Many of you have posted what a wonderful addon this panel is... I have one question though, where is the fuel gauges??? I have no way of knowing how much fuel I have in my tanks at the moment. Since I've seen this panel has standed the test of time, I'm wondering why this basic but most important feature was left out...Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough...

Any idea where I can get approach plates for Hamilton Burmuda (TXKF)I've looked everywhere i usually do but can't find anything. Airport diagram would also be nice.Thanks

Why is it that day after day I see scenery packages and files uploaded to Avsim for Europe and other parts of the world, but rarely for the US? I understand that MS didnt do such a great job on other parts of the world. Im sure this is due to time restraints that they have to meet, but I would like to see more US freeware scenery. If I had the talent, I would work on some projects myself. Actually, in the past I have tried, but I just dont have the patience to learn. Also, I would never work on a project that would be of lower quality than what I would expect from someone else. I guess I was just trying to get the bigger picture as to why we hardly see any scenery for the…

I think I am ready to venture into the payware world -- so I am not going to ask which is "best" -- the well known ones DF, PSS, etc all seem to be very good and all have their best and worst points.So - my question is -- which one has the "best" documentation. And what I mean by that is - which one describes the USE of all switches/systems in the most comprehensive way ? which one allows/forces you to use the various systems? After all, after you go through a comprehensive startup procedure , most aircraft systems modelled in the Sim are not touched much at all unless you have to for some reason.Thanks Barry

Just read the overview of it over at the Flight1 site. Looks to be the perfect companion for MSFS, and they're planning to make sure it's updated for FS:CoF. I've always admired ProjectAI, looks like Flight1 has taken it to the extreme.Does anyone know which airlines are included in the software? 800+ so the site says. I'd be especially interested in it if it had airlines from my local airport: Northwest Airlink, Continental Express, and Atlantic Southeast Airlines (Delta Connection).Also, what does this do for GA air traffic? Installed LP's panel (autoinstall) and now get error message and CTD when loading flight. Checked directories and all the .cab files in gauge directory show up as zip files (using winzip, just installed). Tried installing to another directory with same result. Suspect this is not right, but not sure why it happened or how to fix...any help appreciated!Regards,

I've commenced the excellent RIVA tuner routine discussed here a week or so ago. I must admit that I have not yet completed the tune-up, but have successfully loaded the 29.42 drivers after running Driver Cleaner to ensure that all remnants of older drivers are gone.What I now note, besides what appears to be a better fps performance, is that the really nice yellow/gold lighting for runway and external views of a/c landing lights has gone, and now it's back to just plain "white" lights. The ones I had before this were from FSW, and dated back to just after FS2002 was released. This was a replacement file in FS2002Texture, as I recall.Has anyone else seen this issue? C…

Following the instructions from "RealAir", and using a 40% fuel load, sometimes I manage to loop-the-loop, sometimes I get no further than almost managing it and sometimes I destroy my bird with the excess forces I impose on it.If you can do it pretty regularly I'd appreciate a tip or two.

Hello, My wife was able to wrangle a few extra bucks out of the I.R.S. this year and I going to do an upgrade of my system.I'll have between $500-$600 to spend. Since we don't know yet what it will take to run FS9 smoothly,I'm looking at this as an upgrade for FS2k2. Would I be better off being a little comservative on the mobo and processor and going for the best video card I can afford or go the other way and get a middle of the road video card and more CPU power.Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Hi ! I've downloaded Patrizio Fangio's Alitalia repaint for the Meljet 777 200. Unfortunately, I get the "blurry textures" problem because of the mimpam level. So I tried to reduce the mipmap level from 11 to 1 using imagetool.The texture format is 32 bits. Unfortunately, when I reduce the mipmap level to 1 the alpha channel does not work any more. :'(So can you tell men how to reduce the mipmap level without getting rid of the alpha channel ?What do I have to do ?Thanks !../)_/). _ Cl

Can anyone advise as to why "MSFS2K2" when i startup and then create a flight, when loading it mininmizes to the botton of the taskbar, i had previously no problem with this as all you to stay on screen in full even when loading including the progress indicator but now it mininmizes can anyone help.Thankyou.

HiJust been doing a flight around near Spain and Ive just noticed that my spanish default airports have vanished. Only looked at spain so far. I flew to gerona and where the airport is was just ground and no runways or buildings. THen I went to Barcelona and the same thing.What do I need to check to see if something hasnt been corrupted. HiI'm having this problem with a few airports, default and add-ons. When i'm taxing the aircraft starts jumping, just as if i was going through rocks. I've checked the altitude reading in map view, and using the slew mode i realize that there are sudden altitude changes within thos aprons, and altitude differences between taxiways and runways. I've tried flattening the area using a small program made by Steve Greenwood, but i get no good results. There are still small altitude changes. Is there anyway to fix this. Hi all,I have been a user of FS Meteo ever since it appeared a couple of years back and am very happy with it, Marc Philbert has been very good about sending the latest versions and I never fly without it.But I see now that there are a number of other programs available,ActiveSky, WeatherCenter, Weathermaker etc. I have tried at least the "demo" version of most of these but I do not see any reason to change. Does anybody else have any thoughts? Do these later products do anything that FSMeteo doesn't?Geoff

Now that EchoFlight is charging for access to their approach plates, does anyone know of a free place to get charts online? I wish there was an easy way to get the Localizer frequency for the runway the ATC assigns in flight simulator itself. Thanks for any help or info you can lend.Kevin

*******!!!! Mike Stone keeps outdoing himself every time!!!!Folks! If you have not yet gotten Mike's newly released MD-11 - Don't hurry, RUN!!!!!!! This is a beautiful model, easy on the frames, and relatively well behaved. I think it needs a bit of tweaking in the flight model department since it takes off like a rocket and can stop in an aircraft carrier deck when reversers are applied, but other than that, it behaves well while taxiing and in flight.The release brings 3 paint jobs: Martinar, Delta NOC, and Swissair and all 3 schemes are very well made.
