Hey all, I recently purchased FS global 2010 X so I can use it with both FSX and FS9. Is there an AI program that can be used with both as well? I found something called My Traffic 2010, will this work? Just trying to get the best bang for the buck! B)

On the PMDG its possible to set up distance rings from a certain waypoint such as an airport. It is possible to do the same with the G1000? It'll make judging distances much easier!

Hi, I haven't added fsx scenery for awhile but now when I try it doesnt't add. I click add in scnery library, highlight the scenery folder and click ok and then right click in the white space. The scenery then appears in the scenery list. I then click ok again and the window just closes and goes back to settings. It doesn't come up with the loading bar to add the scenery files. I then try and fly the scenery and it remains the default scenery. How can I fix this. P.S I have tried a number of different scenery packages. Thanks

I have now setup 3 monitor and will use within fsx, I like to know how to setup a views. Like left view, But now the view of the wings. Extended cockpit view (I think VC View). On the keyboard it would be 7 (Number pad and Num Lock on)

I have just built my new system, and am pleased to have some overhead for additional eye candy. I have been flying with FSX bloom active, but in heavy weather using REX textures and Opus - I drop below the sacred 30 fps mark and get stutters. Once I disable bloom, back to solid 30 I go. So, to get the same effect I really like, I have given Shade a try but could not get it to work Full Screen on a single monitor setup - my fps went down to 7 or something....going windowed brought it back up. I have used ENB in the past but found it hard to get just right for my eye (I do Spyder calibrate my display). My question is....is there anyone else out there running one or …

Anyone have these near perfect circles with local forecast of overcast? I cant figure it out which setting might be affecting this. This pic was on the US NE coast and it seems to me that they are weather stations although that report in the pic says 0 METAR. This didnt just happen here, it happens everywhere as I continued flying on this flight. There is 3 circles in this particular pic.

I recently completed building my new fsx box and the windows 7 64 and FSX installations went smoothly.When i got to the final step of installing the aircrafts, 737NGX,PMDG MD11 ,747 and Aerosoft Airbus A320, that went smooth as well.After installing add on liveries to the ngx,md11 and 747 i started up fsx and went to the aircraft page and found only the base aircrafts no add on liveries. All of the add on liveries are listed and numbered correctly in the fsx aircraft config.The Airbus only had one livery per variant. Could use some help Thanks Alex

I wonder how much do you spend in a month for FSX addons? There are lots of scenery releasing each month so I wanted to learn what is the average amount you spend on them? I wasn't playing FSX for a longtime but when I got new laptop, I returned to play it and I have bought lots of scenery this month.

Hi I'm considering purchasing the Coolsky DC-9, but before i do, I have some questions for those of you who own it: 1) I heard there were some issues before SP1. Am I right in thinking that post SP1 it is reasonably stable? 2) How does it compare, in terms of performance, to the NGX? 3) Is it worth upgrading from the SkySimulations DC-9, which is what I currently have? 4) How does it compare, in terms of graphics, to the Super80Pro, also from coolsky? I've got this and find the simulation great, however the visuals are a bit lacking.. Please post your thoughts.. Thanks

Hi, i have 2x SGSS, anisotropic filtering, negative lod bias set to clamp, but i still have flickering in almost all bridges, and some part of sceneries, like lamps at KSFO do you know how can i fix that ? i have 306,97 nvidia drivers. thanks

I have recently installed AXE been trying tutorial would be I think so much easier if there was a written instructions so you can read as you go I have only the one computer so I have put guide on the taskbar not that ideal does anyone know if there is a written manual. The manual said you can use an I Pad for verious items as these are a bit expensive would a tablet do the same job I think this would be a better idea than printing it. Hello All! There is an issue with the jetways at LVFR KSAN with AES for me. With MSX SoCal installed (haven't tried without yet) the jetways are mostly buried underground, way lower than they should be. Using AES 2.30. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks! -abasa12

I discovered something funny last week. I always thought I was the kind of 'simmer' that was focused on good graphics and nice scenery. I wanted things to look great and systems were of less importance. Lately I have been flying the PMDG 737NGX with FS2Crew a lot, with the graphical settings pretty low. The last few weeks however I was looking at scenery some more and downloaded various photoreal addons, compared Orbx with those addons and default scenery and even gave Aerofly FS a try (because of the nice graphics). While flying around in a GA (and not using all the systems but simply using Ctrl-E to get up in the air quickly) and (sometimes) enjoying the scenery…

Hi all, I have tried various things to get rid of clouds that form on the ground to no avail. I use ASE for my weather. Has anyone noticed what settings whether in FSX or ASE that will get rid of them? Even on normal scattered cloud days I have a bunch of clouds that are at 0 MSL and I don't like the unrealistic look. Thinking of buying, one question about EFB integration with IVAO and Vatsim. According to the manual, to integrate with IVAO "the eye" needs to be installed but this program is now not available and not supported. Is there an alternative to allow it to work with IVAO?
