I've been receiving a "invalid entry" message when trying to enter the zero weight value and the runway number... basically operations with number on PIC's FMC. What is wrong? Manual says nothing about it so i guess there must be some problem with me? lol I'm trying it in flight from Amsterdam Schipol to Manchester with a POSKY 767. I try to dial in the runway 6 and i get the "invalid entry" message and the same thing happens to zero weight... i type 245, which is 245000 pounds and i receive the same message.Thanks

The default attitude indicator "clicks" through its movements at about a degree per click. Is there another one that has "infinite" or smooth movement (like the xplane version)?I would like to use it for IFR, and an accurate horizon is a must for accurate flightrobert

Wow! I couldn't even run this before. It was a blurry mess. Now, it's gorgeous. Look! My favorite drinking hole is even there. That golf course is just down the road from my house. There's a grass runway within 10minutes walking distance behind my house and the guy that owns it has a couple planes; but he's to old to fly em' now. He's rich. If I could just get him to let me borrow one, I could fly to my drinking hole and wouldn't have to worry about getting a DWI. hehehe. I caught up to some of the Ai planes, And this is what I saw. They were on approach to Atlanta Hartsfield. Is there a setting I have set wrong or is this a common bug that happens once in a while?Rob

since I am new to this forum I would like to post just a short question:Does anyone know if M$ is planning to simulate real system behaviour like fuel or hyd or fcl system ? That would help if you think of an eng-failure which also causes the respective GEN and HYD to fail...

A few of the add-on planes I've downloaded seem to have some a strange characteristic: they don't want to fly!I downloaded a Concord, an L-1011 and a 727 for use with FS2002 Standard and they all have the same problem. Flying out of KLAX with full throttles I can barely get in the air using the entire runway. Last night I had the 727 up to 190 knots and pulling the stick back just got me off the ground.I haven't had this problem with any of the built-in planes and most of the ones I've downloaded. Anyone else experienced this?Thanks

Hi there guys, here's Michael from Italy. I happened to use the utility from Luciano Napolitano: key2mouse. As you know, it transform mouse entries in keyboard entries ideal for use with plane like PSS 747-400 or 737-400 Dreamfleet where a lot of buttons have to be used. Well, searching for keys to use I encounter on problem using the F10 key. I canceled all the 'F' keys assignments due to the fact that I use joystick and throttle. Every F key is now usable for a new personal assignment except for the F10 key. I don't use the on-screen kneeboard, so I canceled the F10 assignment fot it too, but still it look unusable. Dear Simmers,It was raining hard over Switzerland yesterday and I decided to fly from Geneva (LSGG) to Malpensa (LIMC) in Italy. I downloaded the real weather (through the weather option in FS 2002) and what a surprise, it was sunny over LSGG (no clouds at all....).Did anyone experienced this before ?Thanks for your inputSro

Sorry to post here - but can't seem to get any answers about anything in the relevant forum.I have installed Squarkbox and have successfully entered the network - i know I am connected properly because I can see myself in the Vatsim website ATC applet. I get the little green scroll across the top of my screen telling me things -- BUT I cannot bring up a chat screen to be able to input my requests/response. Hitting "enter " as advised in the tutorials does nothing - the only way I can enter a chat screen is to minimise FS2002 and use the Squarkbox main window.Any ideas?Thanks barry

Don't get me wrong, I think Mike's 145 is the best model 145 for FS2k2. I know you did this with the 727, just wondered if you could make the wheels of your 145 black too?Regards

I've got an old laptop with some flight planning software on it, I'd like to move the software to my main PC on which I run FS2K2, it's too big for a floppy and the laptop doesn't have a CD burner. Any ideas on how I can make the data transfer happen without being a networking guru? Thanks a lot!!!!!!!

Hey everyone, The past few days I have been completely nable to use FS002. Everytime I start it, it hangs for a long time on the opening screen (like 5-10 mins, used to be around 1 or less), even when not loading any new scenery. Sometimes, it freezes at this point and I have to force quit it using the task manager. If I get into the game, as I tr to select aircraft, it takes FOREVER to load each one because it hangs. Then, even if I select the aircraft, once I hit the fly now button, it acts as if it is going to load, and it loads about 3%, but then it hangs (yet again) and at this point, will not progress any further (even after leaving it for 15+ mins). Hi all could anyone tell me if there is a special way to download from the Lago site I use Star downdload accelerator and all I can get is could not contact host, if I dont use Star downloader it works but because of the size of the files I often lose it after about 15megs and have to start again can anyone help please regards to all Michael

Hi Can you tell me what is the best cure to get rid of the fuzzy looking ground textures i have. I have a good system,256 memory Gforce 4 card, athlon proccesor. It can realy spoil my flying as i enjoy out side view flying low. Thanks in advance Shaun.
