G'day all,If you are using Win 98SE and have an Nvidia FX card then DON"T BE TEMPTED TO UPDATING TO THE 56.64 DRIVER.I don't know the exact cause but you will find that you will be unable to create a new folder in the FILE/NEW/FOLDER or SHORTCUT menu option. The option just won't be there any more.See my previous post "Win 98SE problems....help". This also happened to Lindy and posted in another forum.The cure was to reinstall windows 98SE again.Cheers,Roger @YSSY

G'day all,Anyone have gyro drift functioning? or is this something that was never fixed? I have the realism setting for gyro drift checked and took a look at Fly.ini and have "noGyroDrift=0" set.The DG card is locked and not adjustable! It behaves as an RMI as though the was a flux gate keeping the card of the DG permanently in agreement with the standby compass. Cheers,Roger @YSSY

Hi all,I noticed when flying online using squakbox and one of the DLL collecting flight status like speed and altitude, that I had without notice an CTD.After deinstalling following DLLAC_default_autothrottle.dllAirFeedback.DLLThe HUDPlottingTableDLL.dllI could fly without problems.Is it possible to check this with the upcoming squakbox.DLL ?Cord

Currently, FLY2 runways( in clear weather) become visible at 5.7 miles from airport. Does anyone have the FLY.ini set for 10 miles. If so, can you please share them? thanks.tony

G'day all,Oh woe is me! :-( For some reason I cannot make a new folder.When I select "file" from the menu bar the drop down menu has "create shotcut"(greyed out) followed by the usual rename,delete,open etc which work correctly. I no longer can get the "new file or folder" option. Even in safe mode! Thank heavens for DOS. At least if I boot up into DOS I can create a new folder but of course am limited by DOS to filename length.I'm all set for the worst (reinstall windows) but thought it prudent to ask here just in case it's something simple.Cheers,Roger @YSSY
