Then from what I have understood the Flightsim Labs Concorde X is the best product. I have one big concern. To make realistic flights with it it will be long flights like Europe to New York. This in turn makes OOM crashes more likely. You who have it do you experience this as a problem ? Also I would like to ask if it works in FSX-SE and in this way makes OOM events more unlikely ? Is it maybe better to wait for an equal good Concorde in P3D (or even XPlane) ?

Hey guys, I been having issues with ezdok addon lately it has been driving me insane. The problem is that none of the cameras switch when triggering it via the configured controls I have selected (taking in mind that I have remove the following keys: Shift+A, Shift+S, S, A, up, down, left, right, page up and page down keys to operate the addon on fsx. However this was not the solution, it had made no change what so ever so I decided to check the event logs and surprisingly I received an application error from EZdok, I wasn't sure if this was the cause of the addon not working in the sim so could anyone please help me out ! A couple of years ago I downloaded using the Flight 1 Wrapper with no problems. I recently purchased a High end Computer so I'm trying to download the Citation and am having problems. Flight one gave me the key and password and had it re-activated.I've tried both options in the wrapper, but in the option using the key, I get a Run time error 53. The second option using my e-mail and password , I get a message to go to Flight 1 for help. I've done that several times and they were quick in their suggestions , but it still isn't working. I've tried safe mode and now I'm trying to get help from Eaglesoft , but no help from them. Any ideas ?

My Saitek radio panels arent working properly. When changing the frequencies from the VC, the radios follow along, but the other way around, nothing happens. I found a post explaining this problem, but that was over a year ago, with Majestic replying that it would be addressed to during/after the 2 other versions would be done. Since this is the case and this being quite a prominent problem, I cant imagine that after more than a year, there wouldnt be a fix. I already googled for it, but I cant find anything at all, besides that one post on this forum, what makes me think the problem should be gone, with no one mentioning it anymore. Hello everyone, I have just done a full fsx re install and have gotten all my addons to work. However, upon the re installation of FSDT addon manager, I have run into some problems. I have FSX Gold, so Acceleration is installed. I have used the latest version from the FSDT website. Upon installation, I can see that the correct entries have been made in both the exe and dll files. However, FSX never asked me to "trust the addon" on my first run. Nothing shows up on the cfg's trusted section, but the bglmanx file is set to run in the dll. I have registered for an account on FSDT's forum and it is pending approval. I just wanted to see if anyone here had ideas. …

Morning I am running Win 7 with 64 and FSX. This morning after Flight 1 B200 was updated with the new Nav the FSX CTD and when I tried to restart the flash screeb would appear for a second and the program would go to the task bar and fail to open. Task manager indicates it something with CVHSVC. Never had this problem before, any suggestions to get FSX up and running?

Just some opinions on what a good 'not too expensive' add on chopper for FSX. Something that you can enjoy your Orbx PNW scenery in, that's got a lil more beef to it than the Stock in game choppers. Thanks!

That is the first time I am having problem to install MSFSX. I have a new pc, I installed FSX-E and P3D on HD D:\ Then I tried to install MSFSX on D:\ where FSX-E and P3D installed. After I put first disk and input the installation destination, CD started to turn but as soon as the following screen appears and application stopped there. Hi all, I have read in the past that the FPS hit when the mouse cursor is visible can be problematic and is a known 'issue' of sorts. Despite this, up until recently, I have never found this to be an issue on my own system. Suddenly, it has appeared on my PC :( It seems to have occurred at around the same time as installing the TDuke V2 and A2A 182 but also is affecting aircraft that I haven't seen it on before such as the RA Legacy and 737 NGX Locked and easily achieving 30 FPS, I now see hits down to 26-27 just having the mouse pointer visible. HI having some issues with crashes realted to "Smart assembly" in Orbx PNW as I reported on Orbx forums earlier today here...http://www.orbxsyste...crete-muni-ctd/My questions is I am considering doing a repair from the FSX disx to see if that helps, but I am wondering if this would effect my addons in my sig as I have quite a few and wanted to find out effects 1st.If I do the repair can I just carry on as I was or will I have to spend time re configing everything?ThanksKeithy

I have recently gone through an extended reinstall of FSX on new hardware which has been extended further by some months away from Australia in NZ and North America. I have just about finished this exercise but have yet to reinstall my FS Dreamteam stuff and other products that use the same install process. I have actually spent quite a bit on FSDT airports over the years but, due to concerns over VAS, the FSDT install activation process and in particular the associated software that also gets installed, I don't have their stuff in my new FSX install yet. Ii there anyway to disable the head movement when turning in fsx? My eyepoint gets moved way off center anytime I make a sharp turn.

Does FSX have any in-game settings for joystick linearity? I got an x52-Pro and had no idea this thing isn't linear, its way more sensitive at the edge. I can't find anything in the software, so I was hoping that there's something in-game to fix this? If anyone knows a fix outside of the game that would be great to know too. Thanks!

This is something that I just noticed starting to happen. When I start a flight everything is ok. Once I have the plane powered up however I lose the hand cursor in the VC and it just becomes the regular pointer cursor. The hand does not return. I am using the PMDG 737. When I open up FS2crew the hand cursor returns however when clicking in the VC it goes back to the normal cursor. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Not because they're that much different, but probably because I have finally bought RealAir's Legacy, the Spitfire 2008, and also have the Duke B60 V2 :-) I'm on DX10, with Steve's Fixer, and today finally decided to install one of the most expensive add-ons I had bought for FSX a year ago - ORBX FTX Glogal. The results are simply great!!!! When not flying the RealAir's I am using FSX-SE with Aerowinx PSX, again, a superb combination and a great time ... Back to FSX, thx to Dovetail and Steam - who could tell ? :-)

After a forum search, I've found numerous posts as to how to -increase- AI traffic sounds. However, I'm finding mine too loud- to the point where it overpowers the sound of my own engine. Is there a way to get rid of, or seriously tone down these sounds?

Just wondering if anyone else has seen a long (2-3 second pause) at FSDT KORD and if there is a solution? It ONLY happens at night in my PMDG 777-300ER. I went to FlightBeam's KIAD and the issue was not there. Just at KORD. My Gate was B22. I have not tried it at any other gate at KORD but believe it will occur there too as it happens as I taxi to the takeoff runway too. Very annoying. The FSX airports have felt pretty lonely with default traffic for years, but I am afraid to lose any smoothness on approach so I never invested in a traffic program. I am right on the edge of what I consider enjoyable fps at certain airports and am worried that UI traffic programs would ruin other parts of my sim, like having a smooth enough experience to sense lift changes on final approach. Because of these concerns, I was wondering if some of you may be so kind as to answer some specific inquiries I have in regards to AI traffic. 1) If I set a traffic program like UT2 to the same level I have now for default AI traffic (roughly 20%) will I see an FPS impact? Seems like the FT GTN Gauges aren't compatible with the new steam version of FSX. It is seem FSX as P3D. Most likely due to the simconnect update I would imagine.

It doesn't look like either one shows up in FSX. Does anyone know of a good freeware or payware add on? I checked the Avsim library and nothing appears to be available there.

Good day everyone, I finally got my FSX stabilized with my new GTX 980, so far I am so happy with the results and would like to purchase the TrackIR 5 PRO. -Does this devise causes any problems to the frame rate, textures, and addons? -Is it easy to install? -I found Track IR 5 pro and none pro, which one you guys recommend? -Does it worth buying it?
