How do I enable the American voice crew? The only options I have are English and German. Yes, I have activated the software. I only see the TCE program where the settings are allowed to be changed. I do not see the "Crew & Voice Package" that the web site indicates comes with the PRO version.Help!Keith

I've just flown my Cheyenne from Seattle to Homer (although towards the end of the flight I was nervously watching my fuel level ;)), and I now plan to take the Super Cub for some sightseeing around Alaska.I'm not familiar with Alaska, so could anybody tell me of any places that are worth visiting? Any interesting airstrips? Any good sceneries that are worth downloading?Cheers.

Hi guysWas wandering if anyone could answer a couple of questions for a PSS A3xx newcomer.The first is that i seem unable to "nail" a catIII ils landing at rwy 05 egss, landing stansted. The landing in itself is ok, the problem is that the a/c seems to be following the wrong heading for stansted during short finals as it touches down just to the right of the r/w then attempts to follow a path that gradually diverts away from the r/w. When programming the RAD/NAV, after insering the ils frequency for stansted's ils 05, the CRS states a heading of 048 degrees. However, all published data on this rwy give the heading as 046 degrees - could this possibly be the problem as the…

In FS2002 Pro I recently for the first time saved a flight going Create a flight>>Save flight>>Make this the default flight.How do I erase this flight from the memory now?I haven't found any info on this in the Help section.Thanks.Carlo Ferrando

Does anyone know how to turn up the lighting in the virtual cockpits of the 747 and 777. I do not have a problem with the 737's. The other cockpits are too dark at night and I can not see the instruments.ThanksFred

Hey everyone. :DI just recently went back to the "Offical nVidia WHQL" Detonator 30.82 drivers this past week. (I had been running the det 42.01's.) I decided to go back to the 30.82's because of various problems I had with the 42.01's, and because I've heard a lot of good things about the 30.82's.The 30.82's have been great, but I have one problem. All of the text in FS2k2 (FPS counter, MP text, etc.) is choppy and blurry. I was really not surprised to see this, as this has been discussed quite a bit, and was determined to be a Windows XP SP1 little quirck with earlier det drivers. I also read somewhere that there was a fix for this. Does anybody happen to know the fix? …

Been thinking that it would be nice to be able to do a more active preflight having all the switches and knobs that is offered on overhead panels even if they dont do anything to the sim. So I went and found these websites and am thinking about building a small overhead panel that could mount on top of the computer monitor. I have been having this problem with MSFS2k2 ATC. At times on certain aircraft I can't get the ATC to activate, either for VFR or IFR. It comes up but when selecting a function (like pressing #1 etc.) nothing will happen. But the corker is that on some of the Aircraft in hanger it works, this all started after I installed fsuipc 2.95 I went back to 2.94 and the same thing happened but only when using VFR selection. Any help or pointing me in the right direction will be greatly appricated.jim in NM

I am having trouble getting rid of V-Sky. Whenever I fly now, there is this layer of cirrus/overcast at like 40,000 feet which looks ridiculous when I'm flying at 35,000 feet. How do I restore the original FS2002 sky but keep the installed FSW FS SkyWorld cloud textures? A screenshot of what it looks like now (ick) is attached.Thanks!

Hi guys....Been VATSIm flying for some time now and find it opens a completely new dimension of FS2002 up....However, could someone please tell me the answer to the following...When I'm on the ground at an airport, I only see replicas of me (same type and airline) or all other traffic....Is it possible somehow to have different online flying aircraft displayed on screen or am I limited to seeing little mini-me's !!Thanks for the advice

Find where ATI control panel is installed. In the directory there is a program called "SmartGart" with no extension. Run the program and you will find four settings, mine were all turned off. I turned them all on, rebooted the computer and now FS will return correctly when I do an alt,tab from full screen mode.Ed

Good aftenoon,I have tried to update the driver for the 9700 from the ATI web site, but have continued to run into problems on the installation. After reading the FAQs I found it may have to do with me owning a HP computer, and that I should get new drivers from HP. I have gone to HP's web site and they do not have any updated drivers for the Video Card. The error message I am getting is something like this. "No VGA complient driver found" or something of that nature.I have installed drivers before on my old HP when I had the 8500 LE, and never had any problems. I finally got tired of the dim, unsharp picture on my old 20" monitor after seeing the incredible picture on my wife's Dell laptop and my son's older Viewsonic flat panel CRT (OK, so I got monitor envy). I decided to plunge for a 19" TFT LCD. After reading reviews I got a Samsung 191T, the brightness, color and sharpness of which has to be seen to be believed, especially in digital mode. However, the downside is (and you knew there would be one) that the only screen factor you can change with manual monitor controls is brightness, and while the default picture for web surfing is great, it's too dark for FS2002, and this control doesn't fix it.
