Some of the great products around for FSX are increasing flight realism to new levels. So to further the reality of the simulation I am thinking of making some changes to runway usage to match more of what I know real world operations to be. I have tried previously downloading and installing various AFCAD files for some airports. Unfortunately I don’t do enough of this, nor do I get enough time in FSX period, and I may have forgotten which AFCAD files I have installed and to which airports. Hy Community, I would like to post my problem in this section because I get unnormally no entry in the REX Forum. I want to use real weather for the FSX. I start REX and the program load the actual METAR data in the database. After I click on section WEATHER and then I write my Approach Airport and click FLY NOW. The REX weaterengine start and load the actual METAR in the FSX but when I check the weather in the FSX the QNH, the wind the visibility and the clouds height are wrong. I repeat this process for many times but I REX is not loading the ereal weaterh in my FSX. Can anyone help me or has anyone the same problem and can talk to me what was the solutio…

hello people, installed woai british airways just to test my system and there only seems to be planes landing but not takeing off let alone moveing on the ground there all stationairy at there gate. i do not know what the problem seems to be im using heathrow uk 2000. any help would be greatfull. many thanks.

I'm looking for a good Asian airport, initially just to fly some long haul from Brisbane. But in the long run when the 747 v2 arrives I want to recreate my trips to London via Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Tokyo. What are the most up to date modern versions of these 4 airports that anyone owns and can fully recommend? Not as many options in Asia as the Europeans have... so I'm hoping for guidance. Singapore I would prefer, but any of those 4 if the airport is really great I'll buy it. Also any scenery for the surrounding city, although I am concerned about FPS more than the city tiny details Thanks

I wan't a HD series Carenado plane because it would give me extra great visuals. Does the HD textures apply to both external and VC and 2D? At the same time I find it very important to have realistic flight behaviour and system moddeling. If so are there any winner among the HD series Carenados? If so in what way are the winner better than the other?

I accomplished a panel change using the RealAir panel configurator which i know restores the original aircraft.cfg. I'm looking for the minor change to the aircraft.cfg to address the pitot heat issue. Actually,. there are two issues: 1.) All my planes seem to be rocking side to side while cruising on full Autopilot for some reason. I dont know if it has t do with the config file or what but its a little annoying.

Since purchasing Pro Flight Emulator I have not been able to get the TGS guage to work. I have set it up correctly with the tgs.gau in my guages folder.I have put the tgs into 3 aircraft and the TGS guidance box shows up on the aircraft panel.Occasionally when I enter FSX it very briefly lights up with the green arrow but only for about a second,then it goes off and is then totally inactive even on pushback.In addition I do not get any audio support either. heya there i have a problem with the 2d cockpit view when you change view to virtual cockpit i am finding different in the views in 2d cockpit the buildings and trees sun looks smaller and buildings look like far away you cant read airline traffic names all buried out and also in 2d the airline travels faster when change view going slowly. when you go into virtual cockpit the buildings close to u trees big and can read the airline names and can see landing marks. i just had new graphics card installed tell you the make of it NVidia GTX 670 DDR5 PCie 2Gb Graphics i do noticed sometimes theres a airline on my left in 2d view theres not hard to fly into virtual cockpit i…

Hi, I'm thinking about to build some kind of cockpit for my FSX, the question is, if a run a 2nd display (for the PFD and ND) will I need to configure it every time I open the simulator, or there is a way the gauges just appear there when i load the aircraft? Thanks.

This is probably a simple and stupid question for many of you but I have not been able to master the simple task of opening baggage doors. On the Wilco Ebraer 170 and most other planes the instructions say to use Shift +E+2. However, if you do so all you get is the pop up window for Shift+2. It does so even if the directions say to use the exterior view. Has anyone figured out what to do? Also, pushback only goes straight back. Has anyone figured out how to turn it while backing. I have a couple plains (Ifly 737 and Q757) that have great utilities. But most don't. I appreciated any help.

hi guys Does anyone know how to fix the error when flying in brisbane control it picks up maroochydore ATIS and you cant communicate? There was a fix but it didnt work? if someone was able to do a new file that would be awesome, i tried but failed to change the error

OK.. I have not been flying this aircraft in a while. I just reinstalled it in my new PC Win 7. But when I load this aircraft my FSX simply quits. Any idea? My login id is deleted at Eaglesoft forum,..probably for not participating in a while there Manny

Greetings fellow simmers. I am looking at getting ultimate traffic for FSX. I am taking a pole... Is it worth the price? I know there is tons of AI freeware out there WOAI, etc. However it is a lot of work to load these files individually. And some don't work correctly, etc. Anyway, looking for tips on making my AI traffic more realistic without overloading my sim world to where I am always number 10 in line for takeoff. I have just started using FS Build and compiled a flight PLan and autogenerated etc and then went into PFE to compile etc.When I wanted to open up 'Define Oceanic Airspace for Selected ADV file' it just greyed out and would not open. I then sent a message to Dave March,PFE Forum,and he told me to take out the co-ordinates i.e.6510N 5730N etc from the FS Build flight plan which I did,went back into PFE and the 'Define Oceanic Airspace' section opened as normal. However,I do not have any co-ordinates in the flight plan and therefore I do not know where to put the start and end for the Atlantic Crossing.
