Hello!I have a slight problem that I am trying to solve. I keep getting the Scenery Library Object not found error when I fly the Mooney aircraft bundled with FS2K2.I think that the propeller might be missing. When I go to the external view of the airplane, there is NO propeller spinning (visible.)Should there be one and if so, can I extract just the mooney aircraft from the FS CD? If so, can I use Winzip? I have attached a picture of the ERROR box that I am getting to this post.Also, can the error message boxes be disable somehow? It pops up every now and then (ONLY WHEN FLYING THE MOONEY AIRPLANE) and it gets a bit annoying!Thanks for any suggestions!Scott :-)ATP/CFII -…

Hi everybody! Miss me? Some of you may have noticed that I haven't been around for the past 3+ weeks and I'd like to explain my absence. I received a new video card for my computer a few weeks ago and, upon installation, proceeded to burn out most of my components :) So, after 3 weeks, several hundred dollars, 3 different motherboards, 2 CPUs, 4 sticks of RAM, 5 video cards, 3 HD reformats, and 3 Windows re-installs, I finally have a working computer again! Unfortunately, I had to switch back to Win9x (98 to be specific) and am no longer running Win2k, but I'll probably switch to XP in the next month or so anyway. Dear Members, I am still using Fs2k....due to (I think video cards Problems) Although I have the GE Force2 MX400 64 MB...anyway...I have the last version of Roger Wilco..But I am noticing something.When every I start roger wilco only and make the tests my voice,will come very good,and whne i start Fs2k and I talk on roger wilco I am hearing something like an Echo in the backround,causing the ATC will not hear me good...I updated my Audio card drivers ( Yamaha OPL-SA card) but still for nothing.( I tried both Wav and Direct sound) but still nothing...Anyone who had this problem before? Like everyone else who has flown this plane, I'm amazed at how great this freeware is (yep, many, many thanks to the people who built and tested this). It's the smoothest flying plane ever (and just *why* is this?) and I only have one problem: GPS.It doesn't work on my system: the GPS gauge comes up, but it acts like it's dead (like the power's off). I try "pressing" the power button (upper left) with the mouse but it doesn't come on. Is there a trick I'm missing (like RTFM?) or something wrong with my system?

Geofa, just when I thought I had learned to operate all systems in the Wonderful Deb, up rears the hoary head of a Stec50 AP Problem...... I love my Deb, but the Stec50 is being 'ornery!! I have RTFM, and I set up the Stec50 AP as instructed. I align the VOR arrow to the HDG bug (after acquiring the VOR signal) and wait for the a/c to center on the heading. Then hit NAV. And the plane setttles into a "beeline" to the VOR. And for 50-60 NM the course is true as an arrow.Problem occurs about 30-35 miles out from VOR station. The course line begins to deteriorate, and the course drops off by about 20 to 25 degrees to the left (as seen on the GPS screen) of target as …

Hi.Let's say you're flying VFR to some airport, just about any airport actually, that is within ClassB airspace...when you get into the Class B airspace, you are supposed to request permission, right? Then the controller will give you traffic advisories such, just as if you were on flight following.But what do you do when you are approaching the airport where you plan to land, and you're still talking to the other controller? Do you just ignore him and switch to tower? Or are you not allowed to fly VFR into such airports or what?Also, what do you do when you want to land at an airport that is within another airport's airspace?FS2k2 is a bit confusing in this.

I have the Ded installed with everything working great and I love flying it but when I start a flight all I have is the top row of gauges.I drag the window up and I have the full panel but whenever I change views it reverts back to just the top row of gauges and I drag it up again for the full panel.All my other plane/panels are fine.I have uninstalled,reinstalled,tried the patches etc.It must be some setting in windows or fs.Problem is all other planes are OK.Anyone can help?This is driving me crazy and I am spending way too much time on it.Thanks,Ron
