I installed the TU-95 that was in Bears review and sisn't pay enough attention because now I am missing the gps.mod guage, at least I think that is the problem from reading this forum. Any way my stock gps gauge just shows up as a black box, I reloaded the gps.gua from the cd but it still doesn't work. Could some one please send me the gps.mod gauge and or offer any suggestions on what I could do.Thanks in advance my email is [email protected]

HiI want to downlaod the Weather Maker Personal edition that's on the front page but i am trying to figure out why you have to give your full name and e-mail address...if it's freeware why do they want my name and e-mail and it won't register unless I tick the "Receive Info E-mails" button...it gives error unless you tick that. :-rollSo that's my question...why do i need to give my name and e-mail? This may have been covered before, but I took up an Electra and went hunting for the hurricane two nights ago and couldn't find it. Started off at the Weather Channel site to pin down the storm, then used FS Navigator to move my plane into what should have been the heart of it. Nothing that looked like a hurricane?Is there a reason that the Jeppson system used by FS2002 doesn't pick up these kinds of storms?Thanks. Colin

I was looking at possibly upgrading my P3 800, 320MB RAM, GF2 Ti to a more cutting edge computer. I need some opinons on the following items.I was considering buying it through Alienware. Anything good/bad about them from experience?I'm debating between the GeForce 4 Ti-4600 and Radeon 9700 Pro. Are there any compatibility issues with either card? I just hit two airports in a row where the ILS frequency of opposite ends of each runway was the same and in both cases, the aircraft kept on turning AWAY from the runway heading when APP was armed and activated as the a/c sought the reciprocal runway heading. One of these airports was KPDX which had a fix issued here this past week, but the fix does not work for me.This is not new to FS of course but it's too bad it hasn't been cured yet. Is there a general fix for this behavior or are we stuck with non-ILS approaches to such runways?JS

im pretty new to this flight sim stuff(a 36 hour trip from greece to ireland this summer set off my love of aircraft from my childhood) but im glad that there are "nice" comapnies out there like lago and realair that well make quality products and actually care about there customers after they hand over their cash. sure there were some problems when lago released their mesh of ireland/scotland a few days ago but at least lago made people aware that the problems existed and were doing what they could to fix it. well mr tishma i shant be purchasing any product associated with you and more than likely no-one else around here will be doing so either.

Thanks for the heads up investigation of Arianne. I purchased a product quite sometime ago and had serious problems with it. My requests for help went unheaded. Needless to say that was the last time I purchased anything from them. At the time I did post a note warning others.A crook is a crook is a crook.I will say that I have also purchased products for many others with no problems at all with either the product or receiving help if I did encounter a problem.There are a lot of great payware sites and products. I just finished installing the wonderful new Delta installer from Project AI, and then shuffled around the traffic assignments so I could use all 8 of Bill Molony's AFCAD overlays for Hartsfield (search for aikatlm1.zip here). KATL has _never_ looked fuller on my machine, now brimming with Delta jets, taking off on 8R/26L & 9L/27R and landing on 8L/26R & 9R/27L, just as in real life. I think this afternoon calls for playing with the new Weathermaker Personal Edition to fire up some nasty thunderstorms like those featured in Atlanta's hot summer weather and see how long a line of traffic I have to sit behind on my way out on the hourly LGA run.:)

The Aircraft knows where it is at all times. It knows this because it knows where is isn't.By subtracting where it is from where it isn't (whichever is greater) ,It obtains a difference, or deviation. I downloaded and installed WeatherMaker which appeared to go well.I got installation successful but on clicking on the little cloud exe I get "Component mscomctl.ocx or one of its dependants is not correctly registered. A file is missing or invalid"Any ideas?ThanksPeter

Just wondering if these changes that are made such as adding more gates and multiple runways have any impact whatsoever on FPS. The concept of additional gates and especially multiple runways is extremely enticing, however with my system, I can't afford to loose even 1 FPS. It's already 13 - 15 frames, and really jerky, at some airports - not even the REALLY big ones.Any help would be appreciated!Thanks, Adam :)

Having had to reload FS2002 Pro due to a HD failure, I did a search and could not find the fix to correct the dimly lit default 777 panel (experienced especially at night).Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!
