How long does it usually take to receive my registration code? Its been a couple of days.James

Hello! I have bought RC4 for FSX and when loading the FS200x flight plan.. it says me: Run-time error 713. Class not registered You need the folloging file to be installed on your machine MSSTDFMT.DLL I have downloaded.. installed in the program folder.. in the system32 of windows.. and in SysWOW64 because my system is windows 7 Ultimate 64bits!! But nothing!! What can I do?

I've had to reinstall RC4 after a system rebuild and i've tried reregistering it numerous times without success. I paste the registration key into the box and press the button. The registration screen thinks for a while and then closes down. When I rerun RC4 I get the registration form again. I sent a registration email off and received the same key back. It still will not register. Help please.

I have my FS9 on a dedicated drive - everything else is on the main C:\ drive. Would you install RC on C:\ or on the dedicated FS9 drive? Will it make any difference? Thanks.

I have the co-pilot running the radios, on approach they will switch over to get the weather information. The verbal ATIS I hear and the written text (in green scrolling bar across the top of the screen) are always exactly switched.I.E. flying into KTPA the ATIS will SAY: landing and departing rwy 01L & 01R however the written text will read: landing and departing rwy 19L and 19R.Any tips?Thank you.

HiI have this problem. 60-70miles before the arrivel airport when i push 2 for the weather , the ATIS give me wrong whater dates. hi tell me the airport name but the weater is inflight not this from the airport. Can everyone help me. what i do wrong?Thanks Peter

I'd like to change one of the call signs in RCv4, from Emerald harbor Air to just Emerald Air, which is the VA I've started flying for. I've had 3 flights today end up in a RC4 frozen state. Not sure what's going on, but it's random enough that I can't predict what's happening and when, Basically my game freezes for about 5 seconds, then once my game recovers RC stops communicating. I still have mileage countdown to way points, which is weird, but can't request any menu changes or get any response from ATC. Is anyone else getting a weird conflict with the Capatin Sim 707 and RC4?

Hi,this happens quite a lot to me, I am using PMDG737NGX, uk2000 newcastle, REX weather engine, horizon VFR scenery. I will setup the flight with a flight plan and start radar contact then start the flight all as instructed in the manual. I wait for the 15 second countdown for the PMDG to initialize itself. There is the standard radar contact window waiting for my input....Prob first off I want to get the ATIS so I can begin seting up the FMC. Sometimes, none of the options in RC work. The window appears frozen. Sometimes, I can manually tune the radio to ATIS and get the RC ATIS, but then cannot contact clearance. Sometimes it all works, but freezes where I am instructed…

Is there a way to get RC to read a saved flight plan in REX? I presently get a "run time error 9". If i can't, it's not the end of the world as i can read the file in the FSX flight planner with REX weather engine input. Thanks for your help with this.

I have been running into an issue that has me a little annoyed at times. RC4 at times will not recognize that I have passed a waypoint. After a time I will hear messages about being off of my planned route. I am able to get the ATC to clear me to my next waypoint eventually, but usually not before I get a message that I am off my planned route for the fourth time (as RC4 doesn't let you go through the menus while ATC is talking.Here is what I think is going on. When I watch the sim closely it always catches the waypoint unless it is a STAR or SID waypoint. Sometimes those get missed, but they can be so close together I understand why. Hello. I suddently have a problem with RCv4. I did a fresh reinstall of both FSX and RC and when using RC i have strange stutters. It's not common and well known microstutters within FSX but as soon as first RC wav is played - usually ATIS - the FSX start to stutter, which looks like the picture got still and from this "photograph" new FSX graphic raises, if you know what I meanHow to describe it better - imagine still picture and while it is supposed to change as what you see changes, it doesn't and stays on screen for a fragment of second, which happens every few seconds. Good morning, I'm wondering how Radar Contact, and FSX in general, will work with oceanic flights. I haven't been able to try any in FSX yet, as the last time I was on was over a month ago, but how will LAT/LON work in FSX? Hello!I've been doing test flight from KSFO to KSAN with Wilco's A320 and Radar Contact instructs me: "When reaching 11000, reduce speed to 250 kts".How long should I maintain 250kts a) to keep Radar Contact happy :( When would I be allowed to slow down IRL?When I get clearance to descend bellow 10000 (with out further speed restrictions), can I slow down to, say 180kts? When trying to maintain 250 until final, I struggle to slow the a320 to a manageable landing speed :)Thanks!

I am moving to a WideFS setup with the client PC an HP laptop with a 1.2 gig processor and 1 gig of memory. I will be running IYP on the client also. Because I have to plug the mic and headphones into the client PC I want to move RC there to avoid the RC sound coming out of the speakers on the Server PC. But first does anyone know of a circumvention that would allow RC to stay on the Server PC and still have the RC sound through the headphones or see any issues with moving RC to the client?

I am flying the Wilco E175/E195 in FSX, Win 7 64bit. No matter how i try, Otto will not handle the comms. Ctr+Sht+k does nothing. This is strange because I use the same plane in FS9 and do not have this problem. This is also the only plane that I have this problem with. I have been using RC4 forever and have never seen this problem before.Is this a problem with the Wilco E175/E195 or a problem with RC4?James Shelton

Hi, I recently rebuilt my PC and am eager to get Radar Contact back up and running, as nothing comes close as far as I am concerned.But for the last two weeks i've had no response back from the [email protected] address (with a key request), or [email protected] either.I appreciate that the software is pretty old now, but if it's no longer supported, could you let us know? I copy the flight plans and altitudes from Flightaware.com. Then I enter them into Sim Routes and save the FSX file.I then load the FP into FSX and correct the altitude (for example it suggest 9000, I change it to FL350) and save the FP, overwriting the original.Then I load up my flight, start Radar contact and request clr.When they give me Clearance it tells me a squawk code but for initial altitude it tells me "___" so I never know what the initial altitude is.I read the charts for the SID and I C/M 8000' once I depart ATC keeps telling me I'm busting my alt and to maintain my assigned alt "____" I acknowledge and it says, rgr maintian alt "___" but it never tells me th…

Once again it looks like RC4 is having problems with high pressures and altitudes. Today's flight from KDAL to KMCI had a pressure of 30.45 when under 18,000 feet. RC has a tendency to bark at me when I level off at the assigned altitude because it thinks I'm at a much higher than I really am (If I could figure out what it THINKS I'm at, I could compensate.. but it never tells you what altitude you're at.. only what you should be at). I thought this was a problem that only seemed to plague the Maddog 2010, but now it's happening with the PMDG 737-700, so I'm pretty sure it's not the plane.What cracks me up is no one else seems to ever have this problem but me.. and it's s…

I'm almost at the point of wanting a refund. I believe this is a great product but I am experiencing problems and it seems no one can help. My fsx only stutters while using rc4. I would rather find a solution but it seems no one has one. Ive only had replies from one person on a separate issue and I am grateful for his help but it seems I'm having no support from the people who actualy has answers to my probles like let's say the developers! If I can't find a solution soon I will have to ask for a refund to my disappointment but I will not own a 50 dollar addon I cannot use!!

HiI have been using RC 4.3 for a long time with no problems at all, but suddenly ATC tells me that I´m drifting off the assigned airway and need to fly a certain heading until I´m back on course. The problem is that I´m flying my filed flightplan exactly, according to the nav display in PMDG NGX, and the correct heading according to the RC display. This happens on every flight and ATC is pretty angry with me...Any suggestions?
