What is Real Traffic and whats it all about?First of all "Real Traffic" is an application i have written mainly aimed at VA's (but anyone can use it) that will allow the Generation of "REAL" AI traffic.Let me put this into prospective. I am cross posting this to here because the TT forum seems kind of quiet lately. My problem:I had to reinstall FS over the weekend, and decided to take the opportunity to update my AI and install overlays at some of my favorite airports.I had real problems last night with LAX, and wonder if I'm missing something. Here's what I did:1. I installed all the PAI Gold install packages availabe in one fell swoop. 2. I used the UAL, Delta and a few other self-installers second. 3. I loaded up FS02 and checked a few airports. Lots of different airplanes in different colours. So far so good. 4. Hello, Have you heard of this problem before? After I installed the Fokker Panel by Project Fokker-100/70(PF 10070) I am having a problem with my mouse pointer. It flashes on the panel and screen and sometimes leaves trails on the panel. It also has effected all the panels in flightsim, but I don't have problem when FS2002 isn't running. I have tried installing different graffic card drivers, including the latest, and tried all the different resolutions, but this does not solve the problem. I have read on Microsoft's FS2004 web page that the development team reads forums for suggestions, feedback, etc. on their simulation. I thought I might find such a forum topic here, but do not. Can anyone point me to a forum in which I might make suggestions that will be read by the developers?Thanks

EDITED: WOW, I didn't think the picture was gonna show up in message, oh well... both shots were taken at the same moment except the View options was ajusted for distance and zoom. BIG DIFFERENCE!Well I might not have discovered America or anything but the Zoom and your View setting have large impact on the bluries!!!Just look at the shot comperation:http://members.rogers.com/junk0477/bluries.jpgThe best seems to be when the zoom is set at 1x and for good view of aircraft I found distance of 300 and altitude of 30 be very nice for large jets and something lile 100 and alt of 30 for small ones...Well not sure if it will help anybody, but there might be some who don't know …

Several posts have indicated that FS2002 had a better frame rate in windowed mode than in full screen mode. It is surprising, but it is true, I noticed it with my GeForce 2 GTS.1) Is it still true with the last generation graphic cards, such as ATI Radeon 9700 or GeFroce 4 Ti4800?2) Can someone has an explanation about this?Thanks for any info...Eric

My video card is:ASUS V9280/ TD GF4 Ti4200 8xAGPI red how people had some great resoults with this driver version but I can not install it at all, auto install does not change anything at all... manual install says drivers are not for my card and shouldn't install them.. well I install them anyways and after card is pretty much not recognized and can only run in low-res besically not usable is it possible because it's 8xAGP (runs in 4x) only due to MOBO...How come they don't work, most others I tried work fine 30.x and up I currenty run 31.40 which are actually the one card came with and seem to work the best as far as performance and quality is concer with some twicks vi…

I am looking for some graphics set-up info from those that are much more involved with getting the most out of FS2002 than I have been able to. My system specs are as follows, with two quick screen shots to show my sim-settings. I would like honest input about what I've got set too high or low, and what might be some things I'm missing. I must of done it somehow but beats me how I did it but my Empire State building is missing both its day and night textures along with the Met life building and a few others in NY.I've check for the textures in the NY cities texture folder and they're all there. Tried replacing the entire NY folder from a backed up original but that didn't work. Also shut of all of my scenery add on's but that did nothing either.Anyone have any ideas?

I found the CTRL A (glidepath ) and CTRL O ( Course ) buttons veryinteresting as it gives the opportunity to independently interceptfirst the course of ILS and intercept the glidepath when markeris on level position. Procedure is to intercept glidepath from below and move then from level flight into a controlled decend as this much easier compared to dropping and leveling off at glide path - etc. However when using this as a practise the second keysecuence swithes the Aproach button off. Does anybody know how itshould work.. Thanks peter

As a resident of New York I think it would be nice to add the WTC back into the skyline. My uncle was an Iron worker on the towers and having visited them on more than 15 occassions I miss them. Is there a way to add them back in?. I DL one file from here that was supposed to do it but know matter what I do they do not show up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks Bobby
