I have a 12 Gb disk in two partitions C:4 GB and D:8 GB, if i delete de D: partition the C: will have 12GB???TIAExcuse my poor english

I'm thinking about buying a manual for the Beech Baron from Essco but I'm not quite sure the difference between an Operating Manual and an Owner's Manual. I'm more interested in knowing, for example, what proper takeoff configuration is rather than what kind of detergent to use when washing the plane, so I'm thinking the Operating Manual sounds more relevant. Can anyone verify that? Thanks!David

For those using the default FS2K2 pro Baron 58 - do you notice that the plane banks ever so slightly to the left when at cruising altitude (or any other altitude for that matter)? Mine does, and I just want to know if it's normal, or a problem with my installation.Yes, I posted this before, but there was no response (in 168 views). I'm hoping the shorter post will get, if nothing else, a yes/no answer ;) .

The 737-400 has texture files with suffixes _C, _d, _L, and _T. Do these suffixes give a clue to the function of the files? Some of the repaints I have downloaded work quite well without all 4 of these files. Am I missing something?The other default aircraft seem to have similar but not identical suffixes.Any hints?

I just want to share my experience with ARIANE Studios to make you aware of their customer orientation.Well, i recently bought a BMI B737-300 but unfortunatly i did NOT RECEIVE any download information (website problem) but they CHARGED my CREDIT CARD. I sent an email to their ISP and to ARIANE Studios to get the problem fixed.ARIANE Studios did NOT REPLY at all and their ISP mentioned that they only host the website and he is not authorized to send me the bits.Bottom line - I lost 14 EUROS and didn't get anything !!

I just downloaded Bill Grabowski's ERJ-145 panel last night and tested in FS2002. At first I was quite impressed, but when I started my roll down the runway, I couldn't pull up. I skimmed the manual to see if there was anything in it about this, but I couldn't seem to find a solution. I tried taking off again with a different trim setting. This time I was able to get airborne... but only about 7,000 feet passed the end of the runway! Once airborne, the aircraft bounced all over the place and the elevator was quite sluggish. Once I got the AP on, I was able to stop the plane from shaking, but I had trouble managing the auto thrust on my climb, cruise, and descent. I had to…

I have been reading several posts regarding the freeware debate.Over the past few years i have downloaded many files from avsim and other sites.I am on a fixed income and have been gratefull to the free ware developers for some good flight sim files,yes some have been better than others but in the long run i cant really remember ANY file that damaged my machine.I have downloaded files that would have cost serious money in my local software store,well serious money to a person who don,t have much spare cash like myself. Just a final thought,I wonder how much criticism there would have been if fs6 had been a free ware download.I remember paying

When I create flightplans now which are IFR & then press fly now. I do not get invited to ask for IFR Clearnace, I go staright to Taxi out. I have added a few third party Airports and also sorted out the gates at some and Ai at other Airports. Could I have deleted corrupted something which means I cannot fly an IFR Flight Plan that I have created myself. I get IFR if I use one of the 2002 adventures.Thank you in advance if you can helpTerry

Its great on Frame rates and the potential for some cool repaints will be realized soon:) I truly appreciate your efforts and use a bunch of stuff you have done in the recent past. I wanted to post a public "THANK YOU!" to Bill Melichar for his recent update to an already near-perfect KLAX scenery. The scenery (LAX2.zip in the AVSIM library) is absolutely stunning, including all of the recent additions and improvements to this major airport and even moving traffic on the nearby I-405 freeway! Best of all, Bill has managed a perfect blend of appearance vs. performance.The only clue that the scenery is virtual is the fact that the traffic moves far to quickly for LA! Great job Bill!David

I'm using the US airways timetable from worldai with all of the aircraft filled in with A3xx and Dash-8 aircraft. I flew into Pittsburgh last night, was #3 for landing with 2 company jets on final :)After landing, I was cleared to gate 21 which happens to be the same gate that we pulled into when I was on a real A321 to PIT. My taxi clearance had me on a different taxiway from the A319 that landed before me (I landed shorter than he did) so we ended up taxiing right next to one another on differnt taxiways. Very cool.Now I just need to open up parallel runways for arrivals at airports like this. I am not interested in overlays though.Tim

OK, all you Caribouers (is that a word?) out there. I'm starting to throw this beast together, but I have a couple of questions. First of all, does anyone have any photos of the interior of the aircraft. So far I've been able to come up with nada...zip. Lots of good exterior shots, but nothing of the cargo bay/cokpit.Secondly, can someone familiar with the aircraft confirm my take on the operation of the flaps/ailerons. I won't call them flaperons because they don't appear to work like what I call a flaperon, because they are seperate units. Hi, I dowloaded a program off of avsim I found in the library called "Flight Deck 1" it's a set of cabin announcements by a gentleman named B.Semmons. I loaded up his program and started up my flight and then everything comes to a halt. flight simulantor 2002 shuts down and I get a message "error in flight simulator will now close this program is "corrupted". I never see this before with my othe programs. What does this mean? Thanks for any responses, S.

My apologies to the mods. I've exhausted the search engines and know of no other source of good PC advice...My problem: my wife's PC used to be Win95 and thus has a FAT16 4gig drive divided obviously into 2 1.99gig drives. She has not enough free space on any one particular drive for a sufficient swap file for what she uses (paint/printer type projects).SO, she know has Win98 and there's that converter to convert to FAT32, but I can only do this to the drives separately. What I really need is to convert the drive to FAT32 and take away that partition so that it's just one 4gig FAT32 drive.Can anyone tell me how to do this without reinstalling? Hello I down loaded a third party aircraft but when it is at cruising altitude it bobbs up and down. How do i stop this. Thanks in advance Shaun.

Having recently downloaded the Stearman Kaydett from the Avsim file library, I would like to offer my congratulations to the author for a brilliant job. The virtual cockpit is a revelation!One problem however is that the rev counter only works occasionally in both 2D and VC modes and more often than not doesn't work at all. I have seen this before in other products but have never heard of a fix. Does anyone know a solution please.Steve
