Hi, I have just installed FSX onto my 3 monitor computer and I appear to be having problems. Basically, the I only get reasonable clarity in the graphics in the direction I am looking in the game. When looking straight ahead, the central monitor is clear, but the two side monitors are distorted and blurry. This is a real pain! If I then pan the view to look out the right hand side, the right hand side sharpens up, and the central monitor is distorted. Dear All I need some help if anyone can solve this for me: Recently I started experiencing some strange behaviour from the Aplhasim FSX Hunter. Once I go above 150 knots it starts to shake and increases as the speed goes up. It was fine before. On my laptop the same jet flies ok at all speeds. I am stumped as to the cause of this. Can anyone help. Thanks

I recently got a new machine that should handle FSX. I've installed FSX Standard (bought it a few years ago). Now i notice that several addons, Active Sky, ADE, FS Build seem to call for the SDK feature in the Deluxe version. Should I buy the Deluxe or Gold version and what are the overall advantages to these expanded versions of FSX? Thanks in advance, Jim Driskell

Can anyone with these two add-on's tell me if there's any difference in these birds getting to cruising altitudes? I don't have the PMDG bird but find it hard to believe how slow it takes a 737-800/900 to get to 35,000ft with a full load. I'm at work so I can't give accurate numbers as to passenger/baggage load but last night I was looking at this in comparison to my 757/A320 flying I've been doing as of late. I had a full load of passengers with a 100% fuel load in each tank on start-up. I was 700 pounds overweight at the gate so I adjusted my fuel in the three tanks to 50% each. Could the authors of OPUS impart some of their wisdom? Do you think this is implementable on the NGX? Any plans to use your programming wiz to create a weather radar that can be 'hacked' into the ND and EFIS panel of the NGX and subsequent PMDG aircraft? Cheers.

Anyone gotten any of the 10.000 hours rewards in FSX? If you did fly FSX as a full time job it would take you 4-5 years just getting one of these rewards. Seems to me this would be impossible for most simmers since they reinstall FSX ever so often, not to mention the continued upgrading of harware in a futile search for the ultimate smoothness...

Hello! I created many VC cameras, to use with PMDG NGX, one for Pilot view, FMC, MCP etc ... How i can asign these cameras for use only with all NGX aircrafts?

Anyone know if it's possible to force FSX to rescan for hardware controllers while its still running, or must I always restart it?

Is there a command line option, for example: OPUS -p3d to allow one to switch OPUS between the two sims? I'm mostly using P3D now, but also use FSX because some add-ons haven't been updated for P3D. The way things are set up now, you have to run OPUS to make the switch in the program settings, close OPUS. And then run OPUS again with the sim. Thanks for a great product and I await version 3.

As the painting process of the real aircraft is underway (painting in the new paint scheme: google: "new american") I was looking for the liveries for the FSX aircraft, but couldn't find much... a 737, a 777 and a 757 repaint.... Hi, just thinking of buying My Traffic X as I am fed up with having no traffic from UT2 at places like Antalya, Kos, Corfu and Athens etc and I was hoping someone could answer a couple of questions please. 1) I notice it says you need 10GB of disk space for installtion, do you have to install in the same location as you FSX installtiion or could I install on a different drive to save space on my dedicated FSX drive? 2) Should I buy My Trafiic x 5.4 or My Traffic X 2013 3) Anyone know if I will get localised traffic in places like Menorca, Antalya, Kos, Corfu and Athens where UT2 does not give me currently (I know the flight plans are not real) Thanks

Hello All! I am experiencing a problem with my newly received Captain Sim 777. In the cockpit (and at the exterior as well) when I turn on the lights via the switches on the overhead, nothing happens. However, when I hold down Shift + L or L for the exterior, the lights will briefly flash on (repeatedly) however when I let go of either of those two buttons the lights are off. In VC the only lights are the upper overhead lights and the lower pedestal lights. As well I can see the light above the glare shield yet it does nothing to illuminate the cockpit. How to put this short, not to be boring... Mmmmmkay, I often fly A320 with FSPassengers, I'm quite new to Radar Contact, still learning approach comms and stuff. I know that RC depends on a flight plan, and there is a catch - I don't know how to make realistic flight plan! I know that I will need approach plates. But that's not all. So far I was using simple flight plans for flights and default ATC - ILS direct GPS. For Radar Contact, I'm using either high-route or VOR-to-VOR flight plans. Hello All No success over at Aerosoft, so I thought that I'd ask here... On finals to Rotterdam X, the ground textures remain grey until less than 2 miles out, at which point they convert to the correct textures. The problem is, I believe, related to distance as the textures will appear if I zoom in whilst on finals, but revert back to grey when I zoom back out. I've numerous payware airports, mostly Aerosoft, and this is the only one that this happens at ? Anyone seen this before ? Many thanks Gary

Is it worth the effort to try and increase FSX performance and run some add-ons on a networked PC. For example, how much FPS could I increase by running AS2012 on a networked PC? Also I have Aerosofts Navdatapro on my FSX PC> I can i transfer the licenses to the networked PC?

After a battle getting "squawk box" to install, I now get the following message. Scenery.CFG file error. Local scenery directory (Addon Scenery\SCENERY) in scenery area.115 not found. Click OK to continue Clicking OK allows the FSX to continue. Any idea what has caused this and can it be fixed.

Anyone using the ES C750 with unreg fsuipc? I'm having an issue which I did not used to encounter. Upon idling the throttles (I've got a single CH throttle but the appropriate .ini settings are set), the N1 only drops to around 50%. This isn't idle hehe and makes approach fun!

Just got an email notice that Blueprint is updating many airports and fixing DX10 compatibility issues, as well as improving the textures and updating the models for many. Some of the updates are free, others will be all new versions. My home town KMSP is among the all-new versions (though it looks like it's not out yet). Performance has been improved at all or some of these airports as well.
