Hey there, I keep reading bits about FSUICP but aren't too sure if it applies to me. I have a standard FSX install with the below addons, all running off one system. Would I see any advantage at all in installing it? I'm not even really sure what it is...Other than an interface between software.

Hi Guys, I want a Delta hub for the Airbus X and the NGX. I was checking out ImSim's KATL and it looks very good, now I know in another thread people where complain about not having a cheaper price because they had the older version but i dont have any version so my question is; KATL worth the price, how are the FPS, good modelling and texturing, is there autogen outside the Airport or do they have those excludes that some developers have etc etc. Thanks for the help!

Hey, I just installed 3 different mission packs, KLM, Easyjet and Ryanair mission packs. But non of the installed missions are showing in the Mission list. Any idea of what's wrong? Thanks.

Hi Guys Been messing about with these UTX night lights but cant figure out for the life of me why mine look nothing like their screenshot at all, not even close. Mine just look like balls of cotton that light up... As attached.. Any ideas, or are they just plane rubbish pun intended..

In Aerosoft's Airbus X Extended, is there a way to import the default FSX flight plan into the ND or the MCDU/FMS, as there was in the original Airbus X? Thanks! -abasa12

Hi! I've bought an Saitek cessna yoke, and realized when I turn the wheel, my control surface deflection stops before I have full yoke input. I didn't know where to put this thread since it has both hardware question and software question in it. Is there a way to fix this, to make the surfaces reach to full deflection when I have full input and so on. This happens with all surfaces, aileron, elevator and rudder. I want to have the most realistic control as in the real plane. I've tried messing with null and sensitivity, but it wont work. I use fsx Thanks in advance /Jimmy

Hello Guys ,I have a problem with the letters in FSX when I press alt to see the toolbar, the only think that I can see is the background only without letters and in loading screen the letters are smaller . The problem starts when I unistall java and after I reinstall it the same problem (I have reinstal the game and again the same problem !!) :blink: For example see the photo below: Have a nice day!!! :lol: and of course flights !

Hey all, Usually I will just do one flight for a few hours and that;s it for me - but with an aim to realistically simulating everything, I am tempted to try and recreate a full working day for either a Ryanair or Easyjet pilot. Probably Ryanair given it'll be in the NGX. Has anybody else ever just spent a day doing realistic hops over an 8 hour period (or however long it is a full working day lasts for a pilot)?

Hi guys, I have had OpusFSX running for a few days and I'm now playing around with the views. I read something about saving and restoring panel positions, even undocked Windows even though I have to undock them myself. I have a touchscreen monitor on which I want to put the CDU from the NGX in a separate window from P3D (running in windowed mode). I set up the panel as I wanted and clicked save window positions (or whatever it was). The question is how do I restore it? Simply clicking restore Windows does not help. Bringing up the panel and undocking it and then clicking restore Windows doesn't seem to work either. Could anyone please point me in the right directi…

Since i am now commited to P3D since deleting, all my previous DBS studio Terrain Awareness addons wount work in P3D. I figure with all the other threads talking about good, bad, and hypothetical add-ons it begs this question. So of the add-ons known to be in development at this time, which one(s) keep you up late at night in anticipation? For me it's probably PMDG's 777, Majestic's Dash 8-Q400, ORBX's Northern California, Level D's 757(I can dream, right?) and FS Labs A320. That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Not sure if this has already been posted somewhere else but I recently began losing my control axes on my joystick and pedal in FSX while running on Win 8. The controllers would literally disappear from FSX controls section and you would be left with only the mouse. This didn't happen straight away after installing FSX on Win 8, just started about a week ago and would usually happen quickly especially while going elsewhere on the desktop or going through the FSX menus. Hi! 2 weeks ago, I got my new computer: i5 3570K (overclocked to 4.4 GHz) ASUS P8Z77 V-Pro 16 GB 1600 MHz RAM GTX 670 2 GB 480 GB SSD After some hard work, almost everything is installed again. I´m quite happy with the result, without too much tweaking, all textures are sharp, loading times are phenomenal and the graphics are so much better than with my old setup. Hello. I have been enjoying a few weeks of faultless flying. Along the way I installed various new scenery and demo scenery. Until last week I booted up a flight and the textures seemed very blurry, very near to the aircraft and did not seem to snap in place until late. Sometimes I look st something and wonder if it really is different to normal but this is quite drastic. Also the VC in the 737NGX, seemed blurred. I'm sure I could see the numbers of the flap gauge before, now they are a blurry mess. Part of my fiddling recently included changing to DX10 mode just to see what it was like. Im thinking about the QW757, I have the BAE146 from them and love it, Im wondering if the detail is similar in the 757 as to the 146? Im aware of the other brands ie CS and JF and im not interested in them for several reasons So if any one, who has both 146 and 757 from QW could you tell me please, is it safe to assume I'm going to see the same quality and attention to detail as the 146 in the 757? After seeing a post suggesting that logbooks can be corrupted, I looked at my current one and found that my copying over my old one didn't take when I fully reinstalled my system to upgrade to Windows 8. Googling "merging FSX logbooks" did not yield any discernible results. I had over 3200 hours in my old one since 2008, and I'm up to almost 100 hours in my new one. Is there any way to merge them into one file? Thanks!

Hi all, I'm not new to flight sim as I've been using it since the days it was on floppy disks xD and bought every version in the series since then. I finally decided to drop FS9 all together, since it's a dying sim (still good for what it is don't get me wrong) and move to FSX. I've installed it along side FS9 a few times but never got the performance that I deemed was acceptable years back. I'm using my trusty laptop to run it and I still can't seem to get the performance I can be happy with.
