I recently purchased Abacus fly the boeing 787! Wow! This is one amazing addon. Installation was a little troubling. FSX crashed several times and caused issues with other addons, but hey, who needs the other addons when you have the amazing Abacus 787! The exterior, awwww what an amazing site! The graphics designer was probably one of boeing's engineers for the 787. It is that perfect. Spot on! You wont find any detail missing that you could find on the real 787! I just recently installed the FSX Demo on my laptop to see if I can get FSX working again. Is it possible to activate FSX into the full version from the demo? Or do I have to have the DVD to fully install FSX? If I can activate the demo, how do I do it?

Hi everyone, Just recently, when applying reverse thrust I get the rumbling sound and lights in the aircraft indicating the thrusters are engaged, but there is no change in any engine readings (N1, N2 EGT, EPR etc....) and a view from outside shows exhaust cones haven't moved. Nor does the planes stop more readily. This is true with addon planes as well as fsx default planes. I also have the same results pressing F2 as I do with my joystick setting. I recalibrated my joy stick ( cyborgx) but to no avail. Anyone have any ideas. Thanks, Brian

As far as I know, these are the only 757's available for FSX at the moment. I have the QWing version, it is very well done. How does the CS version compare? I have taken a look at the CS website at the screen shots and the textures look great, but that doesn't indicate how it flies, of course. Thanks, Bruce.

Sorry if this has been asked but cannot find it. Once n a while the 738 is at altitude following Fmc path and begins flying to right then back to the left as if it is searching for the next waypoint. It eventually gets there but see saws back an d forth so much it takes double the time. Happened at 340 alt ith 30000 lbs fuel. Tried lowering alt and speed (.77M) but still happens, Thanks

Im using Ez Dock with FSX but when I am moving my eyepoint with the space bar and mouse OR use shift enter to move my head up. If I let go of the space bar it goes back to a focused point near the dash. Is this something with ez dock ? Help is appreciated.

Hello everyone, All of my aircraft seem to be having trouble holding there speed and altitude when cruising. Today I was climbing to FL350 in the simcheck a300, once I had finished climbing I set the AT to hold M.078 which was about 290KIAS . Its ok for the first few minutes but then my speed will suddenly drop to about 280KIAS or increase to over 300KIAS. It does this about every 5 minutes. I have the same problem with my altitude suddenly decreasing or increasing by about 200 feet. Its not just my a300, i seem to have this problem with all my planes. The higher I go the more often it happens. Any help appreciated on this. Thanks.

Hello everybody! I bought the A320 from wilco and I have a problem.. Before landing I arm the ground spoilers, when the airplane touch the ground I set the reverses. The problem is that when at 70 kts I set thrust idle, the spoilers are retracted automatticaly.. Can somebody help me please ? Thanks, run05.

Today I was playing FSX and something very weird was announced my ATC. "Air Tran 138LJ decend and maintain FL939" ???? I am using Mytraffic 5.2 for FSX... anyone know what is going on?

Without explanation, some buildings began to appear in back in my FSX. What explains it?

I have one of the wheel style flight calculators and always had trouble remembering how to use it. So, thinking there was probably an ap for it, I went looking for it. It exists and it's free! It is called E6B+ and has all the functions you need for flight planning, course corrections etc... I'm flying a lot of VOR tutorial flights (see link below) in prep for the PMDG DC-6. I installed US city Las Vegas on top of Megascenery Las Vegas and yet almost every single building on the stip has a duplicate building. I suspect its Megascenery buildings that still pops up inspite of US city LV sitting on top. Anyone know which BGL in Megascenery I need to remove? Or is there something else I can do to remove these intrusion? when building a scenery, don't they take over a particular area completely and bury whatever is underneath it? Manny

If you are flying either default Acceleration Hornet or Captain Sim D model, you should know that FSX Blue Angels recently released new version of their awesome modification. Pick it up here: http://fsxblueangels.com/hornet%20dowload%20template.html You'll get new flight dynamics, new textures, realistic HUD, additional effects and much more! Some bugs from older versions are also removed. Read the manual for further info. Don't even try to load default Hornet or CS one without this ;)

Hi All, How does one trim the X? Just wanted to ask fellow Eaglesoft Cessna Citation X 2.0 drivers how they manage to trim their aircraft properly? I have massive problems with it, especially at altitude. I have the trim set up on my Saitek yoke two buttons on the left hand side. When at altitude just a very quick tap of the button can almost send the aircraft into a nose dive! Also it seems related to the trim - on a cruise at the moment at FL470 at m.857 - And its just not stable in pitch at all - what am i doing wrong? it seems to oscillate between 1 - 2 degrees up and down constantly and I can see the stab trim trimming up and down constantly in the d…

Probably because one of my best vacations took place on the Riviera Maya, Mexico, I deciided to purchase the Cancun scenery from Aviation MS and the Cozumel scenery from Latin VFR. From the beach on the Riviera Maya you can see the lights of Cozumel, and it's a nice 8 to 10 minute jaunt from Cancun to to Cozumel in a Skymaster (or similar prop). The scenery is top notch in my opinion, and it's great when you're equipped with ASE and REX. These sceneries were listed on the front page of AVSIM, and still are. That's how I found out about them. I think you will like both these sceneries if you try them. Stan

I am flying in full screen. I use three monitors for the scenery and one for the instruments. What I normally do is first switch to 2D view (Cockpit) and than move the main panel from the three scenery monitors to the instrument monitor (after resizing offcourse). SInce a while I am missing my main panels for every airplane. The bottom half of the scenery view becomes black and I have to resize this view to occupy the whole screen again. If I activate the main panel (via Instruments) again, nothing happens. Other instrument view however do work and I can reize them and move them around as I wish. What did I mess up in the configuration and how can I fix it again with…

I'm looking for a PC-21 or something similar. I plan to buy the Iris Simulations PC-21 when its released but until then, I'd like to find one for FSX to play around with. The only mention of freeware PC-21's I can find refers to Tim Conrad's version for FS9 which doesn't work very well, if at all, with FSX. Any help would be appreciated.

I just reinstalled FSX after a long and glorious reboot, and I dont have modules folder for some reason? Im not sure why, does anyone else know whats up with this?
