Hi I was wondering of I could keep KMIA airport from Latinvfr but get rid of the photoscenery they put on the surroundings. I rather have GEX USA covering the area. Any way of doing this? Thx Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2

Not sure where to put this. After a FSX re install everything is as smooth as silk except for a problem with textures when dragging instruments to a second screen eg. pmdg 737, in flight I drag the FMC as I always have done to the second screen to use it however now when I drag it the FMC just turns Black but when I drag it back to the primary screen it reverts back to normal anyone have a fix for this?

Under my FSX settings, my F12 key is currently assigned to View 4 or whatever, not sure if this is the default or what, but I'm trying to assign Top View to F12. I have even went into the settings and found the Top View and assigned F12 to it, and when I press it. Nothing happens.

Hi All: Just an observation especially with this green purple thing going on, thought I would load Scenery tech USA landclass 1.4 and noticed with FSGENESIS landclass I had the green purple mass as you can see here that is gone and looks pretty nice. I also tried placement in scenery library very top and sandwiched between UTX Urban and Vegetation ans saw no fps difference at all, thought I would pass this on for you having some issues with global textures, you need to do your homework before placing any blame. :wink:

The issue is quite interesting. I load every situation or new flight with default C172, and I get smoooooth framerates, steady at 40fps, no stutters, as it should be. Then I load default A321, and fps is slightly worse (few frames, that's normal), but I have big stutters, fps is not steady at all, jumps from 15 to 50fps. Never happaned before with default planes which are easy on CPU. I thought maybe is something wrong with UTX or FTXG, but I load C172 and everything is fine again. I have default textures in A321 so that is not the case. I tried also default 737 nad PA A320 v3, same case. Deleted fsx.cfg yesterday, no luck. Tried various settings in fsx.cfg, no luck. Dis…

Hi, I just installed Opus as on Guidance, but I dont see any real weather confirmation box or any message where it says Opus weather loaded?? I just start Tir5 with opusserver and then default weather, but on fly I dont see any real weather? I also checked this: Download winds aloft data with real-world weather. Tick Disable turbulence and thermal effects on the aircraft unless you wish to see wing flex. Set the Rate at which weather changes over time to No change (set slider bar to left).

I added affinity mask 14 to my .cfg, and now it starts jumping, almost like a REALLY low fps, but my frames are still in the mid thirties. I have i7 3770K @3.5ghz and a gtx 670 if that helps, any ideas on how to rectify?

I can't seem to get this working on FSDT's airports. I tried PHNL, KJFK, KLAX (doesn't seem to have any parking gates for medium/large commerical airliners, only GA's). I tried a few gates and when I hit CTRL+J nothing happens. It works when at default airports. I had AES installed but wasn't sure if it conflicts with GSX, so I also went ahead and removed AES and tried again, and the jetway still doesn't move. Does anyone else have this problem?

I don't have a twist joystick or rudder pedals. How can I fly helicopters? I saw that there was an auto control gauge for helicopters but the listed site does not work. I use auto-coordination but it does not allow rudder control in the helos. I was registered at Hovercontrol but can't login as I forgot my logon name and password. The "Forgot Lost Password" requires your logon name. I saw a thread that there that said to change the yaw axis scalar to a very high number. It seems to work but I am looking for a better way. Any help sure would be appreciated. Bob.

Hello all, lately i have been in the mood for some old school VOR-VOR airliner flying and have been looking around for a good product to fit the bill. I have always liked the DC9/MD80 series of aircraft and see that coolsky has a dc-9 product. From what i have read, it seems like it is a high detail representation of the DC9. My question before i buy is, if i strive for maximum realism in FSX and fly aircraft such as the NGX and majestic Q400, will i be happy with the coolsky dc9? Is it more study sim, or more entertainment sim? Thank you Adam

While I wait to be approved to post this question on Majestic's site, thought I'd ask here. I know I'm missing something, but what is the procedure to dump all the FMS data (fuel/pax/cargo) once you're parked at the gate? I can delete the flightplan with no problem, but can't figure out how to get rid of the other data. Turning both FMS's off and back on doesn't seem to work. This is to do multiple short flights without having to restart the sim each time. Any ideas?

Hello All, I have been playing FSX for 3 years and just love it. Unfortunately my old Toshiba Laptop died, so my dad and I are building a proper gaming computer. We were wondering if there was a FSX " expert" who could guide us through the build and installation of all the add-ons. This will basically be for "lite" aircrafts like those from CLS, Just Flight, and Quality Wings because I know they don't work properly with more advanced add on planes. I already have the Saitek multi panel and it works fine with all my "lite" airplanes (CLS MD81/82, DC-10, A330/A340, 767, 747-100/200). Those are all the lite add ons I have at the moment. I want to get the switch panel next to control my lights, landing gear, etc. Can anybody confirm if the switch panel works flawlessly on CLS, Just Flight and Quality Wings airplanes? I want to get the QW 757 and JF L1011 next. I will probably get the switch panel at the same time so I just want to make sure …

I recently updated the Navigraph Airac cycle 1308 in my PC. I did thiswith 3 different datasets for the LEVELD database, the PMDG database, and the FSCommander Database). Having done that, I noticed new Radio Navigation stations, for example in FSCommander I now see the new MZL VOR (112.10) located at N05.03'13" W075.31'44" in Colombia. I was under the impression that once one runs those updates, the database in FSX also gets updated, However, I flew this morning to SKMZ (near the new VOR MZL) and I noticed that FSX does not "see" the VOR station. I tune the frequency in NAV1 and its like there is no station. Can someone help me with ideas on how to update properly …

There's this click noise everytime you hold down the middle mouse button to pan around the cockpit and such while using EZDok. Is there a way to disable or get rid of the sound entirely?

When I go to LAX and JFK there are no terminals, just jetways. I'm in the PMDG at the time and there could be other airports. I do have FS Dreamteam that could be the problem.

Not sure what happened but I was able to see my aircraft before. Now when I'm doing any external views, My plane is no longer there, all I see it it's ground shadow. Anyone know what may be the cause of this?

I am using FSDT's Honolulu airport, but today for the first time I noticed some strange tribal music being played while my plane is at a cold & dark state at the airport gates and I can't figure out where it's coming from.
