I have been using FSNavigator for many years, and must say it is one of the most valuable addons I have purchased.While it comes with many included aircraft "parameters", I am finding it very hard to accurately portray flight plans due to the many other aircraft now available in FS2002.Is there anyone here who would be willing to "share" any aircraft that they have added to their FSNavigator database (aircraft.ani)...OR...be willing to share a link to such information. The FSNavigator site no longer has links to any such information.Since aircraft.ini is a "text" file, it would require no more than cutting and pasting information for the rest of us.This has been a very h…

I'm running a P4 1.6, 512MB RAM, with an ATI Radeon 8500 on XP. Just installed the latest catalyst drivers from ATI. Does anyone else notice that the anti aliasing feature just doesnt seem to work in MS FS 2002? I just get a very jagged look. This is very frustrating.

Is this even come close to FSTRAIFFIC for FS2000 where we see airplanes continually landing and taking off?My airport, KSJC, rarely has traffic taking off and landing.Thanks in advance!fyi...just returned Airport 2002 v1. The Traffic is not even close to what SimFlyers provides.Disappointing.Tim

Not really on topic, but FS2002 will be taking a back seat for a while, because I went out and got Medal of Honour Allied Assault: Spearhead as soon as it was released today!I loved the original MOHAA, and have been itching for this expansion pack to arrive...Anyone else got it? Good evening all,I seem to be experiencing some problems with Atc in so faras itworks fine for a few minutes and then stops...i.e : i canno longer hear any chatter and despite still having the atc box onthe screen I only have the previous options available and they arehopelessly blocked.As anyone had the same problems...I did reinstall fs once to try andresolve the problem to no avail...Any help appreciated.Thanks Rhys lszh

When taxiing smaller aircraft they bounce so much that a grouondloop is not uncommon. Difficult to get a reasonably slow/smooth taxi speed.Any thoughts?

I'm listening to my Airband radio while doing Nav flight revision, and a MAYDAY MAYDAY MAYDAY call got my attention on the Shoreham frequency. A small a/c (possibly a cessna) over head Beachy Head had an engine failure and has been forced to land on top of beachy head!This happend 5 mins ago, time now, 2:27pm GMT.I hope the pilot landed ok.http://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3deb3be16daac29d.jpg

Just wondering, does CFS3 have effects files like FS2002? If so, has anyone tried using the jet exhaust effect from the jets in CFS3 with FS2002 aircraft? Don't have CFS3 myself to test out unfortunatly :-(Thanks, TomAFG.

Sometimes in flightsim with a couple of panels, on the autopilot, instead of moving in increments of 1 (HDG&OBS) or 100 (ALT) it strangely goes in increments of 10 (HGD&OBS) and 1000 (ALT). Does anyone know why this is and how can I stop it happening for good. This sometimes corrects itself and other times the only way I can enter the correct settings is to use FSNav.Any help gratefully appreciated.

I have had a problem, at Ohare mainly, where I get in line for takeoff behind a lot of other planes and the tower stops clearing everyone for takeoffs.It is still clearing for landing on other runway so that's not the problem.I even tune to tower after cleared for taxi to make sure planes are taking off,which they are,but once I get close and in line behind other planes waitng for takeoff we all just sit there.Nothing happens.I have collision turned off so I drive right thru all they other planes,request permission for takeoff and tower clears me for takeoff.I am usingg Project AI aircraft.Anyone else have this problem?It doesn't always happen.Thanks,Ron

I want to backup my FS2002 files by zipping them up. Is there a rule of thumb as to what size file I should expect after the zipping operation? Does it reduce files by 50% or 25% or is it a case by case issue? Thanks!!

Recently I flew a lot in Roman Skorykh's Tu-154 B2 and enjoyed that exotic aircraft and its panel (by Dmitry Kolesnik)... Despite some symbols on the panel that are still not decyphered, I wonder especially if Russian pilots really use English voice GPWS in their aicraft.... Isn't there a russian language version for the GPWS system available, or would some Russian speaker please be so kind and contact me concerning the recording of the altitude callouts. I have a Panasonic Digital Video Camcorder model PV-DV201/D. I have dowloaded Cam2Pan and installed the software. Now what do I have to do with my camera to get it to work. I have a USB cable for the camera. What mode do I put the camera in to have it work with Cam2Pan. These may sound like stupid questions but I never tried to interface the camera with this computer. Do I have to install the software that came with the camera or is Cam2Pan software the only software I need. I use this camera with another computer for updoading pictures but never in this mode. I don't want to load the software that I've installed on the other computer if I don't have to. Hard drive space.…

Ok, so I got carried away with the topic subject. Sorry for using an intriguing phrase to get your attention but if I had said the "Voo" word or 3DFX, nobody would open this post.I am a Voodoo 3500 user :-eek (yikes!), absolutelly aware of my inability to view reflective a/c textures, crisp virtual cockpits or water surface effects. I am more than happy to exchange those FS2002 goodies for my video in/out capabilities, excellent DVD playback, great 3D acceleration, and the TV and video capture features this card supplies. All without the hefty price tag of an ATI "All in Wonder" or the sort.However, I haven't heard many Voodoo users complain about blurry textures on Gmax …

This DC-9 from Flight 1 is really great. After so much comment on some recent other payware releases, that's encouraging. Does anyone know- how many of these older DC-9's are still in service today? I would think the latest noise limitations would require at least hush kits to the old P&W engines. Word of mouth is a great indicator of how good a product is, in this case it persuaded me to buy this release. I'm very pleased.Bruce.KBJC, Jeffco, CO.
