Well actually, two of them:First, can anyone point to a series of US Military Aircraft (F5, F14, F15, F16, F18, F117, C17, SR71 and a Bomber series) that are convertable. The ones that I have been able to find are so packed with moving features that FST can't use them. Second, was a utility ever developed that would permit placing of tracks/channels without actually flying it. Maybe a windows drag and drop or something?BobL

I have installed this and applied the beta update of there compatability patch for fs2002 along with the buttons patch from this web site. Trouble is, I still get this msg "cannot locate SML_CLOSE_REG.bmp" Anyone with any ideas on how to get this program running?Eric

The win98 joystick calibration box indicates that I have my yoke working properly. When I enter fs, the joystick is not recognized. In fact, when I I enable/disable the joystick, the ailerons move to the left and stay there. The throttle works normally. I have reinstalled the drivers, the control panel shows everything normal. Any ideas, short of a reinstallation? thanks.tony

Current systemPIII 450512 sdramXP PROI can get a Geforce 2 MX 400, but do you believe that there will be a noticeable difference if I decite to go higher in the Geforce range with this system and all settings at default with FS2002 ?If you believe I will see a difference how high could I consider going with the card until I notice nothing more.

I've been flying with FSMeteo for years, and because FSFlightMax doesn't support it I switched back to FS real weather feature. Quite frankly, I'm not seeing much difference. Explain to me again why I need FSMeteo?!?!Noel

Have not had much time to fly it since my computer locks up (thanks xp) it is an incredible looking aircraft...the virtual cockpit is equal to anything microsoft put out in it's original release...check it out, it is a beauty!:(

Hi friends, can you please help me?1) how do i detect ice while flying, so i can enable deice?2) especially when slowing down during approach (and AP on,HDG - IAS - ALT) the attitude gauge tell me that nose is always too high, no matter which aircraft i'm flying and also at 250 Kts!How can i correct this, given AP on? I cannot trim nose down because AP is handling the plane itself. The only think i can do is turning AP off and fly manually :-(Thanks in advanceLuigi ;-)

Hello I recently purchased an nvidia Geforce2 MX400. My first video card, and I'm pretty pleased with it. I have noticed something though that's not too great. Effects (waves and contrails) are blurred, showing up as white blocks basically. My beacon lights don't want to show up anymore. I'm using the latest 23.32 (i think that's the number) drivers. Any suggestions?:-sun1

Hi! Everyone:I have 2 questions for my friends out there who are having a better luck then I have.1. I read somewhere that deleting the fs2002.cfg file will regeneate a new one which might improve performence. I did that and it was regenerated, but I now have aircraft shadows which are solid black rather than translucent. How can I fix that?2. Frame rates are very low. My system is a P4-1.6384 Meg RAMNvidia Geforce3 200Ti (28.32 driver)SAmsung 19" monitorWin XP. I am using FSnav for flight planning.Works great, but I don't understand how I am supposed to find my way using fix points.ex: CYYZ NDB - Fix - NDBStart say CYYZ get NDB waypoint set it to frequency until the arrow starts to move.But what do I do with the fix point. There are no radios to set, no frequency to change and no way of knowing if I am where I am supposed to be.RonCVA1701

What's the difference between the demo (4.7) and the payware (5.1) version of FSMETEO??

I've been using the demo version of FS Meteo, and I've been having some problem with it. I'm not sure if it's because I'm using the demo or not. If it's overcast after take-off, that's the cloud layer I get below me the entire flight, even if it's transc-continental. The cloud layer below me doesn't change at cruise. When I start descending, it does start changing. Do I need to change something in FS Meteo? Suggestions?Thanks,Tim
