Good Morning all.I have just completed a 6pack display board and given it a test. The boards seem to be communicating, but not displaying the right things. '1' look like 'r', '0' look like a '6' with no bottom, but has a decimal, '2' looks like '4' with decimal point, '4'looks like '2' with no bottom, '3' looks like backwards '4' with a decimal point. I think you get the picture. I have tried multiple displays, all with the same result. tried re-flashing, with all different .hex codes. It is a CA setup with BC548 transisters, and Kingbright SA36-11GWA. Also, when changing Base Brightness, everything goes crazy. Many thanks in advance.Rob Fonhof.PS: I found out what hap…

Good morning/Evening all.I am finally putting things together for my C310 cockpit and started putting things together with FSBUS. In the meantime whilst getting things together hardware-wise, I'm trying to get my head around the programming side of things. My best method of learning is by looking at/seeing examples. I was wondering if there were any simmers out there happy to share their code so I get an idea of what I'm doing? Feel free to PM me, or even place their code on this topic so others may also benefit. I'm also having trouble finding offsets for switches and displays. I've tried using FSInterrogate and am just getting frustrated. Many thanks in advance for…

Good morning all.I have just build a FSBUS Com, DO64, and Display boards.I have connected it to my computer and I'm having no luck in programming.I have checked the board and everything seems OK-no shorts etc.(1 question-Does it matter which way the 3pin 4Mhz resonator goes?)When connected to the serial port it calibrates OK and it Probes 'COM1' and not the other, so there is some communication. When trying to do the security bits with pony prog. I always get the same error message:'Device missing or unkown device (-24)'I looked up the pony prog site and it states if you get this message just hit ignore and it will continue (Blind reading and writing I presume)If I do this…

Good morning all.1)Just wondering if anyone has the hex files for the FSBUS Display? I've tried searching here, mycockpit.or and google and found nothing.2)Does anyone have schematics of the FSBUSNG? The classic had everything there, but on the Display project has schematics. I'm having trouble with my DO64, and using a schematic may help in solving the problem. Many Thanks in advance,Rob.Melbourne Australia.

Hi all,I made the jump and purchased the Opencockpits MCP, EFIS and Radio modules. I have them all working perfectly for the Level D 767 thanks to Nico Kaans scripts, but I now require a script for other aircraft in my hanger. Preferably the Wilco 737 or the PMDG 737/747's. Does anyone have any of these scripts that work well in FSX or even FS9 that they are willing to share? By the way these modules are excellent!!many thanksKeith

Hi,I am starting to build up my FS experience to incorporate better hardware and do away with mouse clicks entirely if possible. So, I am looking at purchasing the Opencockpits MCP, EFIS 737 and Multiradio units as a start. Can anyone comment on these units and also the company in question, are they reliable etc etc and worthwile purchases?I have read on their site that they are obviously fine for Boeing aircraft, but I fly all manner of aircraft as well as the Boeings including Airbus A319-321, MD82 and Fokker F70/100 (all payware aircraft), so are these units compatible with these aircraft and if so are they easy to setup. many thanksKeith

Hello,I am looking to buy a more realistic yoke, and PFC seems like one option, but does their Mooney and Beech yokes actually move 180 degrees in roll and more than just 10cm in pitch?Only commercialy available yoke I have clearly seen that moves 180 degrees and 17cm is the simkits USB yoke. Others dont seem to specify it.
