Hi folks,I am desperately seeking help from someone who has taken their CH Pro Pedals apart for repair, and successfully put them back together again. For the last week or so, I've noticed that while applying right rudder for turning or banking, my right brake would quickly engage for some unknown reason. I figured it might be a calibration issue. So I then calibrated it using FSUIPC. Same symptoms. I then checked under Windows XP controllers. Still had a slight flicker on the right brake when applying right rudder. I then thought that perhaps the rudders needed internal cleaning since they appeared to be quite dusty on the outside. I proceeded to open them up. B…

hello there, i have a little problem with the new ffx 737-800(winglets) hapag lloyd. the plane is great but i only have the landing lights, no other... no nav-, no beacon-, and no strobelights. could anyone please tell me how to solve that problem or is there a fix?thx and regards phil

I ran FS Skyworld and used auto install "all" and had RC 3 running.Everything is fine till about my first waypoint then my computer crashes.Anyone else had this problem?FSSW works fine alone and I haven't had any problems with RC 3.Happened all 4 times from different locations last night.I haven't tried running rc 3 without FSSW since I started using FSSW but I can't imagine that is the problem.Could it be that they both use the same dialog box?Thanks for any help.Ron

I seems huge to me and I hope the guy can manage to let it all work as it is announced. But the price seems reasonable to me (espicially if you compare it with all the $30,- add-ons we've seen lately. Just hope to hear some opinions, especially from people who have bought it!

I have a VPR matrix 2.66 cpu, 768mb DDR, Geforce 4 128 video card, 4.4.0.3 drivers, Directx 9.0. I was wondering how you guys get a card like this to produce a clean depiction of aircraft, scenery, etc. The screen shots that I have seen are spectacular with systems less powerfull than mine. My planes and mostly everything seem to have a lot of "jaggies" around the edges I guess I am asking how do I tweak this machine to produce an environment like the pics I have seen?thanks in advancepanther

I downloaded a AFCAD for Albuquerque Int'l (KABQ) and it has all the gates I want for the airport, but it only uses 1 runway for take offs and landings. Can I change the AFCAD so I have 1 runway for take offs and 1 for landings? And if I can do that, how do I go about changing the AFCAD?

What add-ons won't you take to FS2004 COF?Just curious

When I start 2002 I'm on the Create Flight page. I then choose flight planner - load a flight - and when i return to the "Create page" from planner - my airport has not changed to the loaded flight plan. It still has my default flight plan airport listed. Why isn't that changing to the loaded flight plan airport?What happens is, when I start the flight I'm at the incorrect airport. Is this something todo with my default flight? Anyone else experience this?Please help!

Hello all,When I try to run FS2002 in 16 bit mode, I get corruption of the 2D panel. It seems to dissolve into a pitted display. This does not happen in 32 bit color mode.The trouble (if you can call it that...) is that when I run in 16 bit mode, I can pick up 3-5 FPS better performance over 32 bit modeDoes anybody have a guess as to why the 2D panels corrupt?I tried running the desktop also at 16 bit to see if that was the problem. Nope... whether I run the desktop at 16 or 32 bit, the same happens?Any comments and/or suggestions, gang?Thanks in advance,Cheers!Mitch R.

Is it just me or is everyone else wondering WHY THE HECK ARE ALL THESE WEATHER PROGRAMS COMING OUT?I own FSMeteo & ActiveSky wxRE and find that is quite sufficient. Even a freeware weather program will work fine.Hopefully I won't need any of them in another 2 months with COF.Just had to chime in especially since the latest thread on the other latest weather program.On the other hand I appreciate that people want to take the time and make this hobby even better but I just wish people would work on other areas that need attention like giving us an addon with moving vehicles on roads like FS2K.

Today I was playing around with an aircraft that was noted for being a bit hard on my system--I could only get about 15 fps in spot view mode, as an example. I tried going through the various detail settings--mesh, scenery density, Autogen, AA, etc.... to see if I could give my cpu just that extra bit of "oomph" to run the aircraft well.I even switched on HW T&L, which I have set defaulted to "off". No real difference, so then I turned it back off.Kid you not--fps jumped to 24-25, and I noticed dynamic blurries were all but gone. Ive just installed the new Next gen 737 panel which was in the libary yesterday. Installed as explained in readme.Now when I load the plane up with the panel I get an error saying that rp733.gau isnt compatible with FS2002 and its been disabled and then the plane wont load up.How can I get around this problem?ThanksCraig Kiltie

Greetings,I have had a problem with FS2002 for some time and lately for some reason it seems to have gotten worse.While flying, the sound volume keeps changing in volume from soft to loud all the time which is very annoying. It is not a stutter but an actual change in volume. I have tried all the ususal tricks like changing the sound quality and also the DX sound hardware acceleration but it does not make any difference.I am using a Soundblaster Audigy card (which I believe has the latest driver updates) on Windows XP with an Athlon XP1900 and Geforce TI4600.It happens on all different planes including the Microsoft orginals.Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Hello Gang!First, I'd like to thank John Tavendale for helping me identify the initial problems with the FFX 737-800 update file and how to correct the problem. I now have my winglets installed and my landing gears looking good; however, I am still experiencing a new issue and is that everytime I look out the cockpit on the left or right rear views, the engines are not turning - they are still. If I go to the outside view, they appear OK and functioning (turning).Any ideas how to correct this?I wonder why these guys released this file like this; it's been more of a workout to get this update to work than anything.Anyways, Thanks for any help! I love flying the Piper Cheyenne from FSD. However, I'm looking forward to a more realistic model (especially the VC) and hopefully one that doesn't idle so fast and go up to 40 mph on its own. I thought I read somewhere that the new version is coming out today. Is that right, and if not, when's your best guess. Stan

When I switch views from left to right and then back to forward view, my screen is redrawn very slowly which means I have both views visible for a few seconds and this only occurs with 3rd party panels like 767PIC. Can someone help with this? By the way my setup isP4 2.8Ghz, 512MB RAM, GForce 3. Thanks
