Hi folks, Please advice. About stuttering has been written thousands of discussions, but it did not solve my problem. FSX is running smoothly, but when I turn my camera and starts to stutter until retrieves all the textures in the visual field (the airport textures, AI traffic, etc.). This is essentially a remote object / texture that are not native FSX installation (airport scenery, AI traffic (### AI Traffic) ...) with loading, for example, ground texture is no problem. The worst is when I look long in one place,.. and then turn/panning my camera. Sorry for my bad google english Intel Core i7-4790K (4,5Ghz) GTX 780 16GB RAM

Aircraft (NGX) during an otherwise normal and smooth approach SLAMS into the threshold just prior to touchdown. Tested approaches to rwys 25 and 29 and it does the same on both. If I bypass / overfly the thresholds, the aircraft will touchdown smoothly farther down the rwys. Anyone have an idea what is causing this ? It's the first time I've seen this issue. This issue happens so fast that I can't tell if the aircraft is slamming down into the rwy, or if the runway is slamming up into the aircraft. Just purchased the A2A 182, and I noticed that the beacon light and strobe lights do not work. I have it on FSX:SE, so I'm fairly sure the problem might be because of that. I was just wondering if anyone else have the same issue on FSX:SE, or if it's another problem on my end. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm one of the noobs that has been brought into FSX by the publication of FSX:SE, so please forgive me if I'm confused about some things, I've been drinking from the proverbial fire hose since the release. I've spent the last couple of weeks tooling around doing VFR things and I've begun to start studying more regarding IFR with hopes of maybe doing the VA/Vatsim thing in the (perhaps far) future once PMDG updates the J4100 for the steam edition (or maybe Majestic will do the Dash 8 q400, hehehe). When I first installed FSX:SE, it was on a system I had P3D installed for a while and had installed and unisntalled addons over time, so after isntalling FSX:SE and my taskbar disappeared, I thought it might be because my system wasnt 'clean' and some bug might have popped up somewhere. So after testing addons for FSX:SE, I reinstalled my system, from a new install of Windows up, but when I just installed FSX:SE on a clean Windows, the problem with the disappearing taskbar was there right away. I can make the taskbar come back by going to the screen resolution page, changing the main monitor and change it back, but of course I would like to get this problem fixed. …

So I'm in the market for UK scenery and was doing some research. ORBX UK scenery (http://www.flightsim...roducts_id=2211) -- seems to cause problems with other products like GEX Europe and US (Autogen issues) but does look very nice GEX Europe (already have this installed) -- not photo realistic but still very nice VFR scenery (http://www.justfligh...fr-real-scenery) -- 10m resolution, blurry Horizon VFR scenery (http://www.flightsto...cenery-fsx-c544) -- 60cm source with 1.2m I'm leaning towards Horizon's Volumes 1-10, but would like to get opinions. When starting FSX stream, the free flight screen does not always display the selected aircraft picture correctly. Often either the aircraft textures are missing, but mostly the background is just white. Has anyone else experienced similar and how to fix it? My saved flight is the Carenado 1900d. Usually occurs when the the stream community drop down happens. Is there any way to stop this drop down? Thanks, Stuart

Hello everybody, Quick question, does anybody managed to get Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0 works ok on FSX SE with win8? The instalation works ok (It don´t find FSX folder, but we can point it out), but when starts FSX and choose the plane, FSX SE freezes. Already did the "Problem Reporting Settings" thing and the plane loads but stutters a lot within the simulator and sound becames intermitent. This shows me that the "Problem Reporting Settings" is only a work around to get FSX continue working without freeze and not the solution itself. Friends, Over the past several weeks, FSX has started to randomly minimize to the desktop often while loading, when paused and occasionally in flight. Over the past few days it has gotten progessively worse. I'm curious if others have had this problem and might offer cures. Also, is this an indicator of an install corruption that will eventually lead to a complete re-install? Couple of observations: Win 7 user, 64 bit I use Avast anti virus and have done a full scan including the "deep" scan on my drives. I'm wondering why Aces and MS chose the default aircraft that they did, specifically FSX's Did it have to do with which aircraft would allow them to? Or was it the opposite, did developers pay to have their aircraft featured? Also, if the software is an 'Officially Licensed' Boeing product, and they have had almost exclusively Boeings as their default airliners before (except for the Condorde in 2000), why did they include the A321 in FSX?

