Please forgive my ignorance. But I noticed in the last post about a version update to 4.754 for RC. I have looked every place I can think of and have yet to find it. It starts up and then after 10 minutes of flight I hear a woowu from win 7 and rc4 stops with this error.I just upgraded to fsuipc 4.753b to try and stop the crash g3.dll and now I have this problem.It says runtime error 76(I think) error radar contact in fsuipc rcv4 code

Just wondering if in RC5 will atc instruct the pilot to tun left heading xxx or turn right heading xxx?

I was being vectored for final for rwy 08R @ kmia and as I was told that I'm 25 miles from the marker turn right to heading 125 to intercept the loc and at the time I was told to turn right to heading 125 the loc wasn't alive but when it came the airport was on my left and loc pink diamond was on my left also therefore it was impossible to capture it.....It's the second time that I'm being told to turn and intercept the loc but when loc comes alive it's impossible to capture it....

I am searching the user guide but with FSX running and rc4 connected I don't see the dialog box for instructions. Suggestions?Thanks

While there is a huge list of airlines already, there are always more springing up and plenty getting shut down :( I didn't find one of the airlines I regularly see.

hi guys i know i'm not the only one with this issue. i pay for RCv4 last night via credit card. got the download link and installed it. When i get to the registration screen info i fill out my name and generate the email from the registration screen .. here's the issue i get a reply to my main email account that i used to buy RCV4 with and correspond with jd to get install issue sorted (mscomct2.ocx) JD says he cant find my email account to send my key, he has no record of it... what do i do next?? please help if anyone has a solution i would be very happy to hear it.tia Blue

If you use ASX, ASE, or AS2012 with DWC mode enabled, do yourself a great big favor and go get Pete's latest FSUIPC version 4.7.5.1 or later. It resolves a loss of wind updates and other flaky weather when not using FSUIPC built-in weather smoothing. Then at least try DWC mode without any FSUIPC weather settings enabled. It gave DWC mode a whole new life for me and made RC function much better.

Hiya chaps,I tried to do a flight from EGCC to EGLC earler, but RC doesnt recognise this airport. I've rebuilt the database but still no show. I've checked the modification date in the a4 and c4 within the Data folder and it shows that the rebuild was done. On checking the R4 file in the Data folder, I cannot find EGLC listed there. I'm using FSX with all updates, also Aerosofts VFR London scenery which adds scenery for London City EGLC also.Please can someone tell me how I can add the required info? I dont fly often into City Airport, but I'm sure the last time I did so, there wasn't a problem.Thanks,Rory

So many times I get the ATIS on approach and they call for a particular runway. Then 5 minutes later and handed over to the approach controller he tells me vectors for a different runway. I aint falling for that anymore. There I go setting up my FMS in a furry only to have it re-initialized and then the controller tells me I am getting my original runway! Whats the deal with that? It happens exactly half the time and it is usually reciprocal runways. I need to land in the direction of the AI so I cant just go with what the ATIS said, tried that and had a head on.ThanksNot one flight happens w/o at least one problem with all my bizzilion addons so I am not blaming Radar Co…

Yes, I'm still here. :)I just installed RC4 on a Windows 7 machine. The installation completed without any problems. When I try to run RC, I'm told "Component MSINET.OCX or one of its dependencies is not correctly registered: A file is missing or invalid."Of course I have no idea what this means. I'm going to go have a beer while JD figures out what I need to do.

can I do this mid-air? I looked for .rcd files but there were none saved and 'm not sure what purpose those are for I did load the original flight plan and RC4 changed the local time :( I guess I better read the manual:D

I want to set up Radar Contact so that my First Officer speaks, but there is no voice for the captain (aka Me)I have been flying Radar Contact for over a year now with pilot wavs disabled, as I like to say my part rather than press a button and listen to a pre-canned recording.However, I would like to continue this practice, but when I hand over the comms to my FO, I hear him speak his part instead of silence. I figure that if I can create a new pilot set that essentially has all the wavs just blank, 5 seconds of silence, then I can have the pilot wavs active and then accomplish my objective.So I ask, is this possible? Hello, I'm having a problem with FSX freezing while using Radar Contact 4 which I just purchased. Just a quick background of my problem. I had a freezing issue every 25-30 hours with just FSX (no add-ons). Then, I purchased IFLY737NG, added FSUIPC and SB4 and started flying on Vatsim. Not once has FSX hung up on me. My first flight with Radar Contact froze FSX after about an hour. I flew on Vatsim this morning for 2 hours with no issues. Obviously Radar Contact is causing the problem. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. My specs: Win7/64, AMD Phenom II X4 830 Processor 2.80 GHz, 6 GB ram. AMD Radeon HD 6800 video card. Thanks.

I am at FL360 and the ATC keeps saying ace119 heavy maintain fl360 like a broken record. Did he forget to set his hectopascals to 1013. Hopefully the 5 version will give up after 3 times in case of ATC malfunction. This is driving me nuts. I am at FL360. He just keeps saying it over and over for like the 100th time now every 20 seconds. This is the first time this has happened, any way to get rid of him w/o loosing service.

Ok I have show text enabled and I don't believe this shows text of the resulting voices/responses??? While I can hear most of what they are saying (I'm hard of hearing) there is no subtitles, I thought I saw this before??? Anyway I need to get me adv display but it seems to work without it too

Hi, I just bought RC 4.3 a few days back and downloaded and installed it successfully. However when I tried to open up RC, nothing happens. No registration screen pops up. Not sure whether I did anything wrong or not but I do have latest version of FSUIPC and makerwys downloaded and installed as per the links pinned. I'm running win 7 x64 with RC installed in the default C:\Program Files (x86)\rcv4x. I ran installation as admin and made sure RC runs as admin too. Any suggestions??
