Well I finally got a digital camera and here are the first pictures from my flight from JFK-SDQ on 21MAR03...1. Cockpit prep on the 757-200 today, we also have 2 767-300.2. Yours truly before our flight.3. Taxiing for takeoff, what a foggy morning in JFK Vertical visiblity was 100 indefinite and 2000ft RVR3. Another shot during taxi.4. Number 2 for takeoff behind the AA 767.5. Some wx to the east as we climb out off JFK.6. Another picture of me in the right seat.7. Here's my on-going problem. For quite sometime now I have been un-able to install 767PIC to 2002. Whenever I attempt it I go to start flightsim 2k2 and the splash screen appears briefly then goes dark with the hour glass showing and then freezes. Flight sim will not continue to load. My screen just stays dark. I end up having to completely un0install flight-sim and re-install which is a pain because I have quite a few modifications that I must also re-install and it's quite time consuming. I had the same sort of problem with Airport 2000 vol. 3 which was correctable with it's install cleaner utility. I downloaded the 767PIC install cleaner thinking maybe that would c…

Hi,I'm a happy camper now. Ignore my self-hate in the other thread :) LOL !I got the Landing lights (plus rain of course) to work. Now they show in PIC main window AND in the minipanel window. The mystical "something" that I have been hunting just got revealed.I went through the FS2002.cfg and looked for suspicious settings.I first tried PANEL MASKING but it wasn't it.. Then there was:SEE_SELF=0, and once I changed the 0 to 1, it was all lights after that :).So, if you're having the same problem as I was, just be sure that THISis in your FS2002.cfgSEE_SELF=1CheeeeersTero

Hi guysI am using the PIC/POSKY merge and the other day I noticed landing lights no longer appear in the main panel view when u switch em on.Any ideas? They used to work but obviously I've changed something recently to stop them working.Thanks

but I must say that the new SSW A310 looks to be pretty good. Anyone else gonna get it and give it a go?I usually fly PIC767's only for long haul but this looks to be a well rounded package. The VC looks to be really good and they say it has a fully functional FMC.

I'm using Richard Steffan's navdata, and on teh adi my fixes for an IAF no longer overlay the extended centerline of a runway- seen below is KBOS 15R, but other runways are similar. I still have issues when flying a coupled approach- the aircraft insists on flying paralell to the final approach course, but offset by roughly 1 dod on the coarse scale.

I just installed the incredible new VSI/TCAS gauge in my B767PIC panel but have the following problem: the gauge is starting to flikker and after some time complete dissapears. I use FSUICP 2.94.Hope someone can help me....:-(

Gentlemen,I am very new to PIC, and what I am trying to understand if I can directly load flight plans created in MSFS into FMC. MSFS says I can only store my flight plans in one location, I beleive, MyFLIGHTS, and FMC, as the manual says, is looking for the plans in Pilots folder. Any help with this, as I would like to fly with MSFS ATC enabled.Regards,transaero

Hey guysi was wondering,would it ever be possible for us to adjust the gauges in a way that we have the Electronic displays, and if possible even the 'steam gauges' anti-aliased?I think it'd look pretty nice, seen how LEe's IVSI has such nice AA... ;)cheers

OK, im kinda noob with 767PIC and one thing thats giving me hard timefrom the bigining are lights in cockpit. If i switch them ON they switch ON for around 0.5 sec and then turn off. This is not a problem if i fly at daytime but its a big problem at night cos i cant see the switches and so on.Anyone has any idea what am i doig wrong? Or could this be a bug.As u can see outside landing lights are not working too.Using FS2002, XP, 767PICI uploaded screenshot so u can see.

I have recently bought a new PC & have loaded PIC onto it & all updates etc). However, whenever I try to set an external view, FS2K2 can't find the aircraft textures.I seemed to remeber this being an issue in a previous post some time ago - bit I couldn't find it in a search of this forum.Can anybody suggest what the problem is & how to correct it?The PC configuration is: 2.4GHz P4, 512MB RAM, GeForce 4200Ti 128MB.CheersPeter:(

Greetings, know this is only slightly off topic, but here goes:I just picked up one of the new PNY GeForce FX 5800 card (ow, my ears, this things fan sounds like an APU...) but if I have any anti-aliasing on, 1/2 the main cockpit window (the bottom where the guages are etc) is fuzzy, and then if I hit alt and go into the menus and back, or change views, it'll fuzz out and become illegible. Doesn't happen on any external view, but happens consistantly with any anti-aliasing on. Was there a fix for this (I recall having seen something like this mentioned here before), or was it a new version of the Detonator drivers?BTW, the new 43.30's are real bad, they lost half of the…

Hi,I've been corresponding with Pete Dowson recently, because we have tried to correct the reverser problem, that many of us (incl. me) are encountering, but to no avail. The only way to get the reversers deploy for me after touchdown is to EITHER manually touch the throttles to get the engines to ground idle, OR in FSUIPC settings program a yoke button for FS CONTROL to do "THROTTLE CUT" (from FSUIPC list. After getting the throttles to ground idle the reverser works fine. Feel free to experiment with your settings, and please report back here!Now, to the actual topic :). After watching many cockpit videos I noticed when changing pages on the FMC there is a short delay/pause only for a couple of seconds as the computer does its stuff. Wouldn't it be nice to see this in the next marvel that the PIC team releases?

Does anyone have an idea on how to implement wingviews on the 767 PIC POSKY. Just like the 737 Ariane.Or is it not possible at all?I like watching the wings now and then when I'm cruising........Christiaan
