Screenshot Image Posting Rules
- Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own. See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/

- Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
- No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
- AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
- Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

Cheesy title aside, join me on a flight from Diamond Point 2WA1 to Brookings, OR (KBOK) in the new PC12 NGX. It's about a 2:15 flight time A crisp morning pre-flight And I think we're going to get a stellar sunrise from the "office" Routing today is 2WA1 AST ONP OTH ROOTY KBOK at FL200, then 210 when we turn more east of south along the WA shoreline - looking west here towards Port Angeles, WA Looking towards Everett and Seattle area Reaching the Olympic Mountains as we get a stunning view of the sunrise Most realistic clouds I've seen yet in any sim... A decent day to fly! BO…

Hi all, some more from wellknown sceneries. With P3dv6 I get more out of the old FSX sceneries and that's absolutely great. P3dv4 is a great sim, can run nearly everything for FSX, but it has no impressive screen, not enough light. Once we had PTA but I cannot reactivate it anymore, the server is not online. Thank you very much for viewing! Cheers Andreas

Hi all, here are a few shots from various places in wonderful Alaska. Didn't release the parking brake on those shots with the Huey but it's not important in this case, it has no wheels. Always have to stop the simulation for the shot because none of the choppers here have an AP and I have to hold the cyclic all the time. Thank you very much for viewing! Cheers Andreas

The Carenado M20R is one of the aircraft that MS/AS dragged through from MSFS 2020 & had sitting in my library as Disabled. I "Enabled" it & took it for a low level flight along the Cornwall coastline. Flew very well, AP worked ok. Noticeable in the cockpit that some of the instrument on screen lettering was on the faint side as was some of the wording on the buttons, until you got very close up. & the out the side window shot shows probably an excess of smudging & scratching. But an aircraft that will get more time in MSFS 2024. Also, my PC spec is such that currently I can't run the graphics more than on a Medium/High mix. …

The name "Sierra Nevada" literally translates to "snowy mountains". The word "Sierra" is Spanish for "a range of mountains" or "jagged mountain range", and "Nevada" is the feminine form of the Spanish word for "snowy". In this post, if you examine the few (overfly) images of my passage today over this majestic mountain range, you'll see why this name is fully justified. Even if you're not a local to U.S....🙂..., you might have heard plenty (at least from this mountain-lover here...🙂...) about the two mountain ranges (the Sierra Nevada and the Rocky Mountains) both of which span in north-south orientation, in the western United States. The Rockies may be slightly bett…

[Note: A member has already posted, here, a set of images of the A400M from MSFS 2024. That post triggered me to fly this unique Airbus airliner today on the Xbox. So, here we go...] After I had installed, into my Xbox system, MSFS 2024, on the day after its release (which would be Nov. 20), I immediately wished to fly the 3 iniBuilds (Airbus) airliners that were of interest to me. These are the 3 newly introduced default a/c of the MSFS 2024 SIM - (A321, A330, and A400M). I must admit, during the period, between Nov. 20, and Dec. 10 (when the first MSFS 2024 Update 1.2.7.0 was released), I must have attempted to fly these 3 aircraft at least 5 to 10 times each...🙂..…

[I'm delighted with my B2B success, in 2 days, with two (FS2024) iniBuilds airliners (the A321, see my previous post, and the A330, here) flying now so admirably on my (modest) Xbox/TV system...🙂...something I'd thought to be a distant dream, just a week ago, before the Patch. I have no idea what has exactly transpired, but, pre-Patch, these two airplanes simply would not budge from the Apron...while frustratingly also freezing all my peripheral controls in the process...Oh well...things worked out a bit different today...🙂...] The A330 is an airplane that is dear to me. Of all my transoceanic crossings (shared across 330/340/747/777), for about one-fourth of the num…

As you can see from the first picture, I first fly along the Beagle Channel, then up north along the rough and windy west coast towards Punta Arenas, before I turn east again to finally land near Porvenir. Thanks for viewing

Some sample shots around LXGB and more specifically the Rock itself, for anyone interested First few shots are from Google Earth, currently showing imagery from 2009 and 2011, so a bit out of date These next few are the default MS/Asobo LXGB (don't know if this is only with the premium edition). Not perfect, texture-wise, but not too bad, and reasonable accurate in turms of overall profile and shape, I thought. If you add in the Samscene package, it doesn't seem to make any changes to the rock iteslf, but there are a whole new set of high-rise blocks on the seaward side at the airport end. No idea if these are accurate as I cou…

I love airliners, but I cant fly from/to majors hubs without AIG. So while waiting for a proper AI traffic, I enjoy low n' slow and that's where MSFS really shines. Ground tesselation, 3d trees, ground effect & behaviour, I would not go back to MSFS 2020 for anything. Being attracted by Alaska but having 3 children, I don't have much time to fly : I had to cut back on planning. I asked ChatGPT : "I want to explore the south of Alaska. I plan on doing short hops in a Draco X from Yakutat to Anchorage. Please suggest 8-10 legs, between 30 and 60nm each, knowing I dont want to miss Chenega, Kenai Fjords Ntional Park, Kachemak Bay State Park, Tustumena Lake…

Hi all, so this one looks funny and it can fly over the alps! 🙂 Played with the weather all the time, volumetric clouds must be set at least to mid. Otherwise it creates weird edges, you can see it on shot #5. It was a flawless flight so the sim is stable. The marketplace doesn't work yet, since the update I have nothing in 2024 which I bought for 2020. It doesn't matter. they'll do it. Didn't check the taxiway bridges at EDDM again so I did the first shots on the runway. …
