Does anyone noticed the strange fuel system of PIC767, it happens in the L and R wing fuel tank, it can be found easily during long flight, it seems the right tank always burns more fuel than left tank, so i have to use the crossfeed valve to equalize the fuel value on each tank, i also checked the FMC, the fuel used value of L and R tank is actually the same, so why my R tank always burns more fuel? any idea would be appreciate~~

Hi,having seen many 757 FMCs being programmed in real life, I have started to incorporate the following VNAV CLIMB restriction into my FMC setup - V2 + 80 knots / 3000 ft AGL. This takes you to the clean speed, but can't remember if it's MAX RATE or MAX ANGLE of climb it gives you. Then in VNAV passing 3000ft AGL, speed automatically increases to the 250 below 10000ft rule.Mark

Hi,Yesterday evening, I made a flight from Paris Charles de gaulle (LFPG) to Lisbon (LPPT). When I planned my flight I noticed that I will encounter gusts of 30kt at FL370 when entering the Atlantic ocean. Arriving just before the coast, gusts were here but engine didn't stop going up and down, that's very annoying for ears and I don't think the real plane react like that. What are we supposed to do in this situation (except changing flight level, which is not permitted by fs2002 atc) to avoid this annoying behaviour of the engines ? and does PIC permits it ?This is the only thing I never understood in flight simulation ...Thanks in advance.Best regards,Guillaume

Hello everyone.. I recently bought 747 PIC & I love it..Before I even opened up the box and installed the add-on, I read both of the PDF Manuels, And I need help..Ok I understand how to use the AFDS & LNav & VNav, But what I don't know how to do is have the plane start decending at a certain point.for instance.. I made a flight from KORD to KCLE (Cleveland Hopkins), Ok what i dont know how to do is setup an autoland, I have my plane at FL330. I have it in VNAV and it follows the waypoints perfectly. But I don't know when to decend, and setup for autoland..Any help would be GREAT!Sorry I'm still a newbie at this..Eggy

I really like the new PW sounds for PIC, however, the Jet Whine was really irkin' me bad. The pitch envelope seemed somewhat off to me, and the volume was ear-splitting - as if you were sitting over the engine itself. I made some adjustments for a smoother less-intrusive whine:Just replace the relevent sections (use brackets instead of braces, of course):{JET_WHINE.1.02}filename=RXPJ4Bflags=0viewpoint=1rparams=0.0, -0.1, 0.95, 1.3vparams=0.55, 0.0, 0.85, 15.0, 0.95, 5link=JET_WHINE.1.03{JET_WHINE.2.02}filename=RXPJ4Bflags=0viewpoint=1rparams=0.0, -0.1, 0.95, 1.3vparams=0.55, 0.0, 0.85, 15.0, 0.95, 5link=JET_WHINE.2.03Enjoy.J

Ok, I reformatted my drive, yikes what a chore to reload all the stuff I have added into FS2K2, but I have already flown with the PIC 767, only with the FS2002 patch....seems fine, nice flight from CYVR to KSAN, very nice indeed.Do I still need to patch with the 1.1 ?

  11. Hi,what file is the latest update file I have to d/l and install?I d/l the last two but from the website of PIC I cant see which one is the only one I need to be able to fly with time compression of x4 without having a rocking and crazy going B763. Or didnt the patch this problem? There WebSite tells me they have solved the problem at hand being unable to fly with x4 time compression.Besides of that the nice PIC is lovely to fly! Hopefully the next one A320 PIC will be as good or even much better. I will order it as soon as I will have read some good reviews of there new and latest product the A320PIC.Thaxt_a_h

Hey folks,Yep, we FINALLY finished the four day trip yesterday. Funny, but as often happens in aviation, what looks to be the easiest day, turns out to be the toughest. We had flown in from Milwaukee, and just had to do "a Pheonix turn" to finish up (MSP-PHX-MSP).As we prepared for our flight to PHX, I casually commented to Greg just how nicely the trip had gone so far. In fact, I think my exact words were, "I really don't want to jinx us, but this thing hasn't gotten pear shaped at all...it's been a really low-key trip so far." He said something to the effect of "jeesh, now we're hosed"...LOLAs fate would have it, a "weather anomoly" was blowing through the Twin Cities y…

Hi all, Sorry to have to ask this FAQ (I'm sure) but I am unable to find it.How do you save a flight plan made with MSFlight Planner so that when entered into the FMC, it loads properly? It seems FS2K and FS2002 have different places for the .pln's.?.?I believe FS2K2 plans are stored in "Myflights" folder. This was never a problem in FS2K.Thanks for your help!!!!Regards,

Hi, after installing pic767 I have noticed a crackling and popping sound inside the cockpit views only. It seems to be when the engine sounds loop so every second or so. I emailed pic support and they suggested I uninstall all FS stuff and pic then reinstall. Was just wondering before I do that if anyone had any ideas as to whats causing this problem. I know its an FS2002 problem cause I even switched the soundcard with no avail. any help would be greatly appreciated.ThanksPhil

I have programmed the PIC keyboard keys to adjust speed (- / +), v/s (home/end), hdg (insert / delete) and altitude (pg up/pg down). I have mapped this set up for non PIC planes using latest version of FSUIPC.On a flight today, when I tried to adjust altitude using the pg up and pg down, I lost my FMC data (when to startup condition), the MCP lost F/D, CMD and A/T and the center pumps started up (I had no fuel in the center tank and these pumps were off). Essentially, I was flying but back at my startup conditions (from a saved flight).Any ideas what could be causing this ? Essentially the only change I have made is to add the FSUIPC custom buttons for V/S and Altitude…

Is anyone using the POSKY 2002.5.1 FDEs with PIC? I've been using the Posky 767-300ER version 3 UPS plane with my PIC and it works great. I'm just curious if anyone has updated their FDEs and if so, will it affect the PIC plane? How do I update it?

My HUGE thanks to the people of the PIC team that contributed or were responsible for makings it compatible as well as Pete Dowson. If you haven't seen this little wonder in action find one and check it out. It will blow you away. Pedro
