I just installed an AthlonXP 2400 and cant work out what settings I need in BIOS, When I start WindowsME with a 100mhz FSB and look at MYCOMPUTER/PROPERTIES, I see an ATHLON XP 1800+ and it runs stable for hours. Hi all, Is it correct to say that it is illegal for someone to use a gauge from one payware aircraft as part of a gauge package to sell in a different company's payware aircraft?Isn't this what is called "piracy"?dek

If there was one thing I could add to the DC-9 from Flight1 would be an option to set it to load "cold and dark" by default. Kind of like the option that is in the Dreamfleet 737. I know I could set it up to be cold and dark myself in a situation but, I'm afraid I would miss something that should have been turned off.Any way what a great addon! I still get alarms during the flight so I guess I have more reading to do. Hope you all are having as much fun as I am.By the way this addon really ###### my wife off. Lately I have been flying around KDFW with my American Airlines planes and noticing to my opinion during this season that the ground looks orange or orange green or something like that. I will post a screenshot later, however does anyone have this scenery that I have found in the Avsim library of Texas scenery. tex_scn_fs2k2.zip. If someone has downloaded and installed this I would like to know how it works and how it looks in FS2002. It was a fs2000 scenery before someone changed it to fs2002. It covers 80 airports in detail. If this file is questionable does anyone know of any new landclass scenery with KDFW available or will be available in the future? Any info …

Note the topic. Tis my feeling with a lot of 3rd party software when the brakes do not work.On a recent install I edited the panel and added a hydralic brake guage just to see if it was my controls or if the brakes were even working. They were - about 10 percent :-P Thats not very safe flying. I want that mechanic who changes the brake pads fired.LOL On a serious note, I heard you can change brake pressure somewhere. However I tried both the config file and the air file. Neither had a reference to "brake pressure" or stopping. Is there another entry I need to look for? Even better - am I even looking in the right files?Any help would be great. Thanks guys.

Helllo All:After many happy months using my Win98, PIII 450, 256MB RAM, GF3 Ti-500 system, blurred textures have returned.I'm using NVMax and have confirmed that my settings are the same as the ones that I have been using for months. I have examined the FS2002.CFG file, and cannot find anywhere that I would recognize where a setting has been corrupted. I don't think so. Upgraded from 900 Mhz Athlon with 768 Mb 133 Ram to a 333 Gigabyte MB, 256 MB DDR 2700 ram, XP2000+ CPU, kept the PCI GEForce2 MX400 video card...............tried turning my sliders up from about mid point to almost full and on final approach to airport, fps dropped to 7........way to go.........Had it locked at 25, only time I see that is at altitude, have tried various panels and not much difference.Secret has to be the video card. Son has a TI4100 and his benchmark went to 6000 with almost identical system with exception that he has the ASUS 333 MBoard. Mine sticks at about 2,000 so the video card is the key..:((

Thanks for creating such a good Gulfstream model for FS. Ive been waiting for a long time for one!! I hope you dont give up on a civil version due to some of the comments you got on this one. This version was great and i think there are far more people that are happy with it than there are ones that dislike it. Keep up the Great work and post some screenshots of the civil version. Also is there anyone up there doing repaints of it?

My laptop arrives tomorrow with a Radeon Mobility 9000 fitted.I haven't had an ATI graphics card for some years, so could someone recommend appropriate drivers and settings for use with FS2002? I did a forum search, but only found references to other Radeon models.Thanks for any advice.

Help: I have just installed Windows XP Pro. My CH Products Rudder Pedals USB are not doing much. I can't get them to work now. They worked for one or two flights I think but now are messed up again. I need help on how to configure the controls but especially these pedals. I have the above joystick and have a problem on autopilot or if i try to trim out as the stick moves backwards and forwards violently uncontrolled. Can you calibrate the stick to stop this?

I was over at a friends place who has the Lago HNL addon.. I was going to show him a full procedure ILS 8L off the DME arc from alana... anyways, I noticed that something was wrong after doing the approach several times at home... upon further study, the mag variation is wrong on the HNL VOR in the lago scenery.. they have it as 11W not 11E as it should be, making the VOR 20 degrees magnetically off... ie over alana intersection my VOR should read 171 centered from, but I had to set it as 191 to get it centered from... also the reception range they have entered for it is a pitiful 44 miles...not too good when tracking a victor airway in the middle of the pacific!! I downloaded your Virgin "RUBY TUESDAY" Posky 747-400V3, and i am getting a wierd problem with the right side of the plane! upon initial loadup of the plane, the right side of the plane only is all Blurry and Distorted!! I half to zoom in real close to get rid of the problem!! the Left side of the plane works perfectly and is clear and looks great!! Seems to be the same problem that the first batch of POSKY V3 767's had! And i heard that the cause of it was the Mip mapping being too much! Anybody know where to find a speedbook for the DC-9-31? Documentation is great but unless I'm overlooking something I don't see a speedbook for T/O-LND speeds and flap settings.
