Looks like Just Flight is doing a DC-8... http://www.justflight.com/product/dc-8-download Its about time we had a good DC-8 for FSX.

I saw this video on youtube of FSX and you can actually see the waves move, it stood out because it looked like the waves you would see when surfing, it was white, and it really stood out. Was curious how this affect is done? I currently have my water settings at low.2 i believe. Would love to see a comparison shot or video between each setting to better judge what I'm missing out on.

Posted in FS2crew also Hello, I have recently carried out a FSX uninstall and reinstall- successfully with SDK's also, when I got to FS2 NGX I do not have any options to select my audio headset in config box. I also get a error message 'fs2audio. dll failed to load' I have checked both 32 and 64wow folders and fs2audio is NOT in them. I have had a look at the forum and have tried the suggestions in the manual also but the fact I do not have fs2audio and have upgraded my direct X worries me.... Is this a fs2crew problem? I downloaded Booster 2013 and everything worked for a few days then today went to click the icon and nothing, no pop up control panel. Un installed it, then re-installed, ran as administrator, nothing. Any ideas?

Is there any reason why the AI traffic is a mile behind me when I'm holding short of the runway awaiting take off clearance? Is it a bug in FSX or is UT2 causing this?

Well I stumbled apron an old file on my computer that turns out to be the FS9/FSX Enigma 737-300!! It's a Beta, it was released for 1 year a while back! But I'm currently working on a VC merge with another 737. It is way better than all other 737 Classic so far released, I cannot wait for the real Enigma release of the completed aircraft though!

Hey Guys, Does anyone have the FR Super Cub Ultra? If so could you look at these two screen captures belowe of mine and look in the areas I circled in red. On mine I get bleed through of the sky, ground, etc. along the top edge of the tach bezel as in the photo examples. I bought this last summer and only flew it a few times, but I could a sworn that bleed through wasn't there then. I've done a couple FSX re-installs since then and decided to revisit the Ultra a couple days ago, and in day light at several various angles it just jumps out at me and my brain just cant tune it out. Hi people of avsim . I have come on here today for help. To start off the problem I have (what the topic title says) has been going on for months on end. It started when I had fsx running so perfect, ( to my standards) and I tried to make the jump to dx10 which was a horrible decision, which got me this problem. I have reinstalled already and gone through the tweaking forums and still I am dealing with this crap. It is so frustrating I miss flying so badly :cray: . Plus even though I get around 30 fps, I still get very unsmooth results. Help would be much appreciated whoever has dealt or knows how to deal with this issue. Hi guys. I have this burning question to ask you. (BTW the reason this topic is in FSX is because I use FSX.) On long flights say 12 or so hours do you really sit in front of the screen the whole time? And especially in VA's or VATSIM and IVAO where they don't allow "sandbagging" what do you guys do?

If I change the REX aircraft light texture, does it also affect AI planes? or just the one I fly in?

Just curious as to how many of you use light bloom and if you do, is it best to enable it via FSX's built in system or use a 3rd party such as SweetFX? Which would yield better results and performance.

Hello After flying around the Uk and Europe with the default traffic I have decided that I would like to purchase a traffic add on for added realism, I don't expect to run with the slider set to 100 percent aircraft but would just like to see the right airlines operating at the right airport. I have done some reading online and two are mentioned regularly, these being Ultimate Traffic 2 and My Traffic Pro 5.4b. Hi Everyone I have a reasonable amount of European Sceneries but want to do some US internal flights in the PMDG 737 as well as some hops across the Atlantic from my European airports in the upcoming PMDG 77L. Hi, I have just tried to APChart chart viewer, an add on gauge for both FSX and FS9 by Holger Maass on an windows 7 64 bit platformed FSX install. The install seemed to go well, but when I try to create the airport DB, no airports are found. I cant see a way to understand or check where the DB build program is looking during its build. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so was there a resolution?

I bought it and I like it. Good performance. Product is in between Aerosoft and Tropicalsim I think. Hope we will one day get LFLL and LFBD from them

Hello, After flying FS for 12 years i have a noob question Im using the registered FSUIPC version for my control mappings. I use PMDG with AES and Pro Flight Emulator. Those three demand a lot of key bindings. To make sure i do not have any FSX binding conflict i want to delete all default FSX key bindings. However...when i manually delete them the re-apear after a FSX restart. Is there a way to permanently get rid of the default bindings? Greetings from a nice summerday Holland Boby

Can someone break down which entry affect what lights on the runway? I'm having a hard time trying to change each value and then loading up the sim to see any differences. Perhaps someone can tell me exactly, so I know which setting I need to adjust. I know the VASI one already but STROBE, SURFACE and APPROACH? Id the APPROACH field the one at the end of the runway that looks like a T shape on approach with the rabbit lights leading towards it? Hello Well this new hobby is starting to make a dent in my wallet but before I close it for a while I would like some advice on AI sounds. While I am happy with the default sounds on the flyable planes for FSX, I find that when watching planes with Ultimate Traffic 2 the default AI sound just stays the same with hardly any variation so can anyone recommend a not very expensive replacement AI soundpack that would work with UT2?
