I had things set up so that by pressing (TAB)or (Tab+Shift), I could go clockwise or counter clockwise in spot view. But, after some tweaking for another issue, I lost this ability. I have gone into options control to reset this keyboard macro, but the application does not take. I know it can be done...but I sure cannot figure out what I need to do. I have reviewed all the info presented here and have read all the posts and emails regarding the trim issues that some people are having and have gone back to rechecking data and made appropriate changes to the air and aircraft config file. All these corrections will be included in the 738 with winglets release soon. So for now, I'll just post the specific changes here. Hi,I'd like to know how to set the external zoom of certain aircraft because certain (Robin DR400) look small and the zoom number is big (i.e. 250). I noticed in the press kit there was a screen of the Schweizer glider. Since it isn't one of the advertised aircraft, I assume it will be a "bonus" like the Corsair in FS2002.Does anyone know if there are any other additional aircraft besides the Schweizer?Jeff

Hi, I was delighted to see that , finally there was a redone scenery for Victoria and its airport in the Avsim library. However, on closer inspection, the scenery was based around two Lago programs that I don't have( too bad too, because it looked great) Does anyone know of any scenery improvements to CYYJ done using conventional tools? Up 'till now I've not noticed much of an issue with changing views in 2D mode but with the excellent Eaglesoft Raytheon Beechjet 400A I have noticed that the update graphic when changing views in 2D mode is quite slow and there is hard disk activity as well. This focus on Crisis Management and Airline Management. This also refers to many bankcruptcy of Airline in the US, in Europe and in Asia. However I will focus only in Europe. If I install a high detail mesh scenery like at 30.8m, but have to turn down the mesh slider to get acceptable frame rates, will there still be an improvement over the default?Thanks,sg

I was looking at the approach plate for KCLE ILS RWY 24L and I have questions about the descent minimums. This is what I see on the chart:Catagory A B C DWhat does this refer to? First of all, please forgive me if this topic should, in fact, have been covered before - although I did a forum search without any viable results - or if I should have poked into a bee-hive in another sense, but I just got the PSS A320 retail version and would like to merge the PSS panel to the PA A320 aircraft, because I personally like the latter model better.I'd be very glad if anybody could help me out here. Not sure where this should be posted. We are all waiting for FS2004 and I would like to request/suggest, that a "HOW TO" be put together explaining steps one should take now to allow those of us who are not so technical to carryover our favorite aircraft, panels, guages etc.that we want to use in FS2004.I for one am not sure what all is nvolved, i.e. do I just copy out all main files then copy them to FS2004? How dumb can I get, I read all the warnings about the Wilco A320PIC being a pain is the FPS butt, and then went out and purchased it anyway. I was really looking for an airbus that was more functional than the PSS airbus (which I can fly with no problems) and decided that my machine would be up to the job (see spec bottom of post), how wrong I was. With the patch I got 5 to 6 FPS and never above 10. Thats with the scenery sliders on the left and 10% AI, and I get horrible lines through the the gadges, and they are unreadable from any distance.I DO NOT mean to hurt Wilco,s feelings as I have had a lot of problem free flying with some of there products, (dare I mention the …

Dear Avsim Members, I am having problems about daylight in fs2002..Here attached you will find a picture taken at meigs feild at 10.22 am . Is this a normal daylight ? I noticed that in fs2k the sky was much brigther and gives you the thing that you are really flying during daylight.Is this a problem with my video card or ? I have a Geforce 4 TI 4200 64 MB...pls help me coz I can't fly like this!

I have just purchased a new Dell Dimension XPs with an 18.1 inch Ultra sharp flat monitor, using Win XP Pro. I have yet to reload my FS2002 etc., but wanted to know your opinion of what the best screen resolution for this large monitor would be relative to best viewing of flight sim software, particularly FS2002. The standard seems to be 1024 x 768.However, I can go to 1152 X 864, or 1280 X 1024. The last resolutionis extremly sharp, but naturally quite smaller in size. Ok, I just lost about an hours worth of typing of a message I was posting in the recently long thread about whether or not the older planes are warranted. I basically gave a summation of my LOVE of FLIGHT since I was 4 years old as well as my fascination and addiction to computers since I was 9 yrs. old (Now 35).
