The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum
Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here. Please follow image posting rules (below). Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).
Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
- Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Released her late last night and headed to bed...1st time I've been able to post the release announcement (with pic) She's already in the library...just click the link in my sig to get her. https://imageshack.com/a/img924/7245/eAHqzS.jpg What's next from Steve's paint hangar? Trying to finish this one and push her out... Heck this AirCal is pretty close too..... And to be honest, I only have a few more tweaks on this Tylenol TWA one too Pretty sure this TWA-AA merger is 99% done...just need that 1% push and upload her (which is a chore in itself)...most folks would probably not even notice the 1% I'm missing. 🙂 …

I'm just really partial to this aircraft. It has everything I'd like in a plane, AoA indicator, fully IFR equipped, and it's FAAAST! After a couple of enjoyable days in Malta, we continue our journey. Our final destination for today was supposed to be Alexandria in Egypt, but there is apparently no freeware airport for that city that works in P3D v4, so we decided to conclude this leg a bit further south in Cairo instead. We could have taken the straight route above sea and along the coast, but that would have been a bit boring. That is why we will fly south instead, cross Tunesian airspace and some portions of the Sahara desert in order to go back into Algerian airspace, where we will reach the Tassili n'Ajjer mountain range. Taking off from Malta’s LMML, we make first a short…

Here are a few screenshots of the formidable Ju-87 Stuka (wonderful free gift from MilViz) flying from Salt Lake City towards the King's Peak area in Utah. The Dive-Bomber is here on a gentle...🙂... sight-seeing mission!.A while ago, Phantom88 had posted magnificent shots of the IL*2 Stuka. So, this is for those of us who don't have the irreplaceable SIM (IL*2 BoS) - yet! Thanks for viewing. [MilViz/MSE/REX]

First flight in my new Bonanza. I've got no GPS, I'm flying the needles and it's mostly IMC on a short hop from Bremerton Natl PWT to Skagit KBVS in the Pacific NW. My routing was a radar vector onto V165 to ISLND, then from there I shot the NDB Ry 11 at KBVS with a circle to land to Ry 4. The whole thing was tricky due to a monster ssw wind (it was lovely aloft - had a ground speed of 202!!)... I had a crosswind for the entirety of the non precision approach. routing by ryan b, on Flickr Untitled-1 by ryan b, on Flickr Untitled-2 by ryan b, on Flickr Even without GPS the aircraft is well-equipped for IFR with dual nav/comm, ADF and DME. These days we often find Demo aircraft from the developers for pre-testing before we can decide to purchase. In this regard, Just Flight is especially generous. Here is a collection of (mostly military) Demo aircraft freely available from the JF website, not exhaustive, of course, (I had a downloaded a few several years ago, and did a few more today - that appeared to me as something I may be interested further). I have taken each of these aircraft into the air (subject to the time/altitude restrictions imposed by the Demo). The aircraft images are in the following order: Canberra PR9, de Havilland Mosquito, Corsair F4U, Stinson L5A, EE Lightning, Tornado GR1, BAe HawkT1,…

Hey. I did this livery up tonight after learning of Amazon's partnership with Atlas Air. This livery is for FSX/P3Dv3 using a licensed/legit copy of PMDG's 777F. I would like to receive feedback on what you think, so please fire away!! The airport is KMEM with GSX from FSDreamTeam in P3D. I'll post some more pics later.

In Lufthansa, I had occasion to travel in A340-600 (the longest variant of the A340 family) several times. The 4-engine A340 planes always remind me of the Boeing 707. Unfortunately, A340 production has now ceased since 2011, a result of stiff competition from the B777. And, of course, with the (more efficient) B787 and A350 being already put into service now, the 4-engine planes (such as A340) will gradually disappear from the skies. In our SIM, in terms of a decent payware for A340, Wilco Airbus Series Vol 2 probably comes closest. However, Wilco aircraft in my FSX collections, have received the least attention (i.e. purchased but not much used). So, today, I reviv…

Carenado Cessna S550 II Citation, Aerosoft Gibraltar, freeware photoscenery of Northern Africa and Southern Europe, EnvTex, EnvShade, P3D v4 After having arrived with the Curtiss in Gibraltar, I thought, it would be interesting to explore this area a bit more, but on a grander scale. So why not do a tour around the entire Mediterranean Sea. I have never done that. We take off in our trusted Citation S550 from Gibraltar. She is small enough for shorter airstrips and fast enough for longer journeys. Our first leg will lead us via Algier to Malta, where we will stop overnight. For the second leg, we will fly from Malta to Alexandria in Egypt. Th…
