Hi there,I am having a very strange problem with FS2K2 and I can't figure it out. I have been running FS2000 and I just bought and installed FS2K2 Pro today.My system is a Windows 2000 Professional, 1 GHz P-III, .5 GB RAM, 40 GB HDD.With FS2000 the Saitek works fine, but now in FS2K2 the aircraft has a delayed reaction to joystick inputs.It is not a flight model issue or anything, because if I watch the panel and increase throttle for instance, it takes 10 seconds for the program to recognize and adjust for the change. If I am flying and pull back on the stick and release to center, 10 seconds later I will get a pitch up... It is very strange.If I fly with the keyboard …

Coyote avionics installed on Bonanza F33 and Beech Baron. On the Bonanza no problem. On the Beech Baron, error received indicating FS2002 cannot load gauge00=cad_gps500!gps,. I don't understand how it can load perfectly with the Bonanza and not the Baron.Any assistance very much appreciated.

Anyone else check out that National Guard chopper going into the side of Mt.Hood. WOW!! What a video, check it out in msnbc.com. My question for anyone who knows, is that I observed in watching the pre-crash position of the chopper that it seems awfully close to the mountain side. Now, I'm no expect at all on flying choppers, but I do know that the winds on Mt.Hood swirl around like bloody hell with no notice at all, sometimes at a furious pace with awful up/down drafts. I'm certainly not critisizing the pilot as none of the facts of why he/she lost control are presently known, but geeeezz. Flying a chopper SO close to the mountain?? Is that not asking for trouble??

Are there any good small jets or GA planes available for FS2002 that are complete with detailed and accurate panels, virtual cockpits, etc?I miss the virtual cockpit in the default Lear and would like a cockpit with accuracy and detail as the likes of the DF 737-400. Thanks. :-beerchug

Has anyone edited or made additions to the ATC Voices in FS2002? I thought that MS has let loose a developer kit for voices.Anyone know?Thanks......Josh

Attention Pro Flight 2k developers!Please create ProFlight for FS2002. Your program is without a doubt, the greatest add-on for FS2000!I actually used both Ultimate Airlines and ProFlight 2k in FS2000 and the expeirence was awesome. FS2002 ATC doesn't even come close to ProFlight 2k.BTW- There is a patch for Ultimate Airlines but a newer version would be nice!

Is anybody else having problems with FSMeteo 5.1 and WinXP Home using a dial-up modem?

I have the PSS757 package and I've been trying to get the panel to work with some of my planes. What is happening is, when I click on the EHSI or the Trim panel (which has the range knobs) it causes FS2002 to crash. I would love to use this panel with my 757. Has anyone modified it to work yet. JustFlight mentions nothing of this problem except for the overhead panel, which I have working. Maybe this is an WinXP problem. Any ideas?ThanksDan

Hi all,Aniette has discovered an error in my last visual model for the ATR, the port and starboard textures for part of the fuselage are mirrored.It has happened twice during the development of the aircraft's visual model. First it was the vertical stabilizer, now it has been the foward fuselage section: port and starboard textures are the same but mirrored, althoug I designed it with different textures to allow non-symmetrical textures (typically those having text).I believe that must be a bug in gmax. I have a Garmin GPS III Plus. Can I connect this to my PC and have all data of my flight (position, speed, altitude etc.) exported to my GPS, so I can see my plane moving on the display? I got the idea from Pete Dowson

Hello everyone,I am going to try to install one of the P-3 Orion instrument panels and it requires the default FS2000 Concord gauges. I do not have FS2000 presently installed on my computer. Is there a way to go inside the .CAB files on the original FS2000 disks and extract only the Concord Guages?Thanks,-CJ Starr

I'm having a major problem with FS2002....If any of u can help it would be much appreciated.While in Fs2002 in windowed mode maximized, I find that clicking on my windows xp start tab and getting the start menu to come up takes a long time. (30 seconds or more)....My fs2002 runs great I can't complain....But it seems that when I want to run another program while using fs2002 in windowed mode it takes forever for it to load....I can speed up loading, but to do so, I must minimize fs2002 then the other program will load up instantly. (FSmeteo, DF 737-400 FMS, squawkbox, or anyother program that runs with or behind fs2002.)It seems to be the same problem I'm having with the…

Those AI files are really cool. I had downloaded and installed the United Express file someone created.Well, I was flying around my hometown airport, KEVV, in the Bell last night around 9. There's an ERJ flight that comesinto to Evansville from the south at around that time.