Hello everyone! First of all, I had FSX SP2 installed on my laptop since Nov 2013, and have been playing it since then. Until Dec 2014, I accidentally deleted FSX on my laptop, which then shocked me for a while. :unsure: Since my copy of FSX is lost, I just bought and installed the new Steam version of FSX on my laptop. Just wondering if there is a general consensus if this is a good add-on to my traffic or not? Also I have been using UT2 for quite sometime but I am finally flying longer flights and I am noticing again airports in other countries have quite a few daedelus repaints. So I figured instead of trying to do what I did for the USA and replace all the planes/paints I would just try Mytraffic again since it seems to have that traffic covered. I recently purchased FSX-SE and started it up, to my disappointment that it doesn't include all my favorite outside view commands. If it does I haven't been able to find the commands/assignments after a long fruitless search The views I mean are the basic ones we get on FSX ie. spot ; locked spot; fly by, top-down. Locked spot is there, but it only has the rear view; right wing; and left wing views of the aircraft. It doesn't have the traditional locked spot view of FSX (where the aircraft is seen just behind the left wing during flight). I am getting random shut downs on either engine. It can happen before and during taxi, on takeoff, and in flight. It will do this even when I have selected "random engine failure probability" to never, and "engine handling" to forgiving. I noticed that on one shutdown (right engine) the right condition lever had reset itself to cutoff without me touching the engine controls. After that I have been watching the throttle quadrant closely and sure enough either condition lever will often suddenly momemtarily go to shutoff and then snap back to where it was set. A friend of mine has a strange problem. He recently bought FSX Gold Edition and wanted to shift his previous Standard Edition to his Notebook (it's quite powerful). However, he ran in severe problems: He first de-installed the old FSX and then tried to run the new package. Just at the beginning the installer refuses to go on and submitted the message, that he cannot upgrade his Standard Edition with the Gold Edition and he should de-install first FSX, what he has done already. Both packages are in German and thus I cannot provide the related exact error message. His attempt to re-install the previous version failed as well and nothing works even after cleaning all…

I saw somewhere that there was a problem with the Dash 8 not lining up with the runway quite right. I seem to be having that problem it always is a little to the right of runway. I heard that there is a fix for that but can;t seem to find anything on it. Thanks for help

Hi! The last couple of days I have been watching several videos, reading Vatsim guides and trying to figure out what's needed in order to start flying. Apparently it's literally every single mechanism you need to know which makes me pretty frustrated as I only know the basics and a little more in my iFly 738. Has someone got any experience with Vatsim? I guess I might be too impatient to learn and read on forums and websites how and what to do. Premise: When I am flying on X-Plane, I use a nice Android app (name: X-Plane to GPS) which gets my aircraft position from X-Plane running on my PC and visualizes it on my smartphone by means of any GPS Android app (e.g. Google Maps or GPS Essentials), like I was really flying over that location with my smartphone onboard. This thing requires the option "get fake GPS location from an app" to be set up on the Android device, among the Developer Options (which have to be activated). I have the 737 NGX and the jetmax TQ737 throttle. But something is off because when i load down my plane MAX out, it only takes 26 % N1 to move the AC and thats aload of bull because before i used FSUIPC it took around 35 or even more to move it. Now imagine if i was carrying alot lighter load, the thing would take off with a slight touch of the throttles! Any ideas or help? I did try send the controls to FSX but i can't synce the full range of motion on both throttles, it seems the NGX is out of sync or FSX is and doesn't match my TQ throttle adjustments.
