I noticed, that the multiplayer aircrafts do not move smoothly. Actually they stutter or appear to flip between positions with an offset as large as a heavys wingspan while they move. Why is that? And how can I correct for this?Using latest SB-Software + RW.Thanx for your help.Jan.

I have fsim 2002 and the latest squarkbox the problem is that I cant get squarkbox floating in fsim. This means that whenever I chat to some or to ATC my fsim pauses and I have to keep un pausing it etc. It is really begining to annoy me as I think it could cause an accident soon. So how can I fix this??

Just started using FS2002 with RW and Squawkbox and everything works FINE IF i keep the RW window on top and active. I can transmit and rcv voice.However (as I was used to with FS2000) if i minimze RW and try to use the push to talk key i have selected (ive tried 4 different keys) i cannot transmit. I can still receive voice, but no one hears me. Has anyone run into this problem? Trying to fly, talk and switch windows is getting a little tricky.Thanks in advance for any help.Joe KennebeckWW6643

Hi,You may find this to be a stupid question but have only been flying with SB for a week even though I still remember using Microprose FS1 b4 Microsoft took them over.I am registered with Vatsim-uk but can I fly anywhere in the world. Could I for example pop up at a gate at LAX in a United B777 and file a plan to JFK. Dont want to tread on any ones's toes or get suspended.ThanksMike852544BTW I think all the controllers I have spoken with so far have been very professioanl and very helpful. Well done to them all.

Works great except for tracking. It will go to the first waypoint and than orbit. It won't track to the next waypoint. Any ideas?MSFS2002, Windows XPRegards,Ed

After using it I can't get rid of it. Not the red text/green line one. But the chat window. After using it I try to click the x close corner but it won't close. I can resize it but when on approaches with a controller with no voice its hard to try to resize it everytime I won't to type. I'm also using the "FSChatScroll14Auto" file could this be affecting it?Thanks

I have a problem with pro controller. The thing is I'll be controlling for about 10 mins, then I cant open any menus, but I can open menus again when I close something. It isnt one specific program that I close that makes it work again, I can close any folder/program etc and it will work for 5 more mins and then the menus stop working again. So I close 1 more window/program and it works again! Help would be appreciate guys. If you need it, here are my system specs:AMD Athlon 800mhzGeforce2 MMX 64MB512MB SD RAM

I've had FS2K2 installed and flown on my system for a year or so. Default installation of FS as re directories, etc. Downloaded squawkbox_all from the IVAO site. When I try to unzip/install, it says I don't have FS installed. Tried manually unzipping and installing - same problem.Help!Please.TnxChris

I just installed FS2002 and tried running Squawkbox. Once I ran it, it came up with the question do I want multiplayer or not. Once I selected no multiplayer it went away. I brough up FS2002 but nothing. I thought maybe their was something wrong with my Squawkbox so I decided to re-download it from Vatsim. I installed it and tried again but still, no luck!I then completely un-installed Squawkbox, cleaned it out and decided to completely fresh re-install it. I thgouht the version from Vatsim was the full version and didn't require any previous, but still not working. Now, squawkbox was working with FS2k but now its not working at all. Can someone help? I open up FS 2k2 and (either using the HostSB dll or going strait into the program folder in the start menu) properly open SB and then the "Main Program". It never comes up, but crashes. Hello gentlemen. Me and a friend are both flying the EMB-145 and they don't show up right when online.They look as though they are a twin propped plane.We've installed the latest version Of CSL in fs2002/aircraft and the new CSL_IVAO.csv in SB.A few days ago i actually saw an EMB-145.What i'm i doing wrong???Thanks,Steve.

I have a PC with 2 soundcards, a headset and mic being connected to each. Pilot A wears the first headset, Pilot B wears the second.I need to have the ability to be able to transmit/receive on 2 channels at the same time, independently of each other. Person A needs to be tuned to channel A, person B needs to be tuned to channel B.However, it seems RW will only allow one instance of itself to run at a time.I know you can configure RW to tell it which playback and recording device to use, so it seems to me if 2 RWs can be run, I configure one to use soundcard A and the other to use soundcard B, with 2 different mic trigger keys.I know there are channel changing programs aro…

I read this on the developer of SB3's squawkbox site. This was posted in the forum: I just heard from a DirectX 9 beta tester that the direct play component is not compatible with the current version of squawkbox. Don't know yet if it is a bug of directx or if it is a permanent change. (It seems the same thing happens with directx 8.2).

I never used SB before and I have a question.Are SID and STAR procedures included in the filed flightplans? Hi,I want to connect to the Internet in order to use online ATC.BUT: when FS2002 is on and joystick is enabled, my 56k modem is not able to download a single bit from Internet. As soon as I disable the joystick (key K), data can be received again. Is it possible that, in order to fly online, I must not use the joystick?Any ideas?I also tried to disable interrupts on the joystick panel in Windows, but nothing changes.I have:Thrustmaster Attack Throttle with a yoke and Thrustmaster pedals;Pentium IV 2 GHZ with 512 Mb Ram;GeForce II 64 Mb;Windows ME.Thank you very much,Luca

two days ago, tha rw.nordkapp.net server went down. The owner was updating the amount of RAM, and unfortunately, the startup script for RW was lost... but now the OSLO server is back online, providing a 10 mb/sek to NICK :)Freddy

I have a problem with squawkbox.I can load it just fine and get online and fly.When I try to implement a flight plan however, I cannot choose the type of plane I want to fly. It is greyed out.Has anybody seen this problem.I have tried deleting it and re installing the software but it keeps coming back. I have never had any problems before.RonCVA1701

Does anyone have any new information about this. 2 out of 4 uses on VATSIM.NET servers have yielded complete computer shutdowns. I've read various threads at simclient.com with no resolutions there. Roger Wilco indicates maybe a problem on their end with AMD processors + GEForce cards which I am using. I have no used VATSIM without Roger Wilco, seems pointless. Anyway....does anyone have any useful information out there about this??
