Tree airport, Vacaville, CA. As soon as I finished the paint I went on a hunt for it's history and the aircraft was sold to one Peter Clisdell of Rockdale, Australia on the 2/2/2012! I tried to find pictures of it with it's new Aussie rego, VH-PYH, but no joy. If anyone has one I'd appreciate a PM On AVSIM as we speak.

Please help. I have worked out how to put the livery on the NGX 737, happy with that ^_^ but.......my aircraft has fuzzy textures...sort of like when in fs2004 you saved the aircraft in 32bit not DTX3bmp......i save the file in .ddsDTX5 but how do i make the textures appear crisp like the PMDG textures and add on liveries that come with PMDG. Hope you can help. a free beer to anyone that can help me B)

Hi So slowly and surely I'm getting better at repainting. My question now is how do you guys add weathering and dirt when there's no paint kit, or when the paint kit has no weathering and dirt? I'm just looking to add some simple dirt and maybe some signs of age or rough use. Thanks Lee Edit: Also where is a good place to get aviation related logos and the like? Thanks again

I want to get into repainting aircraft, and I'm using a tutorial to make repaints. Says I need Martin Wright's DXTBmp. The link to his program is no longer in service. I'd like to make some liveries for some of my PMDG aircraft and the default Caravan. So does anyone know of where I can get Martin Wright's DXTBmp or an alternative? Thanks, Nathan3219

I came across this livery on the web for the Airbus X series. Does anyone have any idea as to where this can be obtained, free or otherwise?

C-GDMS was built in 1977. Was registered in 1988 by Starliner Holdings Ltd. of Ontario, Canada. It is kept at CYKZ Buttonville Municipal, Ontario. That's all I can tell you about it, except that it looks to be taken care of properly. Don'tcha just love that undercarriage? On AVSIM. Hope you like.

Dear Simmers, I would like to ask you if it will be possible to create a Project Airbus model Air Malta A319 repaint in their new livery. I have already found the A320 Repaint on Avsim,however it doesn't seem that it is available for the A319. I look forward to hearing from you! Thanks Justin

Is there anyone out there that can do a repaint of Mike Stones newest model of the FH-227B in the livery of Mohawk Airlines? The aircraft can be downloaded from Flightsim.com in the FS9 turbo prop section. Christian Page did one for Dee Waldron's AI model but I need one done for the Mike Stone FH-227B. Hi All: I have a 3rd party AC with winglets but there is no specific winglet bmp in the texture folder. After some experimentation, I found out that the texture for the winglets was drawn from the vertical stabilizer which is a combo of checkered colors and white lettering of the AC carriers name. The lettering has carried over to the winglets and instead of being a solid color, looks like a hodge podge. Is there any way to allow painting of the winglets (solid color) separate from the vertical stab textures (mixed colors)? Thanks Chris

So this is my first paint. I am using Carenados paint kit for the 206. When I add the logo to the tail it is reversed on one side. In the paint kit it shows both sides of the tail.

G'day I just started to have a play with the paint kit for the NGX doing a cargo plane. I have the windows removed i just cant work out how to the part that looks 3D of were the windows would sit. So if someone has done a cargo NGX i would love to know how they are removed to have a flat clean skin. 2nd is there away to paint say a strip from the bottem of the fues to the front start of the tail and have it match up? I have spent lots and lots of hours trying to work this one out and its killing my head. Thanks for you help of you can. Regards Darryl

I am trying to repaint the Coolsky DC9 in British Midland colours, but could anyone tell me what font the old BM logo was please (just the white bit)? And also, where I could possibly get it? Hi, I have just finished my first repaint of the DJC a320 and after saving the textures and everything, when i make a flightplan with that aircraft and load FSX, there is no sign of the aircraft. I think this is something to do with alpha channels but don't know how to add/find these and can't seem to find any useful info on the internet. Anyway, hope someone can help

Hey guys, I am wondering if any of you would explain to me how to paint on the Project Airbus paint kits? I have painted on posky's layered 737's, but i can't for the life of me figure out how to paint the PA. There are no outline in the paint kit, and it is not layered Appreciate it if anyone could explain how to do it. Cheers, Kim.
