A few years back I bought the HTAI Cessna package. It's a great way to have a fleet of Cessnas to use as replacement aircraft for the FSX Default aircraft used by the UT2 GA schedules. Unfortunately, there isn't second package for Piper, Mooney, Cirrus, etc. I've successful finding other packages, so my fleet of AI aircraft isn't entirely slanted towards Cessna, but it's a mish mash of quality, multi-country registrations, etc. Considering of the new aircraft being produced I wish someone would either producing some AI aircraft packages, similar to the HTAI package, or include an AI version of their aircraft with the flyable version. HI guys, This is Karthick.... I downloaded a boeing 777-300er aircraft with JB panels for the cockpit.....Everything is going fine except one annoying factor is that whenever i land the aircraft on the runway, automatically posky's pushback tug appears at the nose gear while touch down....But this won't happen when i use other panels....So i know that the problem is from the panels folder..... So I need your help to identify the file that causes the tug to appear and to remove it......

Hi All! What is the difference between these two in the control panel? When i "send data to flightsim" only one of them is taken under consideration.

I know this sounds simple, and I'm sure it is, as I have found the cure for it in the past, but ever since I rebuilt my cfg I have forgotten how to do it! After changing views and returning to the VC, the mouse curser keeps reappearing in the centre of the screen! In other words, it does not stay where I left it, in most cases it sits on a second screen so I don't have any performance issues with it when flying the NGX. Apart from that, it's annoying! As I said, I have remedied this some time ago but have forgotten. I thought it was an entry in the cfg, but I can't find it. Any help appreciated fellas, cheers.

Hi I don't want to start a big discussion on which is the better but am I correct in thinking that the Opus cameras are always in a fixed location and cannot be moved around in the sim using the cursor keys like the EZDOK cameras. Thanks Phil

I have been surfing around looking for scenery...Europe, mostly, but just looking at what is out there. What has floored me and kept me with my wallet in my pocket is the cost. There is a ton of scenery out there...some of it looks really, really good...but you could spend thousands of dollars on it. My question is, how many of you guys are like me...amazed at it all but just unable to afford it (except for cherry picking some locations). I wonder if they'd sell more and make more money if the price were lower...the prices pushing down the demand. What do you guys think? Gregg EDIT: And what have you found that's worth the price?

I've done it before using my mouse wheel to control the throttles but this time its not working. I forgot how to do it, not sure if I have to press a key while scrolling the wheel at the same time. If someone knows, please help. Thanks

Hello, I am still fairly new to to this Citation X for FSX. I have noticed lately that the jet doesn't stay steady at cruise. I notice the flight director bobbing up and down like a boat on the water. It is starting to irritate me to the point where I don't want to fly it anymore. Anyone have any ideas as to why it does that? Thanks.

I've been trying to tinker with my settings to get the perfect looking runway/apron/centerline/taxi/rabbit lights by changing the runway lighting lines in my fsx.cfg and also by changing the light set under REX and also FTX Light Tweaker. Not sure if they all use the halo.bmp but I'm assuming so. I noticed the other night when flying around Rio de Janeiro that the runway lights on one airport was pretty small and dim, but at the same time i saw another airport nearby and the lighting was very nice and I question myself whether or not custom airport scenery uses their own lighting as oppose to the default FSX airports? So does third party apps like REX and FTX Light Tw…

For example. I have Aerosoft's Nice Cote de Azur addon and it includes the airport and photo real scenery of the area around the airport. But I also have VFR France for that area as well and wanted to use that for the photo scenery instead of the one that comes with Aerosoft's. Is it possible to have the photo scenery from VFR France and have Aerosoft's airport laid on top of it?

I just did a flight to General Fox in California (KWJF) and ATC cleared me to land on runway 06. The wind was 240 @ 13G19. How does ATC select that and is there a way to fix it? Gregg

Manfred Jahn and team has released a new (beta so far, so there may be more to come) C-117D freeware model. C-117 is like DC-3 with steroids using longer fuselage and more powerfule engines. The package includes a VC adapted from the Basler BT-67, so it has modern avionics with it. Model features include a realistic slow radial engine start, a fuel and payload manager, and built-in engine stress and battery failures. Sound is aliased to the default DC3, but you can of course use soundset of your own like. You can get the model at least from flightsim.com file library (haven't checked Avsim library yet). I can't read the glass cockpit panels they are way too small, and its annoying to have to change views to be able to view a gauge for two seconds. I'm thinking that maybe I have the wrong screen resolution for it, the letters are also kind of blurry. The rest of the cockpit is readable. Only things like the altitude indicator and things like that. My second question is inevitably about half way during the flight, the thing will start rocking violently, and start turning to the left. This seems like a weather related thing, but I can't remember how to fix it?
