Hi; I had to reinstall FSX, now I can't add additional liveries to default FSX aircraft. I most have deleted something I shouldn't have, but uninstalled through windows control. Also some of the downloaded FSX aircraft will not show up in the FSX main aircraft menu. Textures appear ok as well as the config file. I would rather keep FSX instead of purchasing FSX Deluxe or Gold. All I wanted was the SDK application anyway. Hope some can give me some ideas to try. Thanks for you help. Vivet

Hi, I currently have FXS installed on my computer's C drive. I am experiencing performance issues. I have a 1.5 Terabyte external hard drive that I want to transfer FSX to. Do I need to do a new installation of FSX to the external drive? And if so, can I copy and paste all the add-on apps? I have apps that required a password and/or a license key at installation. Will I have to retrieve the information & reinstall as well? And if I can do it, will it corrupt FSX on the C drive in any way? When responding, can you explain in layman's terms, preferably in bulleted instructions. Thanks, hocdaddy

Hello, I would like to know if someone have the Original files of Tim's ENBSeries? He calls it: ENBplus on REX forum. But when I try to download it, I got a error message. So I'm not able to download it. I saw a lot of pictures about the ENBSeries of Tim and it looks amazing!! Who can send me Tim's ENBseries? Thank you!

Does anyone know if there is an EditVoicePack update file for Star Air Denmark? I can't seem to find one.

I have 5 versions of C172 with different colors, but the same panel. The C172 Glass Cockpit seems to be missing. Do I need to do something specific to unlock the C172 Glass model, or do I need to change anything in the configuration?

So since yesterday I have a weird issue with my rudder stuck on extreme left. Brakes were an issue too but I clarified it by setting proper sensitivity and null zones. I have tried multiple aircraft and they all seem to behave same. In the saitek pro flight utility the rudder is centered but in the game they behave completely different. I have also tried looking at all other input devices to see if any of them had rudder axis assigned to them but nope! Auto rudder is off. When I press 5 to center trims they come at center but any slight movement on rudders and you have the plane going crazy!

When using the GPS nav system to fly a flight plan that has been loaded into the default 737-800 autopilot, the MFD will indicate the distance to the "fix", whatever it is (VOR, intersection, airport, etc) but does not display the name of the fix anywhere that I can find. Even the "simple" stand-alone Garmin 500 displays the name or code designation for the fix you are currently flying to. Am I missing something, is there a way to get the name of the fix to be displayed on the default 737-800 MFD? Thx, Al

So, I'm new to FSX.... and I'm not the most savvy on the ole CPU. Still, I figured I could make FaceTrackNoIR work. Wrong! So I installed 1.7, it recognizes my face and all seems to work just fine. I start up FSX, and have absolutely no idea how to translate the tracking face to looking around the cockpit. I also have a 3 monitor set up, so if its going to take something special to use it via all 3 monitors, please tell me now or I'll have to make another post apologizing for my stupidity and asking for help again. Hi Stephen, I just reformatted & reinstalled my whole system and naturally my FSX and OPUS. Now i am having this problem of the tick not staying on the DHM box and the default view after i save the setup. To make matters worse, my Track IR is moving around . I have renamed both teh files in the Track IR folder. I am curently using build 5.2 on my track IR and the latest beta Opus 3.45.1. Any help is very much appreciated. Regards

Glenn Johnson known for his Photo-real airport scenery's, has recently released another Austin (KAUS), Available in the library, I haven't got a chance to try it yet but the video he posted of it looks awesome. He also posted Laguadia (KLGA) should be released soon (According to the video, around now). Here's his video of it!

Hi... I've installed Rex Essential with over drive... Now I would like to purchase some add on scenery for North America ... But not really sure what direction to go..I understand the airport add ons ...But the scenery.... It seems that Rex rebuilt the textures .. So I don't want to waste money buying a different add on that does the same...It all seems confusing.. Could someone give me a couple suggestions I could go with... Mostly like to fly airliners.. And after asking questions here I finally built my first pc to run this stuff I5 4670k Gtx760 So I should be able to handle it... Thanks all

Hi Guys, since yesterday i have the problem that my views in FSX are to much slowly. For example whenever i push the keys SRTG+Shift and Enter to set my view to left in Virtual cockpit there only work extremely slowly. I tried to reinstall FSX and set new paramteres in config but it didnt help. Anyone who could help me? Greets Nils

Hi all, Running fsx acceleration with orb, rex and pmdg 777 getting really bad medium range jagged edges. Almost like the aa isnt working at certain distances. The numbers on the tailplane demonstrate it im the picture below: speak is fx9370 at 4.9ghz, 16gb ram and hd9750 Any help is really apreciated, Thanks Ollie

Now I'm all confused as to why stay or leave, or move... moving to P3D. I keep going back and forth between forums of FSX and P3D, and I keep seeing almost the same pattern- tweaks here and there, problems here and there. So, what's the point of moving to P3D ? And, is it true that P3D is the same FSX with a "facelift?" As you can see I'm all confused. With the tons of extraordinary add ons, and my processor holding at 5.0Ghz, I am so happy that I don't see how it could be better. (Or, maybe I just don't know).

Is there any tweak that may reduce the sharpness of braking in FSX (using yoke button)? The default brakes don't seem very realistic - particularly when taxiing. Thanks.

I have had this problem with every plane i have used, when i'm ils approaching with 180-200knts my nose pitches up a lot, but it wont stall or anything but it looks annoying. When im in GS mode the nose becomes normal again. Please help.

I am a real world pilot and wondered what the best FSX 172 was? The stock one is a joke performance wise. Just wouldn't mind having a good one for FSX. I have tim in S,P,N,Q (yes the gutless cutlass lol). Any help would be appreciated!

I don't know if this would qualify as the stuttering scenery problem but take a look at the video here: Its a lag of some sorts but not your traditional lagging in games. So far this only happens with a couple of my addon sceneries: Taxi2gate KMCO and Mega Airport KMCO. I don't have any addon weather engines going. No Ground Enviornment Pro type addons. I have a couple of aircraft addons and thats it. My other addon scenery is fine and doesn't do what its doing in the video. Anyone else run into this? I've looked on google and on here. I've done the Rebuild FSX Shader Cache solution but still get this. My traffic settings are set to 15. I've uninstalled and reinstal…
