I downloaded Page's excellent KCVG scenery and the fix that was supposed to fix the bouncing, but I am still geting the bouncing aircraft and my aircraft crashes when pulling out onto 36L.. AI aircraft seem to have no problems other than the bouncing.And yes I have the flatten and exclude entries in my scenery.cfgI also have the above mentioned bgl file in the same scenery folder if the original bgl's. Does this file need to be renamed or what??Anybody else had this problem with the so called "fix"Thanks in advance!!JC

Well, a couple of nights ago I installed a bunch of add on mesh scenery as well as some land class files. Since then, I've been having major issues with the sound in the program. In a word, the sound seems to have become unstable. I am now routinely losing ATC (esp. when I change views) and the plane sounds remind me a bit of a record with a scratch and jump embedded on the plastic. These problems appear only in MSFS2002 - not in real player etc. I've uninstalled and re-installed the most recent turtle beach santa cruz drivers several times, but no permanent fix. Has anybody experienced this? Am I doomed to do a complete reinstall of MSFS2002 (what a pain) to fix it?…

Hi, In FS2002 all I want to do is change the AI Aircraft, not the routes or anything else. Does anyone know how to change default aircraft? using ttools 1.2.I just wish Lago would release FS Traffic for FS2002 to save all this messing about with BGL files :-)Thanks.

Well here's the specs on the new hardware. Not top of the line but best I can do with the buck right now. FS2002 is a whole new experience though for sure.

Downloaded Debonair B33.zip and it came in as an unzipped file of 24,719 KB. Do I put this file in my aircraft folder of FS2K2 or somewhere else?Thanks for any help

I have just in the last few days installed and been flying Geoff's Debonair and noticed some real staggering differences in the feel of this plane and the feel of other planes I fly.The thing that I noticed was how realistic this plane feels as far as weight, drag and overall "feel".I have the Dreamfleet Archer, which I love and I have various other planes that are very similar to the Deb but none of them come close to feeling as realistic as this plane from Geoff.Not that the other planes are bad but they tend to be more "twitchy" then the Deb and just do not feel as smooth.Whats the difference? why is this plane feel so right? I have a high interest in mountain flight & the associated dangers that go along with it. Once and a while an un-fortunate aircraft accident will show up in the NTSB reports involving mountainous flight. I am looking for input on the Carenado Cessna 172.I read the review from AVSIM from a while back and noticed comments about the strange stall characteristics and wondered if those have been worked out or still and issue? What is the general "feel" of this plane?Thanks for any help

hello,it may sound cynical, perhaps it is cynical, but I can hardly await the first detailed flightsim scandal chronicle.I'm visiting AVSIM and other flightsim related sites almost daily and every other week a new 'scandal' is reported. Papa Tango, the shut-down of several designer groups websites, SATCO, pic767 'patchgate', fsplanet, today the DC-3 issue...Although I perfectly understand that great enthusiasm easily can turn into great frustration and anger, the behaviour of the flightsim community does not only simulate aviation but apparently also our society, and the flightsim communities media cover both sides of this simulation. In light of the most recent rift in the FS Community (RCS), I started looking thorugh my extensive web "favorites" list and waxing nostalgically as I recalled some great links to yesteryear. Many of them disappeared long ago because of similar conflicts. But this is not meant to be a sad post! The good news is I clicked on Ralph's panelshop.com link, expecting it to be defunct, and was surprised to see preparations for an updated 747-200 in GMax! It's good to see life goes on! I don't see any plans for a VC but otherwise it looks like good stuff.David

Hi!I have an ERJ-145 that I use for AI but I am not pleased with it since it lack the visible gear. Does anyone know of an ERJ-145 that was done in GMax that will show the gear down when being used as AI?Thanks! Julian

Well, these shots were taken climbing out of meigs, literally less than a minute - last time I checked, the great lakes were a bit bigger than this. I am wondering if this might be a landclass issue. I just installed the Michigan landclass files from the file libraries and am wondering if I did something wrong? Do I need a service pack for the midwest? Any help? Thanks.
