I've downloaded a couple of the Lancair files from this site and am perplexed as to the reason the runway doesn't extend down beyond the top of the 2-D panel. I can drag the window down with my mouse to below the panel to fill the blank part of the screen and fly the rest of the flight, but when I change aircraft or close out the flight and return later the black void returns. Is this a problem with FS98 and FS2K designed aircraft not being able to make the cross or is there a fix in the aircraft.cfg or other cfg file that's available?>:-)

Hi Guys,I have looked everywhere (maybe not hard enough) but could not find a way to autopilot the system through the entire landing process. I need information on how to set an approach etc. as I am trying to land in bad weather. Any reference to article or post is highly appreciated.Thanks in advanceBobby

Has anybody made (or could someone make) a FDC checklist for the new Flight1 DC9 ? I've been unable after several attempts.

HiAm new to the forum.I am having a problem at high altitudes (20,000/30,000 feet) with squares of scenery not being drawn. I have vis set no more than 40 miles and in the distance sometimes, I just have a complete straight line and then the sea - its as though the sim can't load the next area. As soon as you get close enough to it - the square is drawn.Any ideas at all?I'm running FS2002Pentium 4 - 1.78GHzGE Force 2 64Mb512Mb ram

Hello,I'm not a scenery designer, so I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing, lol. I downloaded an add-on Sacramento scenery, excellent BTW, but I've got the double runways. I tried using slew, going to the four corners of the airfield and then using those coordinates, tried to insert a flatten switch. Now, I've lost the runways altogether.Anyone know of a fix for this or how I can fix it?Thanks,Lobaeux

I just got back from having my computer fixed. I tried changing the FSB speed. I tried 1 MHz increments. A soon as I changed it from 133 MHZ to 134, the system won't boot. Have I destroyed my mobo?All I get is the "check signal cable" box flashing on the monitor.HELP!!! Hi Simmers,It has been a busy few days for me and there are now 6 new liveries for your flying pleasure.Three Delta B777 liveries in response to more requests from Bryan Smith who is building a Delta fleet of liveries for his personal flying pleasure.Two B727 liveries, one Delta for Bryan (of course) and one as an Imaginary Old Eastern Livery applied to a B727 aircraft - both scrubbed up nicely , even if I do say so myself. Some interesting night textures for these two.And lastly an A26 livery for an aircraft that was flown by Lt L.C. Hiya, I was wondering about the pre takeoff radio clearances, who actually gives the clearence? Is it from the control tower or a station dedicated to the flight planning?Also were is the engine start clearance gotten from? Is it from the dispatcher on the ramp or from ground control? If it is from the ground control, how does the pilot know if the area around his aircraft is clear?Thanks,ric
