HiI am attempting to program the CONGA 1R RWY24 departure from EGCC,which has the following routing:STRAIGHT AHEAD, AT MCT 2 DME TURN LEFT, INTERCEPT HON R-342 INBOUND TO CONGA INT.The first part is achieved by entering MCT237/2, using runway heading, but how do I program the left turn to 163 deg? I know I could use HDG SEL to turn the aircraft, but I would like to save the procedure as a SID. Any suggestions, please?Thanks,Frank

I am really interested in getting into the "in's and out's" of flight simming on a more realistic scale. I have been flying all the versions of Microsft Flight Sim since FS98 but have just recently gotten into the quality add-ons that are out and the amazing amount of realism they offer. Hi,I've noticed, when selecting some SIDS from the DEP/ARR page on the FMC, that NONE is displayed at the 1L LSK after selection, instead of the SID name.For example(from memory), at EGCC Rwy24R, selecting SID DEST1R(say), will put that SID in the 1L LSK position, where it appears as such. However, if I select HONN1R(say), the word NONE appears in the 1L LSK position. Of the six or so SIDS available for Rwy24R, perhaps 3 show up correctly, while the others show as NONE. I thought there might be an issue with these particular SIDS, but I experienced similar problems with SIDs at EGLL.In each case, reselecting the DEP/ARR page and the DEP airport will correctly display opp…

When i switched to Windows XP my autopilot functions in PIC suddenly stopped working. I cannot engage any of the autopliot systems all other systems work just fine my APU is on and I have power to the plane:( Any help would be greatly appricated

Hey Randy, you've been doing the PMDG 737NG beta dance for a while now, and the product has finally gone live. Over on the PMDG forum, there are cheers of praise of a well rounded product intermixed with tales of woe of a half baked product (VC, registration process, downloading, AP behaviour to name a few).As a 767PICer, how does it REALLY compare to the pride and joy of this forum? Is the PMDG 737NG the "PIC killer", or does it struggle to contend with the KING?Yours, and any other user who has both products, comparison comments would be greatfully appreciated.Gary

Hey,I just did a CYUL-CYYZ flight with the 767 PIC and i'll tell you there's nothing more satisfying than doing the whole takeoff/climb without the autopilot!! (I've been doing it with the autopilot for the past 2 years!! :-hah ) And I did it almost as well as the autopilot!! From now on I don't think i'll be using the autopilot, unless I run into some heavy weather. I have one question though, is there any better 767 sound packages out there that are better or are the sounds that come with PIC still the best?

Okay I have read the 116 pg manual and most of the FMC manual. I don't know why I am having such difficulty with this, because I can fly DF737 and PSS747/777 just fine. I think it's because they have tutorials. Is there a good 767 pic tutorial out there that starts off from the very begenning all the way through a flight? If I go through that, I will know what to do for any other flight. Thanks so much for your patience in my questions. I am usually a very fast learner.-Justin

okay here is wha tim doingi have the irs all set up good as far as i can telli enter kclt as departure airport and katl as arrival airport on the fms route page #1i automatically go to dep/arr and select HOR1 SID with HARAY Trans. then i go to dep/arr again and select MACEY2 STAR with SPA Trans. These meet back to back so no routing needs to be put in in between.i then look at the page 2/3 on the route page and it says route discontinuity... why? it does the same thing if i enter the dep/arrival runways also.

okay, i downloaded the navdata update and still there are no sids for kclt and no stars for katl. i imagine if there is none for these major airports, there are none for any. i have entered waypoints fine, and they are found but no sids/stars. any help? i know there has to be one for kclt and katl.. im wanting hornet depart with haray transition and macey2 arrival with spa transition but no sids/stars are listed. please help!

Hey...I was planning a flight from kclt to katl (first time using 767 pic) and i went to enter the dep SID and it said none for kclt. so then i went to enter the arrival STAR and it said none for katl. so I figured i guess i need to download the navdata upgrade (even you you'd think even without the upgrade it would still be there.. anything im doing wrong?) so i downloaded the navdata update from the wilcopub website and now I need to know where to place the files that came with it because there is no readme. thanks!

Guys,I've just ordered 767PIC (I'm using FS2K2, and even though I prefer the A320, it's just not a good enough model at the moment), and I'd appreciate comments on what flightmodel/utility mods I need to download to make 767PIC as realistic as possible? For instance, should I download a more accurate AIR or CFG file? Which one is best? What other mods would make it frighteningly accurate? I'm not going to ask any mind-numbingly regular questions as I'm sure I'll learn by my own mistakes!Thanks,Nial

I have PSS 767 and 767 PIC and dreamfleet 737.... the FMS asks you to enter the cost index. What would you say is average? I want to be realistic here. I have been entering 45 but I dont know if that is far off or not. I know it varies but what would you say is a good estimate?

Managed to get the opportunnitty to fly a Boeing 767 Glass type on certain simulator facility, and I have to thank PIC because I managed to make a complete Aircraft Start from Zero managed to make a full start of the whole plane and proggrammed the FMC for a small route then managed to make 3 touch and Go
