Hi,I uninstalled 767PIC and it left a few folders behind. I deleted the obvious ones, but one thing I am having trouble finding is the file that puts "PIC" on the menu bar. I looked in Modules and didn't find any obvious files to delete. Can you tell me where to find the file and what it's name is so I can get rid of PIC on the menu bar? Thanks,Best Regards,Steve Reyling

Okay, so it will only load a plan into the FMC if it's saved to the PILOTS folder, but to have ATC as well, fs2002 refuses to load a plan unless it's in the myflts folder? Is there a workaround for this?thanks all....sure this stuff is old to some of you, but what else is a forum for ;)michael

I just received my copy of PIC in the mail today and I have the following nuisance problem while running it; FS2K2 pauses for 1 or 2 seconds every few minutes. This is the first time I have experienced this problem with FS2K2. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks,Mike

Anything special I need to do here with configuration? It seems with autopilot engaged, I am having one heck of a fight on my hands with the stick throwing me out of my chair with full axis deflections of the elevators and no recentering, I end up with the stick canted over to the right and forward after a bit of flight time after the autopilot commanding a climbout/right turn/level sequence.Chirping down the taxiway is great, with just the right amount of jitter to make one feel like the plane is moving, unlike the default MS planes which make you think you forgot to take the brakes off and are dragging the tires :-lolRunning PIC on FS 2K2 if it matters any. No special th…

Granted, I am at a MTOW and using 80 as a cost factor, but at FL28500, for the first 300 NM of the flight, shouldn't the FMC look at poor TAS and nose attitude, I had about 295 GS.....I will say I was using a awesome repaint from Timbo, that had nothing to do with it, but was just striking to look at, I recommend it as a download

Hi everyoneFirstly, thanks to everyone involved in the making of 767 PIC; I love it.Secondly, if this question has been dealt with earlier, my apologies. If I try to 'use' any of the failure modes my system completely locks up when the failure kicks in. I had a similar problem with the pop-up tip, until I disabled this function.Apart from the above, everything else works perfectly. I've been happily flying all over the world.I have a legal copy of PIC running in FS2K2 with the Wilco patch installed.Any ideas?A million thanks for any help or advice in advance!GavinWarszawa, Polska.

Hoping I can get a quick heads-up on what to do here... I notice the manual says it will install automatically into the fs2000 folder (which I don't have being fs2002) and that I must say "yes" to installing the patch for fs2000.I'm downloading the wilco patch for fs2002 right now.How exactly should I install this product? Can I just direct it to my fs2002 folder and then what do I do, just double click the patch from wherever I downloaded it to?many many thanks...michael

I am running 767 PIC in FS2002 and am having trouble getting the flight plans I create in FS2002 to work, as PIC looks for them in the PILOTS Dir and in FS2002 the planner saves them in the MY FLIGHTS Dir. Can anybody please help me in this matter.Thank youBrad

I have experienced this 2 or 3 times:Full autoland landing, gear down, flaps 30, speed set for VRER+5, Autoland Cat 3 enabled, airplane is aligned, no problems. Then I switch from the cockpit viewto the tower view, so I can ee my landing as a spotter (I know, this is not realistic, but I love doing that sometimes!!). I see the plane coming over the threshold of the runway, then all I see is the plane pretty much taking of like it was doing a go-Around. I switch to the cockpit view and the engines are at full power, the plane is slighty going up +200ft/mn. I wonder what's happening!! Has anyone an explanation??Francois

I recently completed a flight in the PIC767 after landing I turned off the runway only to find my rudder was messed up. The rudder would stick to the side I turned too. I checked trim and it was centered. A/P was used on final in high winds, but like I said trim appeared to be centered. This is the only a/c this happened in.Anyone know what to do?Wyatt

Hi everyone. Yesterday I replied to a post by Mike T. who warned the PIC team about a 757 panel that was uploaded to flightsim.com that used a (bad) screenshot of the PIC 767 panel and some freeware guages. today I find the post and my reply are gone, so while I can guess what happened can someone fill me in here? BTW I did download the thing just to take a look at it and :-erks (first time I used that icon).

Hi:I downloaded United 767-300 V3 from POSKY page, and I want to fly it with 767PIC panel, I copied the panel carpet from the 767 PIC and paste it in the United 767, then when I go to th FS the airplane loads OK and everuthing seems to be fine, but the problem comes when I try to taxi, when I move the rudder or the landing gear to taxi, it centers automatically and I can`t taxi, I tried turning Off both Yaw Dampers but the problems continues, so I need to put the airplane in the runway wuth slew , then, when I try to take off, when I reach the Rotate speed, I move the elevators and they return to the original position, the same problem like in the rudder and nose gear oc…

Hello All, I have been thinking about buying FSMETEO and was wondering what the gauge problem is and if there is a fix for it. I have been to the Wilco's homepage and they say that it may not work in PIC. I know that FSMETEO will work in PIC, but I would also like to check winds aloft enroute with out using the drop down menu's. I have already searched the forum but haven't found anything posted.ThanksAndyAnother PIC fan.

Hello All!! Can anybody help me on the correct takeoff position regarding the Autopilot on the 767 PIC??? Im having trouble in the following way: I set the autopilot altitute for 10000 ft and speed hold for 250 Kt to comply with the speed limit below 10K feet. Once i retract the landing gear after takeoff, I enable the autopilot.....At first, the aircraft exceeds the climb rate almost to the stall situation.........over 5000 ft/min even when I set the V/Speed to 2000 ft/min........Then it comes down that makes my plane descend instead of climb!!! Have no idea what im doing wrong.....>Can anybody Help On This Pleasee???Thanks In Advance!!Javier

Hey AllI know some of you around the forum are looking to purchase PIC 767. I just bought a copy for my friend yesterday at EBX. However, all of a sudden it seems that it is too "complex" for his palette. Therefore, instead of returning it to EBX for a full refund, I've decided to sell it to someone who can REALLY enjoy it! I bought it for a ridiculously cheap 20$. I'll sell it to whoever contacts me first for 20$ INCLUDING SHIPPING (Inside the US only... sorry!) It's the complete boxed version with the skinny Wilco manual and CD. The PIC manuals are contained on the CD-ROM. The catch is I won't be able to mail this thing until I get home next weel. I'd prefer payments by…

I changed the ZFW in the 767 aircraft.cfg file from 245 to 286 in order to performe some flights with that calculated higher ZFW. Howewer, I can now enter both 245 and 286 in the PERF INI page without getting an error message when entering the lower weight. This results in quiet big errors between fuel calculation and real consumption, up to 7 tons on a transatlantic flight without changing wind conditions. May I therefor ask: where and how exactly do I have to change the value for ZFW in the cfg.file to actually get the airacraft having the "new" weight?
